OK when Kasak was pregnant and shravan dumped her, Rishabh got majorly pissed off and took over basu business. He got 49 %, anurag had 49 % and prerna had 2 % share. Rishabh asked prerna to give him her 2 % as he was doing all this to take revenge for his daughter's sadness. Prerna REFUSED to give him so rishabh was pissed off at her. I think finally she got scared that he would just kill her so finally she gave him that 2 % and Rishabh took over basu business. Prerna against the idea of doing anything remotely bad to the basu family!

Then Rishabh really supported kasak and encouraged her to move on. but when kasak had miscarriage, Rishabh was in coma for a long time and since he was unconscious during those days, he couldn't be by his daughter's side.
