yes, i agree, i think if he gets to know that komolika was the one who snatches him away from his parents as baby by kidnapping him, i think he will realise his mistakes and i noticed it too, that he was a kind worried about prena when she about to faint.

i think so too coz i woz watching 4 aug video and when prerna was about to faint, and anurag caught her prem had a concerned look on his face. that shows somewhere he still cares 4 his mum.
