oh that can be a possibility cos why else would prerna simply leave her husband and kids and go away and that too where?! Even when prerna found out tanisha is bajaj's kid, she never left, then if she has to really leave now there should be a reason, so this maybe a reason..but poor sneha yaar..i am sure there is some reason why prerna told sneha to send sweets to kamini...there is some significance of that otherwise y would they simply show that scene!!

well i hope she doesn't die. but she will definitely encounter sharad somewhere. or else why would prerna remember about kamini out of the blue? she never even thought about him at her own son's (tushaar's) reception party.
