I have dug up excerpts from OFFICIAL EPISODE GUIDE, the ones that are relevant to prem's kidnapping. Mind you, this is from Star Plus OFFICIAL Website.

Prem dies in the hospital and everybody is shocked.

Bajaj is in Australia and Vishakha calls up Bajaj to give him the bad news and he calls up Prerna from Australia to give her his condolence.

Anurag refuses to believe Prerna that Komolika is the culprit and lodges a complaint against Bajaj for kidnapping and then killing his son.

The police come to Bajaj's house to arrest him.

Subroto is sorry that he was behind Prem's kidnapping that resulted in his death.

Rishabh Bajaj comes back to India from Australia and is arrested at the airport.

The Police bring the bag containing 100 crores of rupees but they are at a loss as to who the bags belong to.

Prerna tells them that the bags belong to Bajaj and everybody is shocked.

Prerna returns the money to Bajaj.

Bajaj is at a loss as to who is behind Subroto's doings.

Subroto confesses to Komolika that he was behind Prem's kidnapping.

Bajaj asks Hemant Chowdhury to follow Subroto and he himself follows him.

Bajaj sees Subroto with somebody in a car and at the back of the car he spots Shalakha (dog) and suspects that maybe Menaka is behind it and goes to meet her in the jail.

Bajaj is confused about Menaka's intentions behind Prems kidnapping.

Bajaj demands an explanation from Subroto as to why he kidnapped Prem for which he got accused.

Subroto narrates why he was taken in by Menaka and he kidnapped Prem on her bidding.

Well, it is pretty clear from this that Bajaj was the one SEARCHING for Prem's kidnappers, the one who got ACCUSED of doing something that he didn't do. He did not know who the kidnappers were...till Prem died..He did not ask subroto to hike the kidnapping money- how can he, when he didn't even know subroto was behind all this..

I know he has done some wrong stuff in the past (but well... who hasn't? like prerna said, nobody is perfect, including prerna!) But one thing is for sure, Bajaj was NOT involved in Prem's Kidnapping. He was the good guy...he wanted to save prem...whatever disputes he had were with prerna, menka and anurag, but he did not use prem or his own kids to settle scores. NEVER. Neither has he ever used the next generation kids- Sneha or Udi or Kasak to settle scores...He is Best Dad of Star Parivar, and we must give it to the guy..he IS the Best Dad!

So Madiha, you better get ur facts right and apologise to bajaj fans now.

sorry , i was wrong! but how in my mind came a different story!! 😕 i really dont know abt it , mayb i m mixing some part! newayz sorry 4 all those wrong claims.
but still i ll wait 4 the day,when the same epiosde will b telecasting at star ustav! still i m not lit bit sure but that episode will remind eerything and clear everyone confusion!

Atleast all those that probably were under this misconception of bajaj being involved will now know the truth and there will not be any dragging of bajaj's name in this topic of prem kidnapping!!

I always knew that Bajaj had not done it...but its ok yaar. Everyone can make a mistake...so did madiha....I don't think we should make an issue of it. She has said sorry & we should let it drop. We are all friends....there should be no sorry/thanx between us.

Ab to sab log sudhar gaye hai- Prerna bhi! (biggest shock I got reading yesterday's update- itna improvement kaise hua prerna mein 👏), I like anu and sam also now, they look kinda cute together. Mera rishu to perfect hai hi.
