Thank u all for ur wonderful comments. Soory couldn't post it yesterday as I had promised since my mother is not letting me sit in the computer.
As it was Saturday Bani was lazily lieing in her bed not wanting to leave the warmth of the bed. The door bell rang and after sometime she heard her mother calling in loud voice
"Bani Jai is in. Wake up beta he is waiting for u."
On hearing his name all last night meories flooded in front of her alonh with the kiss.
"Oh but it was not a kiss" said bani to herself but she herself knew it was no less than a kiss. She wasn't feeling comfortable abt meeting him. After half an hour being all freshed she reluctantly went downstairs to meet Jai.
" So Jai beta how was the dinner yesterday?" Jai very surprisingly said "didn't bani say anything to u.It was horrible, almost horrible and said everything what happened.
Kiran gased
"Oh! Mera baccha" On seeing Bani she went and put her arms around her shoulder and squeesed.
"Hoe are u today? Fine? Jai told me abt yesterday" "I am fine mom no need to worry besides it was real fun yesterday gotta new experience right Jai"
"Ok then u guys talk I go and make breakfast"
As her mother left the uncomfortable feeling and aprehensives rushed through her vains again. She didn't know what to say but Jai casually started talking as if nothing had happened.
"Bani I was thinking since its Saturday will u come with to buy contacts"
Seeing Jai acting all normal Bani thought not to ponder over it more and said to herselfthat it was just a moment of time.
"Fine Jai lets have breakfast and go for shopping even I have to buy loads of things for prom night. May be this time u will help me shop faster last year it nearly took me a month to finalize a dress"
Jai impression was worth looking and said
"I had just heard ladies take a lot time shopping but this I think I am gonna experience it"
"Its good for u Jai You wont have problem while shopping with Roshni"
Hearing her name Jai didn't say anything nor did Bani and there a long silience but it was soon gone by the shouting of her mother to come for breakfast.
It was midday, July sun at the top of head and roming from one shop to shop carrying heavy bags wasn't helping either. Sweats were droping from his forehead to his face and his all body was being itchy
"Bani how long are we going to shop more. My clothes are sticing to my body and I am feeling really itchy and we haven't even have our lunch yet"
"Jai we just had our lunch"
"Bani it was 10 in the morning and it is 2 in the afternoon. I cant move anymore now how do u girls can shop wholeday without eating anything"
"Ok Jai lets go this last shop land we go and have lunch. Plz plz"
"Ok Ok. Lets go"
Finally after litrally pushing Bani from shop to reaturant Jai and Bani were having lunch well Jai was having but Bani was simply staring at him.
While eating "
Bani I cant tell u how hungry I am?"
"You don't need to Jai I can see it. Looking at you it reminds me of Black hole where everything goes inside and never comes out."
Giving her a sheepish grin he said sorry.
"I didn't know Jai u eat this much even u werent having this much yesterday and u are skinny too. Where does all this food go from our body"
"Bani I am used to shopgry with ladies"
"Shopgry? What's that"
"Shooping being hungry" Looking Bani's shocked face he started laughing
"Jai u are so mean" saying that she started hitting him with tissues present on the table and turned other way.
After stopping his laughter with lots of effort said
"Sorry bani now common don't make that sulking face. Bani! Bani! Where are u going? Bani! I havent yet completed my lunch"
That got Jai a glare from Bani and knew he worsen the matter more.
"Bani wait wher are u going" "
To shop" "what? Then what was some time ago? Oh! Ya I forgot prom dress is still left. Lets go"
"No Jai we are going to look for contacts for u and about my prom dress u are going to come with me next week or so as ur punishment beside u r a good Porter"
Jai just stared Bani going into the optics shop disbelievingly
"Bani I like this greenish blue one. Which one do u like? Umm this aqua one is good too. What do u think?"
But Bani was busy looking and rejecting. From last one hour bani hadn't spoken a word just made him put on different one. First of all clear ones and then the coloured one.
"Ya Jai I was right u should buy the clear ones"
"What? Then why the hell did u ask for coloured one?"
"Just to check but none of them matched ur eye's hazel browm colour. You certainly do have the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen" Bani said with sincerity which made Jai blush and he shyly said
"Thanks"
After buying lenses they went back to their home (but respective ones)…………..
