Chapter 23

He finished the call and joined everyone..They were about to start dinner..
Bani saw jai lost in thought..she wondered about the phone call..Jai saw bani looking at him.. he gave her a nervous smile..she frowned..she has never seen mr.walia this nervous..something must be wrong..she thought..

After dinner everyone sat down and talked for a while then it was time for them to leave..
Masi: "acha beta ab hum chalte hai.."
Dadi: "arre billo kyo na aaj tum dono yahi par ruk jaao..kyu jai putar.."
Jai could have kissed dadi..
"aap thik kah rahe hai dadi" kaafi raat ho gayi hai.." jai said looking at bani who ignored him.
Bani looking at dadi : "nahi dadi..hum nahi rukege…"
adi signaled jai not to force her…jai nodded..
Jai: "thik hai maasi chaliye..mai chod deta ho.."
Bani : "mai ganga to gudnite bol kar aati ho.." and went upstairs..

Ten minutes later she came back..after saying goodnight to everyone they took their leave..

After 20 mintues they reached bani's house.Masi got off first said gudnite to jai and went inside leave bani and jai alone..
Bani wondering what to say.."g..g..gudnite" she stammered at last..
Jai wanted her stay for a while but didn't know how to say it.."bani?
he called as she was about to turn.."I want to ask to something"

Bani: "ji"
"woh..woh pata nahi kaise kaho? He said softly..
Bani raised her eyebrows.."hya baat hai mr.walia?" she asked gently..
jai looked at her "woh mera dost sanjay…u know him right?" he asked..bani nodded.. "he's having a party next Saturday..he wants me to bring you….tum chalo gi mere saath..?" he asked nervously..
Bani thought for a moment…"can I think about it??" she asked..
"Of course" he said..at least she didn't say no.. he thought
"ok then..mai aap ko Thursday ko bata dongi.." bani said

Jai: "ok"
Bani smiling : "mai chalo?"
jai smiled tenderly : "ha..gudnite..tablets kha lena pliz"
Bani smiled : "ok…gudnite.." and went inside giving jai one last look..
As soon as her door closed jai released his breath..i" love you bani"..he said softly..got in and drove back home..
At home before going to hid bedroom he went to check on ganga..today she slept in her room with varun..he gently put the blanket on her andvarun and kissed them and quietly closed the door..

He went to his room and sat on the couch and closed his eyes..
His couldn't stop thinking about bani, or how he tied her dori and how she shivered..he smirked..so I'm not the only one whose affected..

After a long time he fell asleep..

Next Day..
He felt someone shaking him..he groaned and opened his eyes and saw ganga's smiling face..He lept out and grabbed her by the waist and started tickling her..
Ganga laughing : "papa stop..pliz .."
Jai still tickling her : "first say sory for waking me..bilkul apni ma par gayi ho..woh bhi mujhe sune nahi deti thi…woh…." He stopped…ganga also stopped laughing..
"Papa u miss ma a lot naa" she asked gently

"ha beta..i miss her so much.." he said sadly..

"Don't wory ab mai aa gayi ho naa..to mama bhi aajegi..dont wory.." she said..

Jai smiled: "I know beta."…ok ab mai fresh ho jao phir hum breakfast ke liye niche chale warna rano maasi gussa ho jayegi.." getting up..

They went down and joined everyone for breakfast..During breakfast ganga kept everybody entertained…
After breakfast all men went to office except jai..
jai: "adi mai kal se office join karoga..today I'll spend my day with ganga.." smiling at her..
Ganga beamed.."I love you papa.."
Jai tenderly :"love you too beta."

Naciket cheekily : "bhaiya aisa karo aap kal bhi office mat aao.."hum sab hai naa.." winking ar ranveer..

They all knew that bani was joining the office from tomorrow..

Jai growled at naciket : "naciket one of these days I'll….." he stopped when he realized that ganga was also sitting there with them..

Everyone laughed..poor jai stood there looking as if something snatched his favourite toy..

All day jai and ganga enjoyed doing masti.. Suddenly jai had an idea..

Awesome update! Thank you so much for updating. Main kab se wait kar rahi thi! I loved the update. Love Ganga and Jai's relationship and I hope Ganga will bring her parents together. Though I think JB both still very much have the same feelings for each other if not stronger than before!

Loved Nachiket teasing Jai about coming to the office. We all know how much Jai loves the office, if Bani's there! The last thing he'll want to do is stay home whene his better half is at work!

Can't wait to see what Jai's idea is!
