Part 8

When he turned he saw Pushkar standing behind him with a sad face. He didn't know what to say cause he was so hurt and wanted to be alone till he heard Pushkar telling him something

Pushkar : Jai give her time…..I know she has feelings for u too but she will no accept it fast cause her past wont allow her to believe anyone anymore

Jai who was listening to what Pushkar was saying got confuse and asked him " What u mean by her past wont allow her to believe anyone anymore…….what happen with her that she acted like that….I didn't tell her something inappropriate……I just told her what I felt for her" he said angrily.

Pushkar : Jai cool down and listen to me……Bani was never like this……she use to be a happy go lucky girl, full of life, love to hang out with friends and make others laugh….but everything changed 5 years ago.

Jai : What happen Pushkar…..i want to know

Pushkar : Well Jai I would like to tell u but I can't …….its not my place to tell u what happen, only Bani can…….but trust me I know Bani and I have been seeing some changes in her since she got to know u….i know u will make her happy because I have faith in u and I trust u……just give her some time to come around.

With that said Pushkar went back inside. Jai who was still standing there was overwhelmed with Pushkars last sentence and he was more determined to make Bani realize how much he love her. With that thought in mind he headed to his room to call it a night and hope that tomorrow will be a better day.


1 week has passed and Bani have been avoiding Jai by sending someone else for the meetings with Jai Walia and not receiving his phone calls. Bani knew that if she saw him she wont be able to control herself and give in to him cause somewhere in their friendship she has started to love him but she cant allow that cause she don't want to get hurt again.


Jai was in his cabin and he was in an awful mood and who ever came into his cabin got to witness his anger. His staff was surprised to see him so angry cause in the past 2 months he hardly got angry but this one week he has been eating up everyones head. They just hope that whatever was bothering their boss will solve soon.

Jai had enough of Bani avoiding him, he has decided that today he will meet her and talk to her even if he have to drag her out from her office. With this he made his way to Dixit Industries.

Bani was doing some work on her laptop when her office door flew open and when she looked up to see who was it she got shocked to see Jai infront of her with anger written all over his face and she got scared.

With trembling voice she asked him what he was doing here. He said he wants to talk to her. But Bani was stubborn and told him she didn't have anything to talk to him and she was busy.

This made Jai more angry and he decided it was enough with being nice and in one swap movement he caught hold of Bani's wrist and drag her out of her office and the building. He ignored her protests and the surprise look of all the staff. Pushkar who has seen the scene didn't want to get involve and told the staff to resume their work and he hoped that Bani will stop being stubborn and move on with her life.

Jai dragged Bani to his car and made her to sit in the passenger sit and he went around to the driver sit and drove them away from the hustle of Mumbai city.

All through the ride Bani has been shouting and demanding to know where he was taking her but Jai didn't bother to answer her and kept driving and eventually she got tired and just sat there quietly and staring out of the window.

Suddenly the car came to a stop and when Bani look out to see where they are she got scared cause he brought her to a hill side which was secluded and no one was there. Jai got down of the car and came to her side and told her to come out. Hesitantly she came out of the car and he once again got hold of her wrist and brought her to the middle of the empty spot.
