Pushkar watched Jai and Roshni sitting under the umbrella next to the pool and enjoying their lunch, so this is his first wife, why should someone marry the 2nd time inspite of having such a lovely wife, there seemed to be no discord too, when Bani announced that she had married Jai Walia at the same venue after her sister's wedding, Pushkar's fuse blew off, you married a married man, lekin kiyu….Bani was hesitating in giving the answer….of course, he is a rich man, enough money to fulfill all your dreams and aspirations, mera pass woh saab kaha jo unke pass hai….he had left the table in a huff, not bothering to wait to hear Bani out.
Pushkar suddenly felt sorry for Bani, does she know why he has married her, after they parted he read an article about their wedding, it seems he has married the 2nd time because he did not have children from his first marriage…….keya Bani ko yeh baath maloom hai, hona toh chahiye, saare duniya ko maloom aur usse nehi maloom hoga…but why you Bani, aisa kaunsa majboori thi Bani he said to himself, I was besotted to you inspite of so many girls falling on me, I never cheated you once we got serious, or is it money….Pushkar gave one last glance towards them and walked towards his desk at the reception.

Roshni shifted her position, the a.c was getting too cold, she tried to pull the cover up but Jai was sleeping on it, she gave another tug….Bani a.c kaam karo yaar, itna thanda kiyu kar diya, he mumbled and shifted to the other side….inspite of the chill, Roshni started to sweat…

The sun was yet to be rise properly, Jai waited for the waves to wet him, as it receded he bent to pickup the shells it left behind, he picked randomly, then selected a few, put them in his pocket and threw the rest back to the water…after sometime, he sat down and took out the lot, there were some beautiful pieces, yes he will give these to Bani, she will like them very much, then his eyes fell on a small and cute conch shaped shell, inspite of its size it, it was perfectly shaped with a pearly white texture and as the raise of morning sun fell on it, it emitted its seven colours…Jai smiled, yes it will make a perfect pendent, now he has to find a good jeweler…
Hello Mr Walia, aap itna subah subah…
Jai looked up at Pushkar, then stood up, his bermuda was already wet, kiyu Pushkar mujhe itna subah nehi utna chahiye…
Kiyu nehi, lekin aap shells utha rahe hai….

Pushkar tried to hide his shock, the man is on holiday with his first wife but picking up shells for his 2nd…

Startled Pushkar looked at him…You know about our restaurant…
With twin blue dolphins monogrammed on the door and on the shirts, yes I know about them, Jai replied…
Bani told you about this, it was our dream you know Mr Walia and she shared with you…
Don't look like that at me Pushkar, I am her husband…I know there are some dreams which cannot be fulfilled but there is no harm in sharing them…isn't it…anyway Pushkar I think you should get in touch with Bani, it is painful to loose a good friend…

Jai and Roshni stepped into the Walia Mansion after a week, both brown and looking happy, the servants took away their luggage and as Jai sipped water offered by Tony….

Ha ma…tum abhi tak gao nehi gayi…
Kal subah jayungi...beta abhi abhi maine kiran se baath huwi, tere liye khush khabri hai beta...
Roshni was on her way up stopped on the stairs...beta tu baap baane wala hai...

Beta woh Bani ki ma hai aur kuch din se Bani ki tabiyaat theek nehi thi, toh doctor ne test kiya, abhi abhi result mili hai….Dai Ma held his face with both the hands and pinched his cheeks, mai bahut khush hu beta, bahut khush, mandir ja rahi hu, puja dene....as she left, Jai looked up towards Roshni, scratched his head self consciously and went towards his study…
Roshni watched him, he still cannot believe it seems…the wait is over at last ….…Roshni climbed up…
