Jai was going through his files, the tension was decreasing at home, thank god both Roshni & Bani were so different, their ideas did not match, while Roshni was smart and outgoing, Bani did not have any problem in staying back at home if she had enough to do…Ma knew that and maybe that is why she chose Bani, he trusted Ma, though lately Roshni is having doubts as to why Ma chose Bani, just to have her family on her side against Roshni, Jai smiled to himself, Roshni can be so weird at times, all these years Ma has carried out Roshni's wishes regarding the household and one thing is for sure, Ma wants to see him happy, he knows he comes first in her life, even before her own family….
Just then his secretary came in, she had a funny look on her face…..Keya baath hai…Jai asked while handing over the signed files…
There is one guy, who wants to meet you, he is saying he needs to either see you or speak to you urgently, this is regarding some Bani Dixit, who he claims stays in your house…..she I believe….

Pushkar walked into Jai's office….he did have an idea that by taking Bani's name he will get an appointment with the otherwise very busy Mr Jai Walia but immediately, he had no idea, he was prepared to wait an hour or two…

As Jai listened to Pushkar, he could feel a strange feeling engulfing him, so Bani had an affair and was about to announce it at home….he closed his eyes, no wonder she had a lost look on her most of the time, yes Pushkar is right, Bani is an open girl but then why did she hide her marriage from her boyfriend what is the motive….

Bani was sitting in her brother-in-law's shop with her sister, Jai has given her money to buy some jewelry….agar kam par jaye….just book it and come, I will arrange to get it for you…Bani did not know any good shop in Mumbai, so she asked for Pia's help and both went to Ajit's shop, Tribhubandas…Ajit asked her what she wanted, she looked at Pia's face…
Pata nehi, unhone kaha, kuch khareedne ke liye…I really don't have an idea Jijaji…
Ajit smiled, well he was used to seeing rich and famous shopping for their wedding trousseau so he asked….kitna paisa diya unhone….

It was about 4.30 in the evening that Bani entered the house…she was happy, this is the first time since her arrival at Mumbai, she took Pia out for lunch, they enjoyed their shopping trip too, Bani got the best attention while choosing the jeweleries and then they packed the same and gave it to her, inspite of not paying the full amount, since it was for Mrs Jai Walia, it is o.k. that she takes them, they will get their payment….for the first time today, Bani felt being Mrs Jai Walia in public….she entered her room to find Jai waiting for her…

Jai hung his head, he felt ashamed of himself, he has failed to make Bani feel secure…no wonder the girl is upset….how old is she hardly 21/22 years…aren't they expecting too much from this girl…
Bani was looking out of the window, watching the gate, Jai came and hugged her from behind…held her as she steadied herself, a little later Bani turned around and hugged Jai…
Jai murmured, dekho Bani I appreciate your views, I am sorry hume itna toh puchna hi tha…mai yeh nehi janta that there was another man in your life…at least you had a serious relationship…he held Bani's face between his palms, I promise you that I will announce it to the world soon, I know we will be ridiculed and laughed at maybe but I was waiting to get used to the idea….aur Bani, I know you do not love me but I do not want your pity, I do not want to become a father at the cost of your happiness, if you do not like the idea just tell me, we will have a quiet divorce, you will be free to lead your own life…..I will prevent anyone who wants to stop you from doing so…
Bani held his hand, Mr Walia, jo huwa so huwa, yeh shaadi ka mamla hai…aur hum abh bahut ageh bar chuke hai, we are now man and wife, yeh baath toh mujhe Pushkar ko batana hi chahiye, itna bara baath mai usse chhupayu kaise, yeh sahi nehi hai…anyway Pushkar ne aapko akar mila, bahut chahata tha mujhe, lekin mai usse batane wali thi, agar woh nehi ata toh bhi bata deta….mai thora confused jaroor hu, lekin dokhe baaj nehi,,,,
