I quite understand. I had the SAME condition months ago, when I was REALLY addicted, and I couldn't concentrate in my studies at all. I took a short break then, and it worked, i scored very good marks in my board exams. And that break did me good too, i don't feel as addicted as I used to before, bcoz I've realised oxygen is necessary for life not I-F😆
