Chapter Seven

Jai woke up the next day to see Bani wasn't there on the bed. She was already up and downstairs in the kitchen. He went to his closet and looked at his suits. When he had come from America he was in a rush and he just took whatever clothes that came in hand.

The only suits he had stuffed in his suitcase was some black and grey suits other than that he had left most of his suits behind. He was getting bored of wearing the same colours and suits over and over again and he decided when coming back home from the office he would go to the mall to buy some clothes.

Jai wore his plain black suit which he looked handsome in. He went downstairs to see Bani had put out his breakfast for him. Masi was already at the table eating her food and smiled as Jai joined her. "Masi today I'm going to the mall after work so I'll be home a little later," Jai told.

"That's a good idea why don't you pick up Bani too and both of you could go together?" Masi seemed delighted. "Sure if Bani wants to come why not," Jai replied looking over at Bani. "Do you want to go Bani?" Masi questioned her. "Umm sure," Bani nodded her head.

Later on they left the Walia Mansion and Jai dropped Bani off to college than going to work himself. Bani went to college her first class she had with Rano. She saw Rano and sat beside her quietly. "So did you enjoy dinner last night with Ranveer?" Bani teased her.

"Next time he's coming please tell me in advance," Rano replied. "He's so nice to you Rano but you're so mean to him," Bani said shaking her head in disapproval. "It's not my fault he doesn't understand I'm not interested in him," Rano remarked.

"What's wrong with him?" Bani asked. "I don't know I just guess he's not my type," Rano shrugged. Bani sighed wondering why poor Ranveer even bothered with Rano. She was playing hard to get. The classes passed by and Bani was looking forward to going to the mall with Jai.

Later in the evening after Jai finished work he went to pick up Bani who was at home after coming from college. He waited for her outside and when she sat in the car they left for the mall. Jai looked over at Bani who was fiddling with the end of her dupatta.

"How was your day at college?" Jai asked. "Good," Bani mumbled. Jai nodded his head showing he was listening to her. Bani still seemed shy and she bowed her head down concentrating on the material of her blue salwaar kameez.

After reaching the mall they went inside and Jai went to a men's clothing store. He picked up a few clothes and went to the changing room to try them on. Bani stood outside the door and Jai came out wearing a white dress shirt with khaki pants with a leather jacket.

"Does this look good?" Jai asked her. Bani nodded and Jai checked himself in the mirror. He went back inside and tried the other clothes. Every time he came outside to show Bani she ended nodding when he asked her if it looked good.

Finally Jai sighed and glanced at her, "Bani at this rate if you like everything I just might buy everything in the store." It's not my fault everything looks good on you, Bani thought than blushed realizing what she was thinking. "Sorry this time I will tell you my opinion," Bani answered.

Jai came out with a brown suit and modeled it for Bani. "It's looks alright but the colour black suits you more than brown," she told honestly. "I think you're right," Jai smiled. "One more left to try on," he announced before going back to the change room.

This time when he came out Bani was shocked. He was wearing a blue dress shirt but it seemed he forgot his pants. His black boxers covered halfway but than exposed the rest of his powerful and muscular looking legs. Bani turned her head and quickly looked somewhere else instead of the great view in front of her.

Jai was confused with her reaction. Does it look that bad, he thought. He gazed at himself and saw he forgot to wear the pants. "Oops," Jai uttered. He scrambled back inside the change room, all the clothes changing seemed to confuse him which made him forgot to wear his pants.

He came out this time with pants and he doubled checked himself a couple of times before leaving. Bani still didn't dare to look at him and refused to budge. "Bani I promise this time I have my pants on," Jai chuckled. Colour flooded her cheeks and she nodded in approval of his clothes going back to her shy state.

Jai paid for the clothes and exited the store. He asked Bani if she wanted to buy something but much to his dismay she didn't want anything. He did although buy a couple of salwaar kameezes for her, Masi probably wouldn't have liked if he didn't buy anything for her.

In the car as they drove back home Bani remembered Jai without his pants and only boxers on the bottom. He looked really fit and muscular. He had bronze tanned skin and he was very handsome. She remembered his expression when he scrambled back in the changing room to put pants on.

She tried to stiffen her laugh but she started to giggle. Jai gazed at Bani who was laughing. He wondered why she was laughing all of a sudden and he never had seen this side of her before. She looked at him and mumbled a sorry thinking he knew she was laughing at him.

"You were laughing at the change room incident weren't you?" Jai questioned sternly. "No," Bani replied innocently. Jai smiled at her and before they knew it, they both were laughing.

I wrote this part quickly due to the amount of time and sorry if it was boring. I was going to reply to all the comments I got for the last chapter but now I only have enough time to write an update for you guys. Although that doesn't mean I don't appreciate your comments, that's what makes me write more. Thanks for the encouragement and will be looking forward to the comments on this chapter.
