Bani stared at Rano amused as she was trying to do some last minute revise. She was sitting with heaps of books and notes around her in the hostel room. There exam was in 30 minutes.Rano was a resident student and knowing her quiet well Bani knew that if she doesn't drag her to the exam hall, she'll probably be late in the exam doing her last minute revisions. Bani sat quietly as last minute revisions do more harm than good to her. Rano was completely hyper, picking up books, reading some line then throwing it again and grabbing a note and reading it. Finally, she explode, "Bani, I'm going to fail!"
Bani snorted, "Yeah, why not!"
"Bani, stop. For you it's a game nah? I'm not as good student as you are. And I've got poor marks in the class tests of this subject." She shook her hand impatiently in front of Bani.
"Yes, you got horrible marks in the class test, 77 in 80." Bani rolled her eyes, "Comon, we'll be late."
"Oh no! It's already time." Rano panicked. "I've still not revised that one. Oh my god, I'm going to fail." She dropped in the bed in the verge of crying. Bani siged and almost dragged her out of the room towards the exam hall.

"That was a fairly easy exam," Sarika said checking the question paper. The three girls were sitting in their cafeteria after the exam. While Bani & Sarika was mighty pleased with themselves, Rano was quiet and solemn, though if judged her exam has been better than the other two.
Bani smiled at her, "Stop sulking Rano. You're going to do alright. Probably you'll get highest grade."
"That's for you Bani." Rano said gloomily.
"My foot." Bani cursed and made a face at her and Sarika laughed.
"enough of the exams, tell us about your wedding. How's the preparations going?" Sarika asked.
"You two don't even ask." Bani said moodily, "Have you once gone to ask if your help is needed?"
Rano tried to argue, "But we have exams Bani, final Exams!"
"Very good." Bani said still a bit moody.
Sarika touched her hand, "I'm so sorry yaar. But try to understand, isn't it hard? After all, it's the finals. I guess Bhaia & Bhabi are having a tough time doing everything alone. I wish I could've helped."
"It's mainly Pri you know, " Bani laughed, "she's hyper and making everyone's life hell with lots of works."
Sarika and Rano shared a quick glare which didn't go unnoticed by Bani, "What's up? Why are you looking so bothered?"
"Nothing," Rano said quickly and pretended to drink from her glass which was empty.
Bani looked at her suspiciously, "are you sure?"
"She's just hyper over the exam." Sarika tried to change the topic. "So tell us, did you get the invitation card?"
Bani shrugged, "Yes, but you don't want invitation cards, do you?"
Sarika replied shyly, "Don't forget to give one to Asif, he'd not go otherwise."
"That'd be good for you," Bani smirked, "You'll be able to flirt with as many guys you want in the absence of your beloved husband."
Sarika hit her lightly, "When I've never flirted with guys before marriage, why should I do now?"
"That's my point." Bani winked.
"Hm, wait till I say this to Jai, that you're planning to flirt with other guys once married." Sarika returned the wink.
"Yes, then he'll put you up in a tower with no doors only one window, and when he'll want to meet you he'll call you, Banizel, Banizel put down you hair." Rano said while trying to pull Bani's long braid.
Bani blushed as she tried to grab her braid back from Rano, "Rano ki bachchi, choru gi nehi chujhe."
Rano just giggled and pulled Bani's hair more, "Umm, is it strong enough to climb up?"
Seeing Bani's face she got up and ran, Bani chased her; both laughing.

Jai greeted the little girl by hugging her, she wriggled out and adjusted her glasses though a grin was visible in her face.
He picked her up and kissed her cheek, waiting for her to screw her nose. But surprisingly, he got a kiss from her as well. She softly kissed his cheek and said, "I thought you left me as well, like others do."
Jai ruffled her hair, "Don't think like this. I'll never leave you. you're my first priority."
Cissy widened her eyes, "Then Bani?"
Jai looked questioningly at her, "What about her?"
"I thought you'd leave me once you get married." She said matter-of-factly.
He put her down and kneeled before her, "Hun, I'm never going to leave you. you should know this by now."
"But I'm mad." She said sadly.
"Who told you you're mad?" he asked softly.
"The girl I saw in the plane."
"She's just jealous of you," Jai smiled at her, "Cause you know so many things which she doesn't."
"Are you sure?" Cissy looked confused.
"Off course I'm sure." Jai smiled.
She thought for some time and touched his hand, "Let's go home."

"Hi doctor." Pri looked up hearing the cheerful voice. She smiled, "Hi Puskar, what brings you here?"
"I'm here to talk about the work I'm doing, you know new communication system, the beepers of yours is getting too old."
"Oh, then why are you here? I can't help you in this matter." She replied a bit sadly that he's not actually come to meet her.
"Hmm, thought will meet the most beautiful thing of the place before I get into real work." Puskar said flirtishly.
"Your flirting will take you to hell," said Pri though it was clear that she's not mad at him.
He smiled, "I'll go to hell happily only if you come with me."
She scowled, "You talk too much."
"Ok, I won't talk. You talk about yourself." Puskar said grinning. Pri looked surprised, "what do you want to know from me?"
"About you, your dreams." He said.
She looked at him suspiciously, "what are you upto?"
"Nothing." Even he was surprised, "Just trying to have a civilized conversation with you."
"I'm not that bad," she protested at once.
"I never told that it was your fault, it could've been my fault, but since you agreed…." He stopped as she slapped his hand. "Ok, enough jokes, comeon, tell me what's your dream?"
She suddenly blushed. He coaxed, "Comeon, tell me.."
"Will you laugh at me if it's ridiculous?" Pri wondered.
"It's ridiculous then?" Puskar smirked. Then seeing her expression he quickly said seriously," No I won't laugh at you. tell me."
Pri smiled dreamily, "To buy a house."
"Sorry?" Puskar thought he's heard wrong.
Pri turned crimson, "Really, I want to live in a two storied bunglow with garden and a picket fence around it."
"That's it?" Puskar asked shocked.
"Yes, I guess." She said smilingly.
Puskar argued, "But I thought you want to be a good doctor and so on…"
"That's my ambition Puskar, not dream. There's a lot of difference in these two. Most of the dreams don't come true, and it's bearable. But if you lost your ambition, you'll loose everything."
Puskar reached to touch her hand, she smiled.

You must be wondering what has got into us lately, first Tanu and now me, giving super first updates...😆😆...hehe, I'll probably take a break now...😉...but this part I wrote as a return "favor" for Tanu as she updated her FF, and it's completely out of my storyline, so I guess Twist is still 2 parts away from now..let me know if you liked the part or not
