Well, I have my problems with AD due to his actions and characteristic and If I say that some AD fans have to generalise me saying that i a JB fan hence I dont like AD. I have myself encountered that before.

But you know, we should be fair - tell me if i am wrong...Except for few AD fans most of the others only look at the looks of AD and support him...Well, if supporting an actor is all about talking about looks, then I dont think I would not have any need to support Bani at all right?

If they support whatever they say with facts, I am okay. I have discussed with such members like Abha, Raji and Bravie before but most of the others dont make their point with facts that is shown in the show. It is always about how hot AD looks. I want intelligent discussion...Am I wrong in demanding for that?😕

Well, Anju, I don't think I am being unfair…And just being a JB fan does not make me unfair. Why this generalization and prejudice? Well doesn't this seem unfair to you – this prejudice and generalization. If I have to say I love AD, I will be considered fair otherwise I am not. Well, then I shall remain unfair…I am happy that way.

Well, I have never seen Jai fans say "I don't care whatever mistakes Jai do. He looks sexy and that is what matters." But I can't say the same about AD fans. If you want I can pull out some examples for you.

Well, again why is making our point considered an uproar? Cos JB fans are more vocal?

Anju, I am not supporting either of two groups and I am saying what I feel is happening in the forum. Both need to tone down and respect each other…

Late on this thread but I wud want to say my two bits. It shud be OK to call characters names but not actors. Yes, criticise them for lack of acting skills, if that is the case, but avoid making personal remarks against the person or his looks etc.

Btw for those who think that AD is being treated harshly, they shud just open the pages on Oct 3-6, 2006 and also during his mera bachcha acts with Pia to check out the terms of endearment used for JW - "Ek Raat Do Behenen", "Excess viagara is bad for you" "Professional sperm donor" etc. and I am censoring out the real swear words. If it was not a problem then, why is weasel, pervert a problem now.

this is really uncalled for...you are being biased here...just because there is a majority of JB fans here doesn't mean that we are creating a havoc all the RR fans are doing the same...
i haven't seen and JB fans name calling an actor or actress but RR fans have to RK...
and you are singling us out Mamta...i agree with Sammy, Rivs, and Megs on this...this totally is uncalled for.
i agree whenever us JB fans try to say our opinion the RR fans just attack us too in personal terms at time...
and not to mention we have told them that they should really stay off the topic if they know that we are not going to agree with them...i have overlooked some...
and plus we are welcoming them and from day one we gave them warning that we call names to all our characters and if they dont like it then they have to suck it up...but mamta we all know we call all the characters names yahan tak ke JB too..so if they dont like it then they need to suck it up...because we call all the characters that and you know but this warning is uncalled for...we dont attack them but in fact they do attack us
and besides we are voicing our opinion...and if u think voicing our opinion is attacking then im sorry but your wrong...and plz RR fans are not less either so plz close this warning coz it is uncalled for..

I don't understand what is big deal about calling characters names as long as we don't say bad things about actors.

We have always ctitisized everyone including Jai 7 bnai ( actually mostly them) & didn't have any problem for last 1year or so.

May be AD fans who have joined for Ronit don't know this & taking the critism of AD personal for Ronit.

We have this forum to discuss the show not just praising it. AD fans should learn to take it sportinly just like Jai or Bani fans don't get offfended by Jai being called buddha or Bani amma.or dixit curse on Jai etc.

Okay I'm confused now....so why do we have to stop bashing characters? Jai, Bani, Pia, Rano, AD are all fictional characters, so if there's something that they do, that we don't like...do we not say anything at all? 😕 What esactly is the point of the forum then?
Criticising actors for their lack of acting skills or their performance...what's wrong with that? Of course passing personal remarks on their looks, weight etc is totally unacceptable.
But if I criticise AD or JW...I'm criticising the character and his actions.....not RR/RK the actor. As long as that's the intent I don't see anything wrong with it.
But yes, common courtesy and manners should be a way of life...online and off line

It wud be extremely difficult to have any kind of meaningful discussions if we were not to be allowed to bash characters. Bashing of actors, other members of the Forum, yes shud be reported. But if bashing of characters is to be banned we might as well stop posting.

yep exactley pachu...
and besides i would be a hypocrite if i did that...and pachu and piku no offense but this really is uncalled for warning...coz this has been happening for a long time...and if u say it now then it is called to some extent a hypocrisy act...and it really is offensive to us JB fans and if we dont bash characters then there is not discussions and you know it...so this really is uncalled for...and i would be a hypocrite if i did that...
