Why is it last since last year it has been ok to call characters names and suddenly a character is called something and we are obssesive fans. JW has been called a dog, wimp, Pia reptile, Tarun a skunk, Roshni a cobra and that was alright and we were not obssesive, but now just because AD has been called weasel all old KS fans are obssesive fans. JW was crucified on thsi forum for calling bani a dhandewali, and when AD walks into bani's room in the middle of the night while she is sleeping and some fans find it creepy and state an opinion we are obssesive. AD fans have been attacking members, RK directly and that does not make the forum look bad. So as long as we say AD is hot we are fine, otherwise we should shut up. This is the feeling I am getting.

I meant in a epi JW called Bani a dhandewali and the whole forum crucified him. Called him a pimp and stuff. Today AD walked into a woman's room in the middle of the night without permission and a lot of people took offence to that and called the character a name. Not the actor. An epi shows something and people react to that with their feelings. The forum is where they express their feelings. As a member has the right to call him a prevert, so does another member to say he is not. They can post both sides of the discussion.

All I am saying is that why is it okay to have 10 page discussion on why JW is a dog, JW fans might not have liked it but took it in stride and even wrote poems of his as a dog, but as soon as we have a name for AD based on what the character does on screen we are jealous obssessive fans attacking AD/RR fans. Where was RR mentioned in any of this.

Members of this forum have been directly attacked and called names and I am not making this up as threads have been closed and trashed. I thought the point of the fforum was to be able to express our opinions freely. If there is a large number of people who don't like AD or AD-B pairing and express it why is it termed as attaccking RR/AD. If the Pro JB number is bigger than they make more noise, it's not to attack someone else. Are we not allowed to express out opinions anymore. We have from time go had heated debates about Bani vs Jai, Jai bs Tarun. We have bashed characters ad nauseum.

I feel to make new members feel welcome old members are being insulted for no fault of theirs. I feel this mandate is to tell us to shut up and not say anything against AD so that we don't offend his fans.

I am going to make my opinions as non biased as possible.

I agree that the state of the forum is very depressing. I used to be a regular poster, but of late the serial as well as the forum has put me off. I think a lot of people will agree.

But, honest to God, last couple weeks things were not this bad. We were all amicably warring J vs.B like always. And then suddenly I see a post linking AD and Bani and all hell breaks lose. We have posts about chemistry and age and wrinkles and weight and everything under the sun.

Another honest observation, like Sam said, defense is used in the forum by us JB fans when we feel offended, and that too deliberately. If the threads are checked, unless someone makes a comment against Jai or for AD/Bani, the thread continues to be peaceful.

I am in no way condemning or supporting anyone here. But in order to keep things fair, the rules should be applied to how the thread is named, rather than on expression. Frankly, its only when the thread name is offensive to one of the involved parties, things turn ugly.

Another observation of mine is some of us fans have forgotten the difference between reel and real and hence the mudslinging about actors. Jai is not RK and RK is not Jai. There is very thin yet disticnt line where the actor seperates from the screen persona. As long as we keep them seperated things will be calmer (not using RR in order to not offend anyone...so RK fans dont kill me)

Personally, banning people from posting views, that were always allowed, for the sake of a new entrant is not fair to us who have been with the serial through its roughest phases.

And in order to be welcomed, you have to come in as friends and not foes. no body likes to welcome a foe with open arms.

So if everyone tries to be responsible, we may not be in need of so many warning threads.

A lot of people were creeped out by that scene. A few termed AD pervert and that was just thier opinion. Also if you see the person who starte the thread is not one of the usual offender JB despo. Some got put off and stated that. Some loved it and their is a thread going ga ga over it. So why are all JW/JB fans being singled out and called attackers. Pervert was a reaction by a very small number to what was shown today. Others said it was creepy, others it was romantic and others it was hot. All the opinions were expressed.

Thank you Rivya for understanding. The forum does not seem like the welcoming forum it used to be.

Yep, as I said...I always get scared when a thread about AD-DDG is made. I know something is going to happen. And it almost always turns in to who looks better with who. Who looks like whos nana? and poti?! I guess this is all in fun's name but the weight and age comments are just too crude.

Thats totally understandable. 😊 If you feel your favourite star is being criticized unfairly, then you should make a counter-arguement. But it becomes a problem when members beging to argue between themselves. Why should us REAL people argue for REEL characters? 😕

Yep, thats what a forum is for. If you have an opposing view...then express it but in a respectable manner.

And in order to be welcomed, you have to come in as friends and not foes. So if everyone tries to be responsible, we may not be in need of so many warning threads.
