Attacking a member and saying that she is trying to start a fight with fans of a character if that member puts forth an hypothesis that the charcater is a mastermind is just not done.

To get respect I feel you have to also give respect.

We have always been a volatile forum and fought for our characters like no tomorrow but we have always respected the other side and built a cohesive forum.

cheers,

Hi,

It would be very helpful if you be clear as in what do you mean by "Attacking a member and saying that she is trying to start a fight with fans of a character ". Let me or any of the other KS Dev. Team member know through PM or in the topic.

Thanks alot for this much needed post.

I am fairly new to this forum but when I started I was glad to see the
discussions that took place were so insightful and it was a delight to read
other members differences of opinions. I might add that I was glad to be
accepted to the forum and be part of the discussions taking place. This is
a tv show and in a tv show there are characters, production values, script
writers involved to create the whole mise-en-scene and this forum
provides the format to me as a member to discuss any of these
contributing factors to the show in an intelligent and adult like respectful
manner. I, for one, appreciate it. However, recently, this forum looked
like a warzone. And, frankly, I was disappointed in the way the
newcomers who came with so much enthusiasm were received in this
forum. Agreed, it is a two way traffic, but when somebody is new to a
place, it is hardly reasonable to expect them to know everything.
Thanking you again for this much needed post.

Thanks a lot Bavie for your much appreciated answer.

And I agree like others that welcoming new members should be a spontaneous reaction in every Section of the Forum. And all members should adhere by it.

We have been fortunate to have so many new members joining the Forum every single day and enriching it with their views, observations and other kind of comments. And the I-F Dev Team would like to thank all members for their wonderful contribution.

👏

Yes the misunderstandings that have surfaced in the Forum during the past 2 weeks or so has really been unfortunate. At least thats what the KS Dev Team think of it. New members should be welcomed with open arms no doubt, but there is a flip side too. The views of the existing members should also be respected enough by the new members . then only the harmony will be maintained. After all, nothing in the world is a one-way exchange.

And yes NO personal attacks on either sides. Thats a strict NO No. But we all know here how the two sides fared.

This was needed 👏 👏 its not just matter of old or new since all members been making comments that leads to arguemets so guess just everyone needs to respect everyones views to keep the peace since its a two way street.

Hopefully this ks section will get back to what it use to be 😳 😳 whatever happens in ks.

(we have all bickered and fought over Jai and Bani singly and their actions for months on end and never came to any conclusions. But we stuck to our points throughout and never pelted stones at anyone)

Yes. Sangitadi and I have been going hammer and tongs over Munna v/s Munni but she is my best friend on IF.
