Yes, little bit name calling is fine like Kudos or whatever you guys call but names which dont sound good (e.g. calling a character homosexual) and you know which ones those are😉, aren't allowed

Thanks Aji....I am so glad another person decided to make a post about this...and I truly hope people pay heed to it this time...

I have been pretty new to this forum (had been silent for most of the time) but when I started here...this forum willingly accepted me as its part...which is what makes it such a special place...

However, in the last few weeks change...there have been times when I wanted to make my opinion known but was afraid of doing this, only because people who had initially accepted me with open arms, would now be pelting stones at me (figuratively)...

The friendships that were formed over the last year, were suddenly seeing cracks and this is only about people who have been around for long here...

I am not sure what impression we gave to the new comers with the sort of welcome they were metted...and frankly, it was far from the warm one most of us received...

I hope I dont offend anyone, but I figured instead of trying to PM friends and explaining them my POV, this would be a better place...

Rivya, I am sure we agree with your sentiments as far as welcoming people in the Forum is concerned and I have seen this Section graciously accept everyone as its own.

Thats why I even maintain that Newbies dont need to make introductory posts, they can just start posting in existing threads and get absorbed into the system.

So the question that basically arises is that what actually happened that it led to all these happenings which have never happened before?

And I am also glad that Scorp came forward to help us cos we came to know very well how much the members here considered our requests or whatever. I also truly hope that people pay heed to the Rules this time. This also points to the respect level for the Dev Team mmbers and we had to endure a lot too. 😕 Sigh!

And dont worry, we have all bickered and fought over Jai and Bani singly and their actions for months on end and never came to any conclusions. But we stuck to our points throughout and never pelted stones at anyone (figuratively speaking as well). After all, its a free Forum and all of us are free to voice our opinions, within the I-F rules frame.

BTW, I strictly believe in one thing - It needs two hands to clap. 😉

And dear, you havent offended anyone, just continue with your posts and POV. they are a pleasure to read as I have told you often. 😃

Fingers crossed people will actually take notice of this - I doubt it will stop but hopefully tone down a bit....

thank u aji,i was getting irritated abt people making rude remarks abt actors and characters and other members,its not right and i will listen to these rules as i love u guys so much and kasam se as well u guys rock 😊

Thanks for the post much needed. I would also like to point out that the new members should extend the same respect to members in the KS forum that they expect from us. Our thoughts and views should also be respected and personal attacks should not be made on us if they do not like our view on a character. Attacking a member and saying that she is trying to start a fight with fans of a character if that member puts forth an hypothesis that the charcater is a mastermind is just not done.

To get respect I feel you have to also give respect.

We have always been a volatile forum and fought for our characters like no tomorrow but we have always respected the other side and built a cohesive forum.
