I don't understand one more thing. She is insisting on giving Pia's child legitimacy. Where as when she was pregnant she didn't want to write husbands( her baby's father's name) & left it blank. Why didn't she think about her legitimacy then. Granted that she was married but still
wouldn't there be question about that baby's father too? Then Pia is married too.

Farah,

If you remember the story she intended to leave JW forever after returning his property to him. Basically wilfully deny her child a right to have a father. If JW was to be punished for accidentally depriving Bani of her mom, what punishment should Krishna give Bani to deny her right to have a father? I have asked this question on several posts and no one seems to have an answer to this.

(That was just a hospital form,)

So if she had put JW's name, heavens would have fallen apart.

Rgds,

Pri

She kept on saying that she will leave with the baby then & never said that she will give the baby to JW. Now suddenly she realises how much he loves kid & is bent on giving him Krishna. Then what about the time she actually could give him baby KRishna.

Suddenly now she will be MAhan & leave WM for her sister & JW desire for baby

JW's behaviour to Bani in the intitial days of his marriage was disgusting and he was regularly panned in the IF for that. So how has that become an issue now?

(He was in no which way a hypocrite when he point blank broke Sonali's heart )

As far as Sonali was concerned she was just a friend and JW had never made any romantic overtures to her, so why should he explain anything to her.

Rgds,

Pri,

I will not hold Jai responsible for the bad behavior he meted out to Bani in the initial stages of their relationship.Jai was not a bad person from the start. He was made to react this way.He turned into a monster because of Pia, Pushky and also Bani. If they had already informed him about the affair, this would not have happened.Jai has been very supportive towards everyone.Pushky first decided to sacrifice his love and then he backed out, it was his decision, he knew what he was getting into.Jigyasa insisted B to sit on the dias but it was her call to sit or not and when she decided not to step back because she wanted to save Pia, she also knew what she was getting into. She certainly did not expected Jai to sweet talk her or be nice to her when her entire family, even after knowing the truth made a public mockery out of him and with a person who he treated as his son

I too raised this question. What punishment should she be granted to keep a child away from his father. Bani played atypical hypocrite, what was she trying to prove. Was she planning to raise the child in a family of dysfunctional people which gave us product like Pia, ND, KD.

Farah, it can also be the other way round.A child can stay with his father who is capable of a better upbringing, and still have a relationship with his mother.

JW did not killed KD intentionally. He said that it was an accident. He paid his price of bumping off her mother but when the truth came out what price did Bani pay , for putting him through months of torture.

(Pri children do live away from their father and still have a relationship with them. )

But that was not what was intended. Bani intended to go so far away that JW would never be able to trace her back. And JW in his Friday speech did concede that he may never see his child.

(JW not only denied her a mother, he actually admitted to killing her. )

So has Bani ever spoken a word against her Mom for commiting suicide or ND for becoming a drunkard and abandoning his children. She only seems to have fond memories of them. How about just going to her parents just ONCE and ask "Dad/Mom, why did u do this to JW? Why did u do this to us sisters" Is that asking for too much?

Rgds,

Pri

Angad I partly agree with you, JW has suffered at the hands of Bani, during the divoce fiasco. I was an ardent JW supporter because i did not agree with Bani's ways. Infact only lost respect for him when he entered into an incestous relationship.

lol, my name is asha... im a gurl. i wuv angad😳

But this time Bani is the innocent one, her husband slept with her sister. There is no excuse for that. I will not go into why and how he ended up there, because at the end of the day JW is an adult, and rsponsible for his own decisions and actions.

yes, he is an adult, but just becuz he is an adult doesnt mean we can't ignore the the conditions that led him to sleep with her? if anything, i would say he was raped becuz pia took advantage of his vulnerable drunken state and came on to him even after he tried to frr himself from her clutches. and yet, he takes the full blame where he barely has fault in this... he barely had any sense! ofcourse it matters why and how he ended up there becuz it speaks in favor of him or against him... and i highly doubt that the ONS would have taken place if he wasnt drunk... JW is not the type of guy who would coming knocking at his sister in law's door to sleep with her.

When you have family in trouble, isn't normal to first think about the ones closet to you. She loves the reptile like a child. Bani did think about Pushky, the slap the reptile received was because she broken her marriage vows, deceived and betrayed Pushky. Bani said as much after slapping her. Even now Bani is first thinking about the child, then the reptile. Why is that wrong? Remember reptile did not tell her that she initiated this, as a sister you will always consider your sister and family innocent until proven guilty.

however, bani has forgived pia and let her slide one too many times. she should have punished pia much more severely, but let her off with two words. there's sumin called tough luv and becuz bani lacks that, the reptile has become wat she is today. her sister is indeed important... but for her, the dixits hold much more importance than her husband and her baby! she didn't even think about pushkar, the pooch who served her oh so loyaly when it came to pia and her child. all she thought about was pia and her niece/nephew... not how shattered her pooch would be and how to break it to him. nor did she ever question her parents and how her father could do this to the man she claims to luv so very very much. her loyalty is so very selective!

She gave the Buddha the same right, she wanted to know who he was speaking to, if there was another woman in his life. Being a wife she has a right to that, when she thought she was mistaken and her suspicions were wrong she did apologize to him and fasted to ask forgiveness. So why do say at this time in her life diff rules apply to her Family and diff set of rules for JW.

becuz her family is innocent 'till proven guilty, and even when they are proved guilty, bani dixit always has the heart to forgive them. and JW is always guilty 'till proven innocent, and even then he has to suffer.

asha

Farah,

(What angle is JW innocent in all this please elaborate.)

We do not even know the full story of the whole night. Let's find out b4 pronouncing our verdict.

(when your family, esp children need you, even if they have committed the biggest crime you will be there for them)

So I hope she will not abandon Pia after she finds out that J-P did it. She should continue babysitting him, patch up her second (J-P) marriage in case something goes wrong and in case she becomes preggie by another guy arrange her marriage to that guy as well.

(Her sisters are imp to her, is that bad, why should a husband she has known for 1 year become more imp than the sisters she raised. )

Which actually is fine with me. If her sisters are more important that JW, she should make that choice and live with it.
