AGreed, even if he has said so to himself, does it completely absolve him? He wants his beloved wife to live a life of lie and deceit? 😕

And knowing Pia, what if the truth comes out after a couple of years when Pia resurfaces with a baby in tow?

What we are only asking of JW is to act like a man and admit his mistake. Whether the ONS happened or not is highly subjective and is bound to proof. But he did cross the boundaries. Theres no doubt in that.

Jai keeps on harping that he has wronged Bani and she should be the one to mete out punishment to him. How can she if she doesnt even know the other side of the story? So basically her choice and judgement has been taken away from her. And yet, we are irritated by her strive to find out the truth. How convenient it is for us!!!

Tally, Bani will be dead. Only a living corpse will be in place. But that again is her fault. 😃

(If you can say that Jai is just a human who does mistakes and mistakes should be forgiven. So is Bani. We never said Bani is great and she does not do mistakes.)

Of course, Bani does mistakes and should be forgiven. In fact JW has already forgiven her for the divorce-alimony fiasco. But if JW does a mistake, usually he realises it, Bani doesn't.

Rgds,

Pri

Jai has made a mistake. He realised that he is wrong by not telling the truth to Bani. I agree he did told her once but she was sleeping. But, after that incident, he got many chances to her the truth. He is supposed to tell her. Or at least should have told her when she felt guilty for suspecting him. But the great Jai Walia did not. So where has he realised his mistake? When has be tried to stop repeating that mistake?

Sangs,

(Just because she doesnt go about harping 'I am sorry' doesnt mean she hasnt realsied her mistakes.)

If she had realised her mistakes, she wouldn't be wailing in her gfn dad's memory or at least if she did she would at least once go upto his portrait and say "Dad, why did u do this to JW".

Has she ever asked herself as to whether Banigiri was the right way of going about the divorce-alimony fiasco.
Has she ever asked herself whether the punishment she had intended to JW for killing her Mom, a liflong separation from her and her child, a fair punishment to JW and more importantly to her child.

JW makes far graver mistakes than Bani but at least he realises some of this, Amma never- she is convinced that she is always right.

Rgds,

Pri

Sangita,

I agree with you . Jai needs to tell her the truth and face the consequences. He needs to pay for his deeds. But, his fear of loosing her is is holding him back , the truth will eventually come out but hes obviously not thinking long term. This is just a reason not an excuse. Also, when we talk about hiding things, bani hasnt told him the truth behind the loss of his child , dosent he deserve to know that???.All I was trying to say was that Jai continues to be bashed for not being able to decide between the child and bani when he has already decided in favour of Bani.

Mohena, I have nothing personal against Jai, in fact I know that JnB are soul mates. And whatever the situations may be, if they are separated, they will cease to exist and their souls will become a vacuum.

Its not a question of bashing him up also. If you read all the posts from Day One, its Bani who has been bashed the most for each and every of her action, irrespective of whether it was necessary or not. But then we are all free to voice our opinions and I would like to believe that all of us dont think similarly, so our opinions vary.

I agree Jai made mistakes, he accepted the ONS mistake. But how does he propose this to hide this forever when his own home is filled with reptiles? If Bani knows this after a year or two say from amy other source, wont the news still create havoc in their relationship?

I just want the old JW back, who never comrpomised to situations and dealt with them fair and square, sometimes ruthlessly. And if JW is so weak in love, then MAYBE its not love. Love gives strength to even the dis-spirited, but for JW, love has become a burden. Unfortunately.

It is said that when you clap your hands you need both of your hands. Indeed, Pia had seduced Jai, but she shouldnt be the only one to blame, though I hate her for it. AFter all, it takes two to tango. And its better not to lay our own blames/ mistakes on somebody else's door.
