hi everyone
sorry for the delay to do an update. Actually I was thinking on how to move forward as Jai and Bani finally got united.
the story moves on were Jai finally announces that Bani is his wife and if they want to be a part of Bani's life they will have to accept them as couple.
As time heals all wounds slowly Bani's grandparents learnt to accept Jai as her husband and legaly bani was made the heir to their fortune. Now Bani was wealthier tthan Jai. She had her own establishments to run so she hardly stepped in to Jai's office. But their love and respect for one another grew.
In the meantime Ranveer and rAshi got engaged. Pia got good reak through in her modeling career. Pushakr joined the Walia empire. Sahil too joined in as a trainee. Anu's and Rohits love life had just started to bloom with the marriage.
Nachiketh and his mothers relation became strained after it came to be known that Barnali was behind the fiasco of the press knowing and trying to create problems for massi.
Rano had been the topper in school and now she has got selected to both colleges in Bombay and Delhi. Rano wanted to go to delhi were as the family wanted her to stay in Bombay.
Now Rano had changed from the girl with glasses and books. Rashi did an entire wardrobe change for her. Pia got the stylist to do wonders with her hair. Though she prefered glasses whenever she went out she wore contacts. Nachiketh and Rano were close like brothers and sisters because she could do some wild things with him. With the rest of the house hold she was the little girl who had to be taken care off. She wasn't allowed to go anywhere on her own. She had her own driver and an Attender in the form of Maria aunty. If Maria wasn't free Tony went with her or someone from the house hold. To ensure Rano's future in all the new buissness deals Rano was made a partner. She was slowly turning to be the little darling of the family. At first Rano enjoyed all the attention but of late she felt suffocated with all the attention she was getting from the family, media Its like she didn't have a life any more.

Chapter 26
Rano is having an argument with Bani and Pia as she wants to join the college in Delhi. Bani is two months pregnant. Jai Pushkar and Nachiketh had been witnessing this for the past half and hour

Jai: just tell us why you are so keen to move away from the family to another state and live in a hostel.
Rano: Because I find it comfortable.
Jai: If it's about privacy you can use the e guest house
Rano: That's it I just don't know all this while we have been staying in hostels and there was no problem why now all of a sudden.
Bani: Before it was a necessity but now we have a home.
Pia. More over this kind of stress is not good for Di to sit and worry about you.
Rano: Oh come on now Pia I am not a kid.
Bani: Who said you were kid now.
Nachiketh: Rano why don't you just tell them the truth.
Pia: Is there something more
Rano: O.k. it's just that I love everyone and this family thing and all the attention but I can't take it any more.
Bani: What do you mean by you can't take it any more.
Rano: Di have you noticed how our life has changed in this past one year.
Bani: Of course I got married; I came to know about my true identity and all the other drama that got unfolded because of that. I had to put up with the major show here.
Rano: So now I am doing that part and its driving me crazy.
Pia: Just what are you not comfortable with?
Rano: With everything. The designer clothes, the cars, the hi life the business dinners, the shows the gala events you all take me to the shopping spree for all this it drives me nuts.
When she saw that everyone was staring a t her
Rano: I don't want to sound ungrateful but it's just not me please di understand.
Bani: I thought you were happy that now we could get you all the comforts.
Rano: I am not against the comforts what life has given us now it's just that I want to find my way through life just like you all.
Pia: I don't believe this you want to go back to the way we used to be.
Rano: Well not exactly and what was so wrong about the way we lived. The three of us were always together now a days in spite of living in the same house we hardly see each other because of the busy schedules.
Di: I'm so sorry I get so busy with things but Rano you always will have a special place in our hearts and life.
Rano: I know that but I just want to be Rano the girl who always topped the class. She was recognized for her merits and not for being the rich socialite. It's just not me di.
Pia: Just because our status has changed that doesn't make you dump for god sake.
Rano: That is not what I am saying Pia. You any way never understood anything.
Pia: Oh so now I am the dumb wit here.
Rano: Why is it so difficult Pia for you to understand you will be busy with your shooting assignments, Di with the Baby and business so don't you think I to need to have a life.
Pia: So why go to Delhi for that.
Rano: there use to be so much of happiness in the little achivements we shared when we lived in the hostel.
Pia: Don't remind me of how we saved each and every penny to make things work out for one another and you were always immersed in that book of yours.
Rano: Now Rano really was at her height of madness. Well those books did help you to get your first portfolio done.
Pia: Fine I admit it was with the quiz prize money and Di' banner paintings that got me the first break for a photo shoot.
Rano: Good then you should also be remembering how you waited tables just to send me for the summer camp. Well how come now with all the money in the world I don't see that kind of excitement when you got to be the model for the international brand.
Now hearing Pia and Rano talk Jai, Pushkar and Nachiketh were shocked to realize the way they struggled to support one another in spite of the trust allowance which only covered their educational and basic needs. Bani realized that Rano and Pia had spoken a little too much so she tried to deviate the conversation.
Bani: Fine Rano we don't want to look back so may be Jai and I will go with you to Delhi and see about the college and if it's fine with both of us then we will think of admitting you there but I don't promise you anything now.
Rano: At least you are willing to give it a go.
Pia: Di you always give in to her and walks off taking Pushkar along.
Rano leaves with Nachiketh.

Jai and Bani are alone now.
Jai: How come Bani it was never mentioned that you had financial problems.
Bani: Jai that was in the past and its over now so why worry.
Jai: God do you know how it feels to know that you had to scrape your way through life just to enjoy simple things in life.
Bani: Just let go I am happy now that we have the present.
Jai: Bani if my father knew about this God I just don't know what to say.
Bani: Well you can stop worrying about the past and think about the future especially Rano's since I don't think she will give up her Delhi plans she had that dream since a kid.

Pushkar and Pia

Pushkar: How come you never mentioned that you used to wait tables?
Pia: Rano and her big mouth. Ya so what you have a problem to be associated with me you can go and take a hike.
Pushkar: That is not what I meant. Why do you always fight with me?
Pia: Pushkar please those are the days I want to forget not because I am ashamed of what I did but it was a struggle for us but finally we diode find a place for ourselves that is what is important.

Finally Rano joins the college in Delhi on the condition that every month she would come and see them. She was happy to be the old Rano with Just jeans and Tee shirt. Everyone recognized her for being the topper in the class. Her best friend was Gayathri a scholarship student. Her brother Atul also was studying in the same college but senior year. Gayathri was from Delhi itself but commuting was a problem for her as she was handicapped she had to use crutches to walk. Some of the classmates used to make fun of them. But Rano used to give them good back answers. Among them was a prominent one Shekar. Shekar's brother Vicky also was in the same college classmates with
Atul. They never got along so they never wasted an opportunity to fight. Vicky and Shekar were not aware that Rano came from a very rich back ground as she always wore simple dress and scorned at the rich kids in college. Though Gayathri and Atul were aware she came from quite a rich background but they didn't know the extent of it.
When Atul wanted a summer job Rano arranged for it in the club owned by Walia group. Atul was very thankful for using her influence to get the job for him. But Rano also didn't bother to correct him that to get a job for him all she had to do was ask the manager to appoint him as she had shares in the club.
One evening Rano and Gaythri had gone to see Atul in the club, Shekar, Vicky and his friends were there. They decided to play a trick on Rano and Gayathri. It was an on going battle between them all through the first semester even as the batch progressed to the second semester things had not improved rather it became worse.
Shekar just moved a tile form the step which made Gayathri tumble and fall into the pool. Rano had seen everything and was so annoyed with this gang that she went and slapped Shekar. Now the fight had got out of hand finally the club membership of the boys were banned for while and Rano got good firing from Bani for creating problems in the club. So this weekend she was dreading to go home. But she couldn't miss Nachiketh's car rally race. He always said that she was her good luck charm.

The car rally show
Nachiketh: Rano did you really beat up that boy like Bani said.
Rano: don't remind me of that God I just don't know what got into at that moment and Gayathri and Atul were so worried for me. It was a night mare. I was worried that Di would not allow me to study in Delhi any more.
Nachiketh; Serves you right for beating up the boys.
Rano: Please not that again.
Nachiketh: so you are going to wait here or in the stand.
Rano: In the stand I want to see you perform why you think I came al the way from Delhi.

Nachiketh wins the race. Now Shekar, Vicky and his friends have come to watch the race also their friend is participating in this car rally and he is very friendly with Nachiketh.

During the prize ceremony when questioned to Nachiketh whom would he like to present this trophy to?
Nachiketh: Of course to my darling Rano. She is my good luck charm.
Rano was like this Nachiketh also knows how to bring her in the spot light infact he enjoyed it. She goes to the stand and Nachiketh hugs her and gives a kiss on the cheeks.
Shekar, Vicky and his friends were zapped to see the new version of Rano here. She was in a designer short sleeveless dress with high heeled sandal her hair styled to curls and minus the glasses she looked like some model.

Shekar: What is she doing here?
Vicky: Don't tell me she has us followed till here. Just then their friend from the car rally joins them
Friend: Hey guys which girl you are all talking about.
Vicky: the one with the winner of this race.
Friend: Oh her, the darling socialite of the Walia house hold.
Everyone what
Friend: Ya hey she is studying in Delhi by the way.
Vicky: Is this the Walia group run by Jai walia.
Friend: Then which other one. In fact she is the sister of Bani his wife. Now all of them were so dumb stuck that they didn't know what to say.

I loved the family you described its so cute. The family as in Jai Bani Rano Nattu...etc. Are Rano and Nattu more than friends? Vishal and Sheker...lmao...the song Right Here Right Now poped in my head when I read the names. Can't wait to see how they will further react to who Rano really is. Continue soon.

Chapter 27

Shekar and Vicky were too stunned to say anything but still they couldn't believe it was the same rano so they wanted too ask their friend to introduce to Nachiketh.

Shekar: Why don't you introduce use to Nachiketh?
Friend: what is it all about? I will not introduce you just like that to them if you are after that girl forget it.
Vicky why do you say that
Friend: Because they guard her like a princess. You never find her alone anywhere. She is always accompanied by someone.
Shekar: come on yar we just want to confirm if it's the same girl in our college.
Friend you want I can get you information in which college she is going and her class. But me introduce you to her never.

Vicky winking at his brother: Alright at least get her details

Friend: there is joint were Nachiketh frequents regularly he should be coming there to give party today with his friends and family. May be she will also come?

At night in the club Shekar and Vicky are waiting along with friends. They see nachiketh has come but Rano is not with them.

Finally their friend approaches Nachiketh to congratulate him and introduces Shekar and Vicky too as friends form Delhi in their chit chat they come to know that the Rano in college and here are the same when Nachiketh discloses Rano's college and hostel which she stays.
Friend: long time we have not seen her around.
Nachiketh: you know she hates these stupid party my brother throws in fact I too can't stand them. Today Pia has come back from Singapore so they are having some product launch party. She has gone for that.

Vicky asks his friend: Now who is this Pia.
Friend discloses that she is the model for some designer house. I can show her picture to you she is the latest talk of the fashion world.

Shekar: This Rano comes from an entirely different world only. How come she is so much of friend with that Atul's gang and Gayathri is something that I don't understand.
Vicky Hey bro this Atul works for the club and that club's major share holder is the Walia groups no wonder she could cancel our club membership. She must be one of the members of the board. I wonder if her friends know all this.
Shekar: Knowing Atul to be the proud one I don't think he is aware of it. Anyways let's meet up with the miss socialite in Delhi now.
Friends: listen I don't want you creating problems
Vicky and Shekar: Just chill yaar.

After two days in Delhi
Vicky and Shekar see Atul and Gayathri coming to college

Vicky: today how come the body guard isn't there?
Atul: what is your problem with Rano?
Shekar: We have no problems. Hey Atul still holding on to the job in the club.
Atul: Listen you rich folks if I am doing a part time job to help my family what is it in it for you. As it is you all don't value money and have you all tried to even to earn a penny on your own. After all you are living off your dad's money and name in society.
Vicky: At least we are living of our own father s money not like you living off on the benevolence of a girl friend.
Atul: Don't you dare bad mouth about Rano. Fine she helped me get a job there and I am earning my wages there by working I am sure you can't say that about yourself.
Shekar: Chill man. When your girl friend is board member of the club it should be easy to get a job that's all what he meant.
Atul: What are you saying?
Vicky: Looks like they don't know anything about their dear friend Rano.

Just then they notice A S class Mercedes coming up and Rano getting out of it. Rano had come with Jai. He had a board meeting so on the way he dropped Rano
Rano: Hi everyone.

Gayathri: who was that?
Rano: It was my jiju he had to attend a board meeting and it was on the way to the college.
Athul: He looks quite familiar.
Vicky: Of course who wouldn't know Jai walia the chairman of Walia group of industries?

At that moment Athul and Gayathri just kept staring at Rano.
Rano: So now you have found out who my jiju is happy so can we go to class now trying to hold Gayathri's hand and move to the side where they have their class.
Athul: Just a moment Rano did you say that your brother in law is Jai Walia.
Rano: Yes
Athul: And you never mentioned it to us.
Rano: god what is there to mention about that I have often told you that my brother in law is an industrialists and our family is into hotel business on a large scale.
Athul: Well no wonder it was so easy for you to find a join for me in the club.
Rano: what do you mean by that?
Athul: well miss rano I don't like to be given hand outs. You didn't have to go your brother in law to get a job for me in the club.
Rano what the hell are you talking about: I never spoke to my jiju about your joining the club.
Athul: Then just tell me someone who is just graduating get a trainee position in the club without any prior experience.
Rano: What are you trying to imply her Athul? I just didn't speak to anyone about the job I only asked the manager of the club to see if he could keep you on trial basis and if they see that you a re good at the job to give it to you as a permanent position. As long as you want it.
Athul: Are you telling me you just spoke to the manger with out even your brother in laws knowledge and he just handed me the job. Do you take me for a fool Rano?
Rano: Why do you say that?
Athul: Why? God Rano you are lying with no reference from your brother in-law how did he trust you and take me in.
Rano: I just don't get it Athul why should I bother my jiju for such silly things.
Athul: Such silly things. Are you even aware what you are saying?
Rano: what is it that you want to know?
Athul: Just the truth how did you get me that job. Because here already people are commenting that I have been favored by my rich girl friend.
Rano then realizes it was Vicky's and Shekar's work: I should have known you are behind this for getting you expelled from the club.
Gayathri: You got hem expelled form the club. How.
Rano just closes her eyes.
Rano: It's very easy because I am the major share holder of the club and not my jiju as you all think.

That news shocked everyone even Vicky and Shekar. She just walked away to the library and called Jai over the phone.
Soon within half an hour a car came to collect rano and she just left.

Vicky and Shekar sitting in the canteen
Shekar: No wonder he said that she is a person really our of our league.
Vicky: If she is so rich why does she stay in a hostel? Come on she can buy that whole building in a blink of an eye.
Shekar: Call it the rich people's madness. Or may be they have their own agendas. God only knows.

Later that evening Jai had taken Rano for the party and there she was introduced to Shekar's and Vicky's parents. When they come to know that the children are studying in the same college they invited them over for lunch. Rano was not aware of this development only that she had met Vicky's and Shekar's parents in fact she found them to be a nice couple and how did they end up with such brats is a big question.

Next day Vicky and Shekar were asked to come form college home early as they had some guests for lunch and they were important business clients and he didn't want them to create any problems and to be in the best of behavior.

So Rano enters with Jai and when she sees Vicky's and Shekars parents she realizes whre Jai has brought her.
Rano: You brought me here I can't stand those two.
Jai: Relax we have come as business guests. And you should learn to stand up against people who try to create problems for you.
Vicky and Shekar are also surprised to see her here. Then they get to know more about why Rano accompanied Jai. She has percentage share in the Walia group and all the recent new projects his wife has undertaken she is having half the shares in it. Now his parents were looking something on a long term prospective. Then it hit them that their parents were trying even for a marriage alliance nothing would be better than that.

Finally as they leave Jai invites them Next month for Rano's birthday in Bombay.
Vicky and Shekar try to excuse themselves. But jai says it would be fun and don't worry it will not be like the business lunch we had here. Our new five star clubs inauguration is also on that day and Rano will be doing the honors for it.
Rano is like when can she run away from here and forget the nightmare as tomorrow she knew when she stepped into college it would have been flashed all over who she is.
