10 crunches and 10 pushups (5 minutes)
Lunch: 1 mile walk (12 minutes)
10 lunges and 10 waist bends (5 minutes)
Evening: 1 mile walk (12 minutes) or bike for 15 minutes
10 crunches and 10 pushups
This plan will make him lose at least 8 pounds in a month.
For a 5 ft 10" man, RK should weight about 170 pounds or 78 KGs.
