I disagree with you a bit here.Jai has not committed a sin.I am a very religious person just like most of you but I think that the norms of relationship changes with time and so does the way we perceive the teachings of our religion.Every religion treats Male as a primary person and female as the secondary one in every relationship.Most of the religion allowed more than one marriage for males, and not so long ago divorce was not acceptable asper religion and society, right? So ,my views is Jai has not sinned but made a very huge mistake and the reason I am upset with his ONS with Pia is because he was not clear about his state of mind when he indulged in that act and their one mistake can destroy three lives at one go.If tomorrow Pia gets pregnant ,what happens then.He has not been loyal to Bani,agreed but, did he not signed the divorce papers before bedding Pia?

My view is no matter which path he chooses, whether to be with Bani or Pia ,he will not be fair to the one he leaves behind.

I hope ,I am not hurting anyone's feeling but this is my view

Jai Walia and alcohol do not go with each other.

My biggest bone of contention is that it does not matter whether he went with Pia all the way or not, but the moment he embraced Pia, it was a signal to her that he had reciprocated his feelings towards her.

The moment he embraced her, to me he crossed the very marital boundary which had binded Bani and him.
And whatever justification he gives cannot change the fact that he had a fling with Pia and god knows what consequences he may have to face because of this in the near future.

Jai Walia may have been intoxicated, but then he knew he was not in total command of himself. He should have walked away from Pia. But he did not.

Now, lets see, the future looks bleak for Jai Walia as the new promos suggest that Bani will find out the truth maybe on Monday or next week.

👏could not agree more, the fact that jai knew it was Pia was all the more worse because either way it is adultery as shes still married!!!so wether his divorce went through or not her proceedings had not yet begun...

yes, yes, we might not know all of what occured between them, or if pia is just saying all these things to blackmail him...but whatever happened, he still sinned. because he broke bani's vishwaas, her faith, her trust... after everything he had said to her..after claiming to see past her anger and understand her helplessness...after telling her their relationship may not have been the joining of two hearts, but that of two souls...no matter what state of mind..he not only "spent time" with some woman...he "spent time" with his SAALI!!! his WIFE'S SISTER!!!!!!!.... whatever he did/didn't do still is not justified, so i'm waiting to see what crap mayii is gonna pull off to show his justification (is that a word?? 😕 😆 )...

Yep i think for most of us the infatuation is well and truly over he is not the Prince charming we thought he was..he is infact just like a real person😆😆

Regardless of him needing love and comfort was his Sali the only one he could find?we are forgetting she was also still married, his motherly figure maussi even told him to trust bani...and uptil their baby passed away he did so why did he not confront her about the death of their child?and hear from her mouth what happened but no he chose to walk away with Pia to Dubai..to be honest i think his intentions towards her were never actually clear..and i dont think he was ever fully over her.

A lot of people are saying he sinned, I get that!

But weren't Jai and Bani divorced at that point of time?!..........If there was no legal relationship between them, how can he have sinned?!

Good Topic! I would like to sail against the Wind here and say that, NO, according to me, Jai has not sinned by sleeping with his sister-in-law! What Jai has done is a huge blunder, a big mistake and something extremely rash and stupid, but it is not a SIN, per se!

What marriage are we talking about? Jai might have broken his so-called Marraige vow by committing Adultery, but did he really have a Marriage? Till Bani told him the truth, all he knew was that his Wife not only hated him from morning to night-fall, but actually ended up killing his child and then claiming all his wealth.....His wife held back a huge truth from him, his wife refused to communicate or speak with him, his wife refused to forgive him for a mistake he made in his past, his wife refused to acknowledge his love, his committment and his dedication and sincerity to their marriage...She chose to crucify him for every possible non-existent reason on Earth! So, what marriage and what sin are we talking about???? What Jai and Bani shared was not a Marriage in any sense of the word! Bani might have loved him to death but her actions have always been otherwise...hence, when he decided to overstep the boundaries of his Marriage, he might have technically committed 'Adultery' but in no way was he 'Sinning.'

Jai would have sinned if he and Bani were in a normal and happy marriage...Jai would have sinned, if he knew fully well that his Wife loves him and trusts him...Jai would have sinned if he knew that their marriage means the whole world to Bani....Jai would have sinned if he knew how much Bani cared, loved, respected and cherished him! If Jai "Knew" all this and more and still gone ahead with Pia, then he would have been a Sinner in the eyes of God and in his own eyes! But the fact is that Jai was unaware of all this, courtesey Bani and hence, what he did was plain and simply adultery, which according to statistics is committed by 3 out of every 5 married Males across the Globe! 😆

So what if he went ahead and slept with his sister-in-law? If Pia doesn't have any hassles of committing adultery with her much married Brother-in-law, then why should he share the burden of guilt alone? And why are we bashing Jai for going and sleeping with Pia....Does that mean, if Jai had gone and spent the night with any other woman, we would have forgiven him?????😕 Why should Jai think of Pia as his wife's sister....When has Bani been a Wife to him?

The reason why most of us are so upset with Jai is not so much because he supposedly betrayed Bani, but more because he chose Pia of all the people to go and have a fling with...The same woman who walked out on him a few months back....But then on the other hand, it seems like a classic case of Getting Even and Out for Jai! 😈
