CHAPTER 5
-It has been a week since Bani and Tarun's engagement. Since their engagement Bani and Tarun have gotten along very well. They have gone out on dates, and shopping for their up coming wedding. Bani now has no hesitation about this relationship, she is really happy about it. Bani's cachi has also become more nicer towards both Bani and Rano. It is now just a few days before Anu, Jigyasa and Banis esams begin. The three of them made plans to meat at the library to study. Since both Anu and Bani live in the hostel on campus they are there early. Jigs comes late and is very dressed up.-

(Bani and Anu sitting at a table with their books see Jiggs coming)
A- Wow Jiggs...u r here to study but u look like u r going to a party...kya baath hai/
B- Jiggs what r u up to?
Jig- Come on u guys...U know me...i cant study i hate school...im going to a party but i need a favor.
A- Aab kya hai...let me guess it has to do with Jai bhaia...
Jig- haye mere jaan u know me too well..ok her it is...Bhaia is suppoed to pick me up from here at 11pm...he thinks im studying with u guys.
B- Oh yeah...
Jig- yeah so u guys dont mention this party to him...ok...come on yaar...humara college ka last party hai...i promise i wont do it anymore.
A- acha...lekin madam...will u be back on time...u have to change because if bhaia see u like that he will know...
Jig- Yeah ill be back by 10:30pm and i'll meet u at your dorm to change...tik hai..
B- Aacha meri maa, tu jaa aab...but last time
Jig- (hugs them) thankyou...i love u yaar...what would i do with out you...(she leaves)
A- yeh bhi na...khabi nahin suddrega
B- i know...chal we have to study...humara paas toh jai walia jaisa bhai nahin hai.
A- haan lekin tumhare paas Tarun jaisa ek husbanf hai!
(Bani blushes and looks at the books)
B- Chod yeh saab, we need to study
(Bani and Anu study for almost 3 hours with out a break and its already 10pm)
A- Bani aab baas bhi...we studied for ever already
B- haan i know...im so tired...my back is killing me
A- Aacha...main jiju ko phone lagau kya...he will give u a massage...
B- ANU!
A- ok Bani tell me whats Tarun really like...
B- He is everythign i could have ever wanted...he is smart, respected, and nice...he is a little bossy but i can work with that...
A- (looking at Banis huge ring)...yeah...yaar i love this ring...its so beautiful...aacha Bani...have u and Tarun been intimate?
B- ANU!
A- Nahin not like that...chi...i mean...like hold hands...just small thing.
B- Woh...ummm
A- bani u r holding out on me...pls tell me...i have no one...
B- Aacha baba...lekin yeh hum dono ki beech ki baath hai...haan aur Jiggs and Rano but thats all...tik hai
A- haan i wont tell anyone...i swear...
B- Tarun always hold my hands when we are out together...he is very romantic...when we are out at night he gives me his coat when im cold. He has hugged me and (blushes) even kissed me a few times...
A- haila Bani...how sweet...
*ring ring*
A- its my phone...arre its Jiggs...i think she is at our room...let me go help her change...u can mamage the books and come back...
B- haan haan tum jao...jaldi...pata nahin Jai Bhaia kaab aajaye...agar usko asse dekh liya to samjo ke Jiggs is dead.

(Anu leaves the library to go let Jiggs into their dorm. Now its just Bani in the library, or so she thinks. What she dosent know is that this whole time Pushkar had been behind teh book shelves listening to Banis conversation with Anu. He is furious at Bani, he cannot believe what he heard)
P- (thinking) Bani yeh tumne kya kia...muje dhoka dia...i loved you with all my heart...tum par haq sirf mere hai kisi aor ka nahin...why did u do this to me...tume kisi aur admi ko tumhe chune dia...usne tume hug ki aur kiss bhi...chi...no bani u cannot do this to me...agar tum mere nahin hosakte toh tum kisi ki bhi nahin hosakte...
(comes out from hiding as Bani is cleaning up her books)
P- BANI! (in a heavy, angry yet breathy voice)
B- Pushkar tum...u scared me...hi (hugs him) tum kaab aaye...u know a lot has happned while u were gone...(smiling)
P- aacha, what happned Bani
B- tumhare liye ek goo d news hai...Pushkar im engaged...to Tarun...the wedding is happenig after out exams...im so happy u are back...i know i have no dad so i want u to give me away...u have alway been like my brother...will u do that for me Pushkar...
P- im your brother...!!...nahin Bani u cant do this to me...
B- Pushkar what happned...
(Pushkar is walking towards bani and he is furious...looks like he will strange her)
P- Bani u know i love you...u mean everything to me...tum mujhe aaisa dhoka nahim de sakit...
B-(moving back and away from him) pushkar what r u saying stop it...
P- Stop what...i cant just kill my feelings...tum ne mera dil toda...aab main tumhe tod dungi...no one will accept u now...just me...
B- Puskar u are scaring me please stop...let me go...please. Pushkar please...
(Pushkar is close enough and now pulls off Banis dupatta from her body)
B- Puskhar...what r u doing...(crying) Please pushkar let me go
(Pushkar get her cornered behind the books)
B- Help!!!...koi hai...please mujhe bachao!!!....HELP!!!...ANU JIGGS!!!!....(pushkar puts his hands on her shoulders and begins to tear her kamiz; Bani is trying to fight him but cant) HELP!!!!!

There is no one around to hear banis cries...who will help her...or is bani doomed...find out in chapter 6....

woah-- cool part! can't wait to see wat happens next. but PLZ! im dying for sum JB! make jai rescue bani! PLZ PLZ PLZ!!!

Chapter 6 *this part is a little mature in content so please read with caution...i am not inappropriate or vulgar but i still wanted to give u a head up*

- Bani is fighting Pushkar tooth and nail to get him off her. She tries kicking and biting him but Pushkar is not in his right mind, he is crazy with anger and jealousy. He cant see anything but Bani in Taruns arms and its all he needs to motivate him to finish what he stareted. Mean while Anu and Jigyasa are in the hostel getting changed so that Jai can pick up Jigyasa up. They are busy in theri own conversation and hadnt noticed that Bani still returned home, they lost track of time. It is now past 10:45 pm and Jai is waiting out side the library for Jigyasa. He is fed up with waiting so he decides to go inside and call her, since he cant get her phone now.-

(Jai walks in to the library only to find it empty...or so he thinks. Ban is trying with all her might to get away but is failing. She tries to scream but cant get any sound out because pushkar has his lips over hers. He is beign very brutal and violent. Jai hears muffels but cant figure it out-

J- Hello, koi hai...Jigyasa...Anu...Bani...yeh ladkiyan bhi na...kahaan chali gaye?
(Banis muffled sounds, and Jai turns around...)
J- Koi hai kya, what am i hearing...maybe its just my mind playing tricks on me...shayad jigyasa Bani aur Anu ki hostel mein hai...ill go there...
(Bani finally get the upper hand...she feels Pushkars lips on hers and takes a chance...she bites his lower lip with all her strength and Pushkar moves away slightly...she them kicks hima nd begins to get away)
B- HELP....PLEASE KOI HAI....(scrambleing and crying)
(as Jai is about to leave he hears the cry for help. He turns around and follows the sounds to the back corner of teh library)
B- HELP (pushkar is now running after her with rage in his eyes. Jai runs towards to commotion to see what happned. Just as he was turning the corner he runs into someone that nearly knocks them over. He quickly grabs teh person to steady them. He finally gets his balance and looks down to see no one other that Bani. She is sreaming and crying. Her clothign is torn to shreds and is just barely covering her)
J- BANI?! Kya hua...what happned...tumhari yeh hallat koon kia? BANI?!
(Jai looks up to see Pushkar runnin towards them, or at Bani...Jai quickly pushes Bani aside to take on Pushkar. Pushkar comes at Jai with force and anger but Jai has boiling with anger himself. He takes Pushkar by the collar and begins to hit him, punch him adn kick him) haila...humar hero aagaye humari heroin ko bachane...
J- Tumhari himmat kaise hui, tumne Bani ko chuaan...Mein tumhe nahin chodonga...
(Jai hears Banis now loud and uncontrolled sobs. He lets Pushkar go for just one second and pushkar manages to get free. Jai wants to run after him but can tleave bani like this. Jai lets Puskar go and goes over to Bani. She is now curled into a ball crying her eyes out.He quickly takes off his coat to give to Bani. He cannot look at her the way she is. She is exposed and afraid)
J- Bani what did he do to you? BANI?! Tell me...usne kya kia...Bani please. (Bani just cries holding on to herself) Bani chalo...i have to take u to the hospital. Bani please doctor ki paas chalo. Let them check you out. (Jai helps Bani into the car. He gets out a small blanket from his trunk to help cover her better. Hes on the way to the hospital and calls Jigyasa)
-in Anu and Banis room-
*ring ring*
Jig- OMG its bhaia...HELLO
J- Jigyasa tum kahaan ho?
Jig- Bhaia main toh Bani aur Anu ki hostel mein hoon Anu ki saath, aur Bani...woh library mein hai...aait honge...aap kahaan hai?
J- Jigyasa tum abhi, isi waqt hospital jaoo.
Jig- Bhaia...kya hua..hospital kuyn...saab tik toh hai..
J- Nahin kuch tik nahin hai...aab sawal maat karo...jaldi aajao...aur Anu ko bhi saath lana...aur extra clothing bhi.
Jig- Aacha bhaia hum abbhi nikalte hai...lekin extra clothing for who.?
J- Jigyasa! Just get down here...i will explain when u get here...and hurry...i have already sent another car. (hang up)
A- Jiggs what happned why r u so tensed...and whats this about the hospital?
Jig- I have no idea. Bhaia just said to get there ASAP with you...come on lets go...oh yeah get some extra clothing.
A- what why?
Jig- i dont know just hurry, im scared...na janne kya hua...
A- lekin Bani...
Jig- you know her...she is just doing extra studying we will call her from the road.
A- Ok chalo jaaldi..
(Jigs and Anu both leave for the hospital, when they get there tehy see Jai sitting out side in the waiting area, he is lost deep in thought and dosent see them)

J-(Thinking) what happned there? I hope Bani is ok. Woh pushkar ne kya kia? God please let Bani be ok. She is such a great girl, dont ruin her life. Agar Ban iko kuch bhi hua main Puahkar ko nahin chodunga...ill find him and ill kill him...I'll...(just then Jigs calls him)
Jig- Bhaia...kya hua? Aap itni parashan?
J- Jigyasa woh...main tumhe kya kahoon.
A- Bhaia kya hua..hum hospital mein kyoon?
J- Woh....Bani...
Jig and Anu- (together) Bani!!!
Jig- Bhaia Bani ka kya hua, (Jai is silent cant seem to say anything)...Bhaia aap kuch to boliye...Bani ko ky ahua
A- Woh tik toh hai na...bhaia please aap ko humari kasam what happend.?
(Jai then tell them how he went to get Jigyasa and ran into Bani and pushkar. He explains what happned but he is not 100% sure what happned with Bani and Pushakr. He just tells them that Bani was in really bad shape and he thinks pushkar forced himslef on her. Anu and Jigyasa cannot believe what they just heard, they are too schocked to move. Jai tells them to have faith because nothign has been confirmed yet, Just then teh doctor comes in)

Dr- Bani Dixit ke saat kon kon hai
J- ji hum hai...i brought her in im Jai Walia...is she ok doctor...
Jig- Haan doctor Bani tik toh hai
Dr- woh...main
A- Doctor please what happned?
Dr- Mr. Walia Bani was in really bad shape when u brought her in...she was in shock and slightly unresponsive, so i had to do a rape kit on her to see if she was raped.
A-Kya...Raped!?
Jig- Dr. what happned.?
J- Docoter please tell us what happned....

...Chapter 7...find out banis fate in ch 7...what did pushkar do.or not to bani...what will happen to her future...stay tuned...
