I was thinking about posting this tomorrow.........but felt bad for making you wait so long..........so here it is:

Bani groaned and stirred slightly, finding it impossible to move without crying out in pain…her eyelids fluttered and she slowly sat up, wincing as her head throbbed, making the whole world rotate around her before coming to an abrupt stand still…rubbing her temples, she tried to remember where she was while searching for something familiar in the darkness…

Suddenly it hit her…the truck, the trees, the road…she remembered screaming, probably her own…Jai's panic-stricken face and that determined look he had given her before roughly pushing her out of the car, seconds before her head collided with something hard and she had observed the explosion in a semi-conscious state...

B: Jai!

Her voice echoed amidst the empty trees, though not giving a reply…all the pain seemed to leave her as she got up and looked around wildly for something, anything that would console her…tell her that Jai was alive and well…that he had managed to get out of the car in time…

Holding on to the small ray of hope, she frantically waded through the trees, ignoring the branches that snagged at her torn sari and scratched her bare skin, leaving bloody marks behind…

B: Jai…Jai!!

Suddenly her foot caught the root of a tree and she stumbled, falling flat on her face and grazing her hands and face, already sore from wondering through the wild trees…

She lay on the floor in a muddy heap, weeping as her brain finally started to make sense…there was no way he could have survived…she had seen the explosion and he wouldn't have had time…

Body shaking with violent sobs, Bani crawled over to a nearby tree and leant her back on the trunk, gasping for breath, and every inch of her body sore…

B: Why?!!…Why did you have to do this?!!

She was on her feet now, glaring at the heavens as stars winked down at her…screaming at the top of her lungs, anger surging through her body…

B: Why did you have to bring him so damn close, only to snatch him away from me?!…why did you…

She picked up a stone and threw it with all her might, watching as it soared to the sky, before arching sharply and come crashing down to earth, just like all her dreams… collapsing against the tree, Bani buried her wet face in her hands, failing to notice the sound of snapping twigs…

J: Bani…Bani, is that you?!

She looked up, dazed by the sound of his voice…a second later, a figure emerged from behind the trees, and even before the moonlight shot on his face, outlining his worried features, Bani knew who it was…hesitating for only a second, Bani rushed over to him and threw her arms around him, sobbing heavily in to his chest…

For a second Jai was stunned…but when he felt Bani's petite body shaking violently from tears, he also wrapped his arms around her, comforting her with his warm touch…

J: This way…

Bani allowed herself to be led up the muddy track by Jai…feeling extremely cold, she hugged his jacket around her which he had draped carefully over her shoulders a while before…

J: Bani…are you okay?!

She nodded as she tried to get a clear vision of him in the darkness…

B: Just a little cold…

Jai placed his arm around her shoulder and pulled her body close to his; drawing her in for a soft, long kiss, filling each part of her body with soft warmth she hadn't felt in a long time…

J: Don't worry…….we're nearly there…

Bani nodded and leant against his chest, resting her head over his beating heart as Jai gently steered her up the small path…

Sure enough, they heard the engines of the car as they roared past, and a few minutes later, they emerged into a clearing beside a road…

Relieved, Jai waved his arm in front of a coming car in order to stop it…the car slowed down and Jai walked over to it, bending slightly as he peered inside, noting the two men sat at the front…

Bani blinked as she tried to stay awake, forcing herself to stand straight…she saw Jai talking to the two men in the car, and a few seconds later, he was beside her…

J: Let's go Bani…

Too tired to ask any questions, she dutifully followed him to the car and sat down at the bank, in the middle of the small backseat…Jai followed immediately and Bani instantly felt safe…

Bani averted her gaze from the rear-view mirror and took to looking out the window, uncomfortably aware of the fact that the driver of the car was glancing at her every few seconds…she shifted a little in an attempt to move to side, and in doing so, caught Jai's attention…

He noticed her discomfort and was about to ask what was wrong when he also saw the driver glance at her a little to often…Jai coolly extended his arm around Bani's shoulder and pulled her close, while staring deftly at the rear view mirror…

The driver noticed his gaze and instantly went back to concentrating on the road…Bani on the other hand sighed happily and buried herself in to Jai's chest, falling asleep almost instantly…

Not one of my best parts I know, But I haven't had a chance to edit.........so this is my first version!

But don't worry guys.........I have a really good JB part coming up!😉
