well, my whole point is that if this is a parivaar, then why create another parivaar within the parivaar...why don't we just have one chatroom for everyone to discuss KS there... why there has to be foursome or twosome or threesome? Just a plain parivaar! The mods said the other time, that groups within groups exist in all forum but just not as visible as KS, that's not true, because there is not others section where they have foursome or threesome or twosome!
yes when we make a post, sometimes we start discussing in that post for a long time, but that' it, we don't creat another thread for the same post... why should do that if we think that this is a parivaar.. where everyone should be together and no one should be isolated, so when some members want to isolate themselves then like I said before they should open their own forum and be there by themselves..please don't create a division. The whole KS was going so well, we had a good reputation about how rocking our parivaar is, until somepeople just started creating groups for themselves... where were the mods then...did they not see that? why can't we be just a big parivaar like we used to be, where everyone was welcomed and loved things that was going on... what happened..and what caused our parivaar to be divided(how did jiji entered in KS 😆 )
so, now let's see what is gonna happen, and the discussion is no more a secret, because it's very open now..

You would be surprised to hear the answer No Viewbie is not a paid job...but Monix and khoo put so much time on that !!!!

And so you doon't involve us, then when we try to address members who are unhappy after everything is done and sending us pms about how unfair we all are - when we hardly even know what's happening, and try to discuss it with the whole dev team ,and then take a decision based on majority in the dev team, we have somehow hurt your self respect? Lima, what next? While you sit back and nurse your wounds, we come here to clean the mess??

I am sorry,but repeating the same thing over and over again does not serve a purpose.

You in the KS dev team did what was at that time appropriate and best,but it did not bring the best possible solution,and that is what more than 200 dev team members think,and please remember, many of them have been in sections so volatile that I would not even wish it on an enemy. I am sorry our decision hurt you so much,because somehow we never realised this had become some kind of personal issue,and I apologise for that. But as I said, we need to operate under some universal rules, and there can't be one rule for you and another for me.......we need to give everyone enough opportunity for growth, guide them when required and expect that guidance to be taken in a right spirit..........because I beleive, together we can acheive miracles........

Not at all,you dont sound stupid...

firstly its a non paid job members who are viebies put their time and effort into managing a section, making sure no spamming occurs and that rules are followed but overall making it a happy place to be in.

in return what can we give them? Respect!!is that alot?yes i guess for some it is

Minnie dont get me wrong, its supposed to be all our KS paarivar, it seems you tried to resolve it privately but it didnt work..because monika and khoo are very reserved members..what happens behind closed doors never is brought out publically. But for them to bring out the situation publically allows all the members to give/state an opinion.

Secondly it seems we are beating around the same bush the mods are giving the same reasonings over and over again, i am yet to see a solution to the problem?Monika and Khoo have expressed how they feel and where they stand so now its your turn to either give them a solution or infact deny them a solution so the matter can resolve itself or progress further,

a) doubt the ability of the mods,or

b) are you simply trying to vent out frustrations or

c)are you trying to needle us by implying that somehow we are escaping from our responsibility........or

Spot on becky, the problems are still there, and they don't seem to make a difference.
