Part 9:

The Walia's decide to celebrate the wedding with a reception….. while the Dixit's throw a sangeet ceremony….for pag phere…

The Walia's come down to the Dixit's house for the function……The guys on one side and the girls on one side…..everyone dances…. One by one… Girls send Rano and the guys send Saahil….similarly it is …… Pushkar and Pia……Anu and Rohit….and…. Even Ranveer & Raashi…..

Finally…. it is Bani's turn… & before you know it……… the guys side drag Jai from a speaking with his friend and throw him in the middle….and he finds Bani there….

Both Bani and Jai are uncomfortable…. But to keep up pretences….they do a little bit of dance…. Looking into each other's eyes…..

At the ceremony… some ladies talk… about how both the younger sisters are married but not the eldest…. Bani…. Pia and Rano overhear this and are very hurt……

Both ….late at night tell this to their respective husbands…… Rano and Saahil are talking….

Rano: Saahil…. mujhe bahut bura laga jab who log didi ke bare mein aisa keh rahe the…

Saahil: Rano tum fiqar mat kaaro….. hum Bani ke liye zaroor koi na koi .. aacha sa match dhoond lenge…. What about Viren?

Rano: Viren? Aare who to hamare bhai jaisa hai…. come on…

Rano: on an afterthought……Saahil what about Tarun?

Saahil: Aare haan…. Traun will be a good match …..

Rano sleeps peacefully and thinks what a great couple they will make….

Few days later there is a function at the Walia Mansion… in which …Bani .. and Pia& Pushkar are also present… this is in honour of Raashi and Rano cooking for the first time…..

Rano: (tells Bani) Didi… Masi chahati hain ki aap terrace par ja kar sare arrangements check kar le….

Bani: Aacha Rano…. mein abhi jaati hun….

Next Rano sees Tarun standing with Jai….both have a drink in their hands…

Rano: (she tells Tarun the same thing…)….. Masi chahati hain ki aap terrace par ja kar sare arrangements check kar le….

As Tarun goes……Jai tells him

Jai: ....Tarun….. tum chalo …… mein bhi aata hun.…..

And Jai makes to finish his drink….. but just then Saahil stops him and says…

Saahil: Mamaji…please aap Traun ke saath nahin jaeye…. Yeh Rano ka plan hai…. Tarun aur Bani di……ko akele mein ek dusre ko jaane ka….

Poor Jai almost has a heart attack……and coughs major time spilling his drink all over him….

Jai: What!.... he almost screams…

Saahil tells him that he and Rano are nowadays busy in finding a match for Bani…. And they feel that she and Traun will suit very well….

Jai: Are you both mad!.... Does Tarun know this.. … and for that matter.. does Bani?

Saahil: Not at the moment …. But mamaji don't you think …. it will be a good match….

Jai: NO!... again shouts…Tarun is my best friend and I don't wish that ( he is very angry)…..Bani…that Bani Dixit even on my worst enemy……( Guys I think the guy is just shocked and is babbling…. Poor baby….)

Bani has come down and overhears this bit… she is very angry with Jai…. That he thinks so badly about her……

She is also annoyed with Rano and Saahil…. for arranging something like this….she asks them to not even think about ….. anything like this in the future…

From that day onwards… Jai..and Bani…. Ek doosre se kate kate rehne lage…

Again Jai and Bani were bidding for a particular contract….Pearsley contract…. But midway Jai found out that Bani had backed out….. Jai was very surprised….. Bani is a fighter…… why did she back out….

He met Bani while coming out of the Pearsley building….he for no rhyme or reason he decided to confront her…..

Bani is going towards her car….

Jai: Bani….

Bani stops….

Jai: Bani what is the meaning of this…

Bani is surprised….

Bani: Excuse Me…..!

Jai: You know what I am talking about….Why have you dropped out of the Pearsley contract….

Bani: Mr.Walia…. it is none of your business… waise bhi aap ko to kush hona chahiye….. ab aap ke liye clear field hai…. ab aap ko koi bhi underhand trick apnane ki koi zaroorat nahin hai….

Jai: I just want to know why you have backed out….

Bani: Mr.Walia….. mind your own bloody business….

And saying that Bani goes…..

Jai is thoroughly annoyed nad runs his hands through his hair repeadtedly..….

He thinks…. God!..... that Bani Dixit.. just gets on his nerves…. ( Aare …..bechare se koi puche use kyon itni mirchi lag rahi haai……)
