Hi guys,
After Jai-Bani- Sexy – Rocky's Fanfic…. This is my second attempt at writing a fanfic…please do let me know if you guys find it interesting…. And if not then also please let me know…
Also another thing.. I want all of you to please excuse my typo errors… .. I am not very good at writing and many a times… my thoughts are really running away and I find it difficult to keep pace with them…..with the keyboard…
Do let me know your response…. ASAP… should I continue.. also any pointers and suggestions are most welcome….

Part 1: Jai-Bani: Clash of Titans
Prologue
In this fanfic…. Jai Walia and Bani Dixit are a little different as compared to "KASAMH SE". Jai Walia and Bani Dixit are NOT MARRIED….. they are infact … OPPONENTS....
Bani Dixit is NOT POOR infact she is the MD of Dixit Software --- Rivals of the Walia Group. Dixit Software is not big as the Walia Group which is omnipresent on the financial scene having a stake in every business …but in the software arena Dixit Software is a name to be reckoned with… It is in this field that Jai and Bani have clashed many a times through their various very able executives and fought many a boardroom battles sitting on either side of the table.
Bani is quite rich though not as rich as Jai Walia.
Both Jai and Bani have never met each other though… they both know each other very well through reputation as…

Bani heads Dixit Software
And
Jai heads Walia Group
Walia Camp:
Jai Walia stays in the WaliaMansion with all the members of the Walia Camp…. Aaditya, Jigyasa, Masi, Dadi,Ranveer, Saahil , Anu & Pushkar.
Jai mainly looks after the US and Europe market while Aaditya along with Ranveer handles the Indian side of things. Pushkar is Jai's right hand man and therefore keeps a tab on everything that is happening in the Walia group.
Dixit Camp:
Bani stays in her palatial bunglow in a posh Mumbai area with her two sisters Pia and Pano. Her parents have already expired in similar circumstances as the serial.
Bani is helped by her uncle Mr. Yash Mehra in running the business. Yash is an old friend of her father and acted as their guardian till Bani was grown up enough to take care of Pia and Rano.
Rest of the story uptill now is almost the same….
Bani/ Pia/ Pushkar
Bani on a trip to Goa met Pushkar without realising that he was part of the Walia Group… She always considered it to belong to Aaditya, Ranveer and Jai as a sleeping partner.
Bani fell in love with Pushkar but realised that actually he loved Pia…and therefore she stepped back…Pia and Pushkar loved eachother but Pia being Pia can't se beyond herself and fought with Pushkar…and came back to Mumbai.
Bani tried to patch them up but to no avail. Pia decided to get married to Anurag Verma, the owner of Verma Industries. A Handsome hunk and womanizer just to spite Pushkar. Bani tried to stop her but Pai didn't listen to her.
On the evening of the marriage…
Pai ran off with Pushkar leaving Bani to face the guests…. Bani felt very alone and felt that her own sister had deceived her. She felt Betrayed… the sister for whom she had left Pushkar , the sister for whom she had become mother and father and put her own life on hold ……had thrown her love back at her….
With great difficulty….. Bani with Mehra uncle and Rano's help had to cut a sorry figure in front of Anurag Verma. Anurag excused Bani but vowed to take revenge on Pia. Finally when he got a call from his friend Jai did he decide to leave the matter alone.
After Pushkar and Pia got married Bani came to know that Pushkar in fact worked for the Walia Group…. apparently Pia had known from the beginning but had not told Bnai thinking that she was marrying better therefore Bani Di will not have a problem.
Bani again felt betrayed…..
At the time of the marriage, Jai was in town… Ranveer filled Jai's ears with a lot of lies and told him that Pushkar had married the sister of their current rival Bani Dixit….
Jai got very angry ... as he had lost many a contract to Bani Dixit… and had many a times expressed his hatred for her…….but when he was confronted with Pushkar's love for Pia he excused their behaviours and bought a separate bunglow for Pia and Pushkar as a wedding gift. Pia did not like this as she wanted to stay at the WaliaMansion.
Jai left before he and Bani could meet.
Rano/ Saahil
Next it was the turn of Rano… Saahil studied in the same college…. both of them fell in love.. However.. by now Rano knew that Dixit Software and Walia group were business rivals… and when she found out that Saahil belonged to the Walia group ..she tried to severe all her ties with him….
Bani was very troubled when she came to know about this.. but Rano assured her that she will be okay without Saahil…
But Aaditya could not take the pain that Saahil was going through and one fine day went to Bnai's house with the shagun.. asking for Rano's hand in marriage.. saying that not to worry about your Rano will be very safe in my house.. you don't have to worry about Jai as he is a fair man..
But when Bani asked him about Jigs and Ranveer who hated all three sister…. Aadity said that he will handle them…
Finally Bani had to agree as she also was seeing how much pain Rano was in and no matter what Rano's happiness was the foremost on her mind.
Bani and Aaditya decide to have Saahil and Rano's wedding along with Anu and Rohit's wedding and Ranveer and Rashi's wedding… Ranveer had to agree to marry Raashi as Saahil was no longer available….
All three weddings are going to be a grand affair… Bani wants to do all that she couldn't do for Pia's wedding… she goes all out and makes the best of arrangements.
Jai also is coming down for the wedding……..
Part 2: Present Day…….
The first ceremony was taking place in Goa…. as there is a conference of the various software companies in Goa and Jai is also coming to attend it…. Since the Waila's and Dixit's are going to be there …. What better place to have the ceremony in…
Bani was working day and night to make this day special…….she had a whole team of designers working overtime to out do themselves .. She is sde by side also preparing for the conference….
It was late evening…. Tomorrow was the big day and she was really tired from making the arrangements…Yash uncle asked her to take a break…
Bani decided to for a walk on the beach and saw some kids (8- 14 year olds) making sand castles….She asked them if she could join them…. And they agreed…… soon Bani was lost in making sand castles…..
At the same time Jai was on the beach and saw kids making sand castles… he smiled thinking back too his days long back…..he noticed that an older girl was also participating with them..
He thought how lucky some people are…. so carefree....how the girl didn't seem to have care in the world….. So innocent so happy… a girl who had not been touched by the rigours of the adult life…. Jai hoped she kept her innocence intact……
Bani was totally lost in the job…...totally oblivious to her surroundings… it is as if she is a child again….Jai didn't know what was so appealing in the girl but he continued to look at her….. she was so engrossed in the task…... it seemed that a child was trapped in woman's body..
Jai was quite jealous and longed to go down on his knees and build castles …..but…………. he had grown up long back…. He continued to see from a distance…. Her innocence was so magnetic…… For a second……. he was sorry about the innocence he had lost with his parents dying up on him while he was still in college… and he had to grow up really fast…..
Oh! … how good it is to be young with no worries .. …
He didn't know who the girl was but she didn't appear to be too old...…a vulnerable young girl. Her hair was tied back to stop them coming to her face… and she was competing with the kids about who's castle is bigger… …..her face scrubbed clean … no frills…….
He thought about the girl….she must the darling of the house with the whole household to look after her……. and no responsibilities….
In the end when her group wins… the children chant … We won! We Won!!… and so does she laughing and dancing like a kid with the plastic cup as a trophy…..
Next morning…..
Before the conference… Jai and Aaditya are having coffee in the in the hotel foyer….
Jai: So Aaditya.. how are the preparations going for the triple wedding… I still cant believe it that you are going to be a father in law…. Sasur….
Aaditya: Fikar mat kar Jai even you are going to be a Mama.. Sasur…
Jai: Jokes apart… Yaar.. I wish that Dixit sisters hadn't come to our house.. first Pushkar and now Saahil….I hope this is not some great plan of Bani Dixit…..
Aaditya: Jai…. Bani Dixit.. may be our arch rival… but she is very fair.. just like you.. she couldnt do anyhing like this…. Waise bhi.. don't forget that I had to go to ask her for Rano's hand.. Rano was fully prepared to sacrifice her love ….
Jai: Aaditya…..you are a softy… jahan sundar ladki dekhi nahin….vahin fisal gaya… Ha.. haa and maros a pat on his back…
Aaditya: Jai… aisi baat nahin….hai… Yes I agree that all three sisters are very beautiful…. You have already met Pia….
Jai: Yeah.. says cynically…… I have met Pia … and having done so…. I am very surprised that Saahil chose Rano.. Aaditya.. even you couldn't see beyond her looks….Come on yaar after all she is Bani Dixit's sister…. Bani dixit… who knows every trick in the book and has made our lives hell for the past 1 year… taking every contract worth having…..
Look at how much she has risen on the past 6-7 years…… God!... Can you imagine how smart …conniving…..street smart…. Cynical she must be…and of course we know that she is as hard as nails…. Aur Pia… god… you know… her… Pushkar…. ka to halt um dekh hi rahe ho….
Apna Saahil..is so sweet….Yaar.. abhi bhi der nahin hui hai… just rethink your decision…I don't want Saahil to suffer like Pushkar…
Aaditya: Yaar I think you are highly mistaken… agreed Pia.. is well Pia.. but Rano is not at all like Pia.. She is the baby of the family.. wait till you meet her…..and Bani is also not as you make her out to be….
But Jai is not convinced…….
Aaditya: You will know for yourself....there she comes with Saahil….
Jai turns to look at her and is surprised to see a sweet girl with spectacles coming with Saahil.. she is so totally different from Pia… He is surprised that she is Pia's sister…
Aaditya introduces them… Rano bends down and touches Jia's feet… Jai says aare yeh kya kar rahi…ho tum..
Saahil: Mamji.. yeh aisi hi hai… Waise bhi app bade hain…
Aaditya: Don't worry Jia… yeh mare bhi paar chuti hai.. chahe main kitna hi mana karooo….
Jai looks searchingly at Rano and finds only a sweet girl in love with his Saahil…. He decides to reserve his judgement… after all she is Bani Dixit's sister and Pia's too….
Aaditya and Jai both go for the conference…..
There are a lot of people present for the conference but the premium players have been given the boardroom table for discussion…..
Bani is all set for the conference....she knows that the great Jai Walia is going to attend the meeting today…. Yash uncle' son Viren and her secretary… Priya are there for the conference with her….. she is quite pally and comfortable with them….
Viren is saying…..what do you think Bani what must Jai look like…..Bani is like…. I really don't know probably… no-nonsense 50ish guy … simply put….. a Khadoos….
Priya interrupts her…. Budahu…with a beard … pipe for smoking in his hand .. and laughingly a grandfather's clock in his pocket……with a walking stick to spank people on the way…. Probably also has few dogs like that Ranveer around him…
Bani: Priya you are too much….. ( priya is like a friend to Bani)
Viren: Priya…Tumhe yahn nahin.. kisi nautanki mein hona chahiye tha…
Priya: Agar main wahn hoti to tum bhi to wahan hote….na….
Bani: Priya – Viren….lets get serious… just forget about how Jia Walia looks … and concentrate on this conference… frankly speaking his looks don't matter…..his brain does…..
Just then Jia and Aaditya walk in and before they know it Viren and Priya…are being introduced to Jia… they all are shocked by how devilishly handsome he is…. Late thirties….sexy…. with a deep velvety voice….
Aaditya: ( to Jai introducing him to Bani.. who is just saying hi to a colleague and has not fully noticed Jai…)… and this is Ms. Bani Dixit……MD of Dixit Software…..and Pia and Rano's sister.
Bani… turned around to find two deep brown eyes looking her…as if looking deep into her soul….. These eyes belonged to a devilishly handsome hunk… for a second ….all breath was lost from her……her feet turned to jelly…...
Jai was shocked to see the same girl from the beach…..as his opponent…
He continued to stare at her looking for traces of the young girl that he saw on the beach yesterday….. but today…. he could not find her…she was hidden deep behind the mask ….. He looked hard but could only find a hard as nails successful business woman who had reached the top simply with her perseverance…..….. all geared up for the battle…..armoured in a BUSINESSS SUIT with her comrades … in tow…..
Jai: recovered first… he said…. How are you Ms. Dixit?…..
Bani: Hello … Mr.Walia.
They shook hands.. and both felt as if an electric current had passed between them.. and quickly and jerkily both detached their hands….thinking only they felt it….
Both continued on their separate ways…. Little realising that they had just been introduced to their better half…..Both were alike in more ways than one… both were responsible…. Serious… gentle…. and perfect for each other…..having the capacity to love with all that was there in there being…
Priya: My God!!!.. that is Jai Walia.. I have died and gone to heaven…. My god!!! He is soo handsome.. so.. sexy… that raw power.. could kill any woman.. and those eyes…. Bani…did you see him…50 ish… man .. Khadoos… My god.. aaise khadoos roz roz bheja kar…..
Bani: has recovered by now… Priya.. stop it you are soo dramatic.. he is okay.. and don't forget even now he must be thinking of some scheme to oust us from the Collen's contract….. Please kahin who tumhe paat kar koi zaroori baat na pata kar le…..
Priya: Come on Bani…. tum bhi na.. I cant even appreciate any good male species if I see one.. .waise bhi main to sirf god ki tareef kar rahi thi.. ki kya piece banaya hai….
Viren; Okay Priya we get the picture.. Bani comeon..I am surprised at you… tumhe to paat hai madam har handsome hunk ko dekh kar thodhi der ke liye paagal ho jaati hain….
Bani is surprised at her own behaviour she knows what Viren is saying is true .. par woh kaise en dono ko bataye ki.. uski khud ki halat…. Jai se haath milane mein kharab ho gayi thi…..!!!!
