At home Bani is just shell shocked knowing that Masi knows the PR Raaz. She just can't believe it that even after knowing the Raaz she was taking Jai's side.
Bani: Masi aap sab janti hai phir bhi kehti hai ki Mr.Walia ki koi galti nahi thi? (masi you know everything and you are still saying that Mr.Walia is not at fault?)
Masi: main janti hoon beta lekin to hi soch kya munna kabhi kisa ko kuch nuksaan pahun chayega? ( I know but just think about it will Munna ever harm anyone?)
Bani: haan Masi main manti hoon ki Mr.Walia aisa kuch nahi karenge lekin unhone khud mujhe kaha hai ki unho ne meri maa ko maara hai. (Yes masi, I know that Mr.Walia won't do anything like that, but he himself accepted that he killed my mother)
They show Jai walking in the house, walking towards Bani's bedroom to check up on her.
Masi: Par Bani beta, toh kya munna ko maaf nahi karsakti? (but Bani, can't you forgive him?)
Now Jai is by the door trying to listen to their conversation. He was going to go in but he heard Masi talking to Bani about him so he decided to eavesdrop. (I know thatz bad but hey he does have a purpose)
Bani(she saw Jai standing by the door so she is back to being cold): Nahi Masi aap yeh kya kah rehi hai? Main unhe kabhi maaf nahi karongi. (NO masi what are you talking about? I will never forgive him)
Jai is just so broken by this, tears are threatening to flow but he stops them and goes away.
Masi is just shocked by her sudden change in behavior thinks that she is thinking that it is because of the PR raaz and after all it was her mother. So decides to change the topic.
Masi: lekin Bani tujhe munna ko sab sach bata dena chahiye phir toh joh jahe who kare or munna tumhe shayad help karde isme. (But Bani you should tell Jai everything and after you can do whatever you want, and may be Jai can help you with this).
Bani(back to being nice since she thinks Jai is gone but he is still there cuz he saw bani looking towards him and understood her behavior so decides to listen a little more): Masi yeh possible nahi hai, agar unhe sach pata chalgaya toh unhe bahut takleef hogi. (itz not possible Masi because if he finds out the truth he will be hurt)
Masi: acha teekh hai joh tu teekh samjhe, ab main chalti hoon kise ne dekh liya toh acha nahi hoga. (okay whatever you think is right, okay I am going to go now if somebody sees us it won't be good)
Bani: acha teekh hai. (ok then)
With that masi walks off. Leaving Bani all alone thinking about everything.
Jai was happy knowing that he was right and that Bani still does care about him. He walked away this time intending to confront Masi later and find out why Bani is doing this.
Meanwhile Tarun is in his office, thinking of a way to find out the truth from Bani. Even though he believes that Bani is after Jai's money, he still want to try once for his friend's sake. He decides to do something fast before everything is ruined. He cannot see his best friend so heartbroken after all its not his fault. He decides to take the matters in his own hands. He picks up the phone and calls someone.
Tarun: I want to know everything about Mrs. Bani Walia previously known as Bani dixit.
Person: I'll try to find it out and call you in a week or two.
Tarun(gets all hyper): not in a week or two I want to know everything in a matter of 2 days. And I want it done at any cost.
Person: But sir
Tarun: I don't care how you do it, but just do it.
