That's one of the thing I find very puzzling about these soaps - the evil/negative/grey characters almost NEVER get their comeuppance. In "normal" storytelling the satisfaction of the tale lies precisely there - when finally good wins over evil - that is the moment the whole story leads upto. But not so with these alternate universes - the norm here is that the innocent must suffer and they do endlessly without victory in sight.

In any case, the creatives have sold their 'king' to the devil, in exchange for a few more months of story - they chose to betray him and us, play into the hands of this shallow, selfish, self centred girl - let her have a victory from which there is no recovering. How can we possibly redeem anything from that? What difference does it make now if either one or the other remonstrates with her?

Bubble u have put it beautifully in a nutshell.

My vent was basically a pressure release for my frustration and to experience a silly kick imagining it happen. I am beyond expecting any deliverance from this swill from the creatives.

Am cognisant of the reality that now the irreparable deed is done every confrontation , every reconciliatory overture is pointless, all attachments meaningless.

Nothing much happened but today Jai was kind pissed with Bani... Bani was being too lovey-dovey... Pia tells Pusky he can neva be like JW (Thank God he isnt...) in the end JW goes to see what;s wrong with Pia 🤢 😡

I have this sick feeling that they will show a Jai-Pia angle as mentioned in the article that generated the strike (remember that?) Anyways, I'm least bothered now because I'm done with KS...the creatives just could not LEAVE JAI AND BANI ALONE! As MT correctly said, it simply is not the love story/drama that we all loved so dearly. I think Ekta just wanted to pacify us by putting Jai and Bani in the same frame and continue with her hogwash of a track. I know alot of us are disappointed (to say the least) but "keep having faith guys"..."Jai will not fall for Pia"....I thought you all are more intelligent than that! Ekta wanted us to yearn and gawd did we yearn and cry...

We laughed, we cried, we screamed (boy did we scream), we mentally banged our heads....but is there anyone left who wants to hang on....even by a straw? We exiles living abroad don't have a say in terms of the TRP's but I wonder how the TRP's will be affected by the Indian audience.

Hope their TRPS are so badly affected that they do a double take....I was disgusted with the episode (just by reading it - can't see the video) Can't see Bani all lovey dovey and JW being cold....how pathetic they have turned KS into another K serial when Ekta stated it was different!!!

Saw the US episode where Jai speaks to the child....Thats the JW we loved....not the butchered adulterer he has become.....

I guess like the lot I should say thanks to Ekta for getting rid of the addiction I had !!!!

I can watch the show with detachment now when I want and skip it at will - no magic left they ruined the magic of JB by bringing in the Peabrain factor......and then that stupid confused look on JW's face ---- the concern or searching for Pia scenes are a bit much......to swallow.

Well its take it or leave it not a have to have with KS anymore!!!!

Looks like the regulars of this thread are so disgusted with the turn of events that they don't even want to write anything. Hope aditee still has it in her to complete here fan fic. That's probably the most interesting thing on this forum now
