Part 3:
Bani finally gathers up the courage to speak, but her voice trembles with fear.
Bani: you want to tell me-me something, Mr. Patel?
Raj: Nothing at all, bani. I just want to talk,âŚalone with you.
Her fear does not die away, in fact, it begins to grow even more than usual. Raj takes bani's shaking hand and traces it with his cold fingers. He looks deeply into her terrified eyes. Bani looks the other way, not wanting to see his icy cold eyes. Raj places a burning kiss onto her palm. She quickly snatches back her hand from him and slowly takes steps back away from him. Her heart begins to sink, when he just gets closer and closer. Bani sucks in her breath and closes her eyes, when her back hits the hard wall behind her. She is trapped. Bani's breathing increases heavily while Raj continues to look at her, amused. He smirks at seeing bani so terrified by him, he enjoys messing with her like this. She continues to keep her eyes shut, not wanting to let the tears come out, showing him how afraid she is.
Raj: (innocently asks) kya hua, bani?( translation: What happened bani?) Why are you so scared of me?
Bani somehow manages to respond back.
Bani: (pleads to him) please, Mr. Patel.
Raj: please what, bani?
Scared of their closeness, bani tries to get out through a tiny space between them, but fails. A cold hand from Raj, touches bani's burning cheek.
Raj: (whispers) Bani, âŚyou are very beautiful. Do you know that when I first laid my eyes on you,âŚI fell completely in love with your beauty.
If any other man had said this to bani, she would have definitely been blushing, but with him, it was totally different. This man scares the hell out of her.
Bani: (she begs him) Mr. Patel-
Raj: bani, why have you been avoiding me this past week?
Bani: please let me go!
By that simple request, raj stepped back away from her, allowing her to breathe again. She quickly wipes away a tear, without raj looking. He sees a small black suitcase on bani's bed and looks back at her, still trying to catch her breath.
Raj: This is all you're taking with you?
Bani is too afraid to speak, so she quickly nods her head.
Raj: Do you not have more clothes? Because this (points at the suitcase) is definitely not enough for four months.
Bani, bewildered, looks at him. "Four months?," she questions in her mind. What is he talking about? Her and her family are only staying with him for a week, not four months!
Raj: Koi baut nahin! (translation: Don't worry!) I'll order some nice clothes for you. (smiles at her)
Bani: (quickly) no, it's ok! I'll-I'll pack some more clothes.
Raj smiles at her with approval.
Raj: ok, then I will leave you alone to let you finish packing.
He winks at her and exits the door, leaving it still wide open. She quickly shuts the door and locks it. Bani is relieved that he is finally gone. She looks at her body with disgust because she had been so close to him, and walks into the bathroom to take a quick shower.

Mumbai:
After a long day of trying to avoid, "her future husband" , bani retires to her new room, fuming with anger. She was completely furious with her father, not telling her that she was to stay with Mr. Patel until the wedding, and her family were to leave in a week. Bani refused to utter a single word to Nikishant, ever since she found out yesterday evening. She felt a little less angry when he offered to let pia stay with her also, now she wouldn't be alone.
As she walks to her room, she looks around in the big house. Bani tries not to be so impressed, but can't help it. It is a pretty nice looking house, and nicely decorated. She enters her room, and quickly unpacks to get it over with. There is a nice amount of space in the room, has two beds, a huge closet, bathroom, and a dressing table. Who was she going to share the room with? Bani hears the door knob click and watches the white door fling open. Pia comes into the room, accompanied by Mr. Patel. Her heartbeat increases just by the sight of him. She turns away from him, trying to focus on unpacking and pretending that he isn't here.
Raj: How do you like the room, bani?
Bani forces a smile on her unhappy face.
Bani: It is very nice, Mr. Patel.
Raj: I hope you don't mind sharing a room with your sister? I just thought that since both of you are going to stay here longer, then might as well share the same room, right?
Bani: no, I don't mind sharing.
Raj smiles. Pia, looks like she's going to punch him in the face, distracts herself with unpacking her things. There is a sudden loud bang, from a closing door. A voice calls out, "I'm home!!!". Raj wears an anxious smile and excuses himself, telling pia and bani that he will be right back. Pia rolls her eyes and says under her breath, "whatever". Bani carries on with unpacking her clothes and hanging them into the huge walk-in closet. A familiar cough makes bani turn around, seeing Raj back in the room with another girl. The girl as nice brown wavy hair and the same deep blue eyes as Raj.
Raj: I'd like you to meet someone important, bani.
Bani continues to stare at the nervous girl, trying to avoid looking back at bani.
Raj: (points to the girl) This is my daughter, Riya.
Bani begins to feel uncomfortable and awkward. Riya gives a weak smile to her future-mother, bani.
Riya: Nice to meet you. (she mumbles)
Raj's cell phone rings and he checks to see who it is.
Raj: uh, sorry I have to attend this call. I'll let you and Riya have some time to yourselves.
And with that, he leaves the three girls in the one room, feeling very awkward. Pia, decides to break the silence, introduces herself to Riya.
Pia: hi, I'm pia! And this is my sister, bani (realizes that riya probably already knows about bani) ,but you should already know who she isâŚ.
Riya ignores pia's introduction ,quickly shuts the door closed, and locks it. Riya stares at bani with her miserable looking eyes.
Riya: (talking to bani) Do you realize that you are about to commit the biggest mistake in your life?!
Confused by Riya's words, bani narrows her eyebrows down.
Bani: what are you-
Riya: (quickly adds) Do you seriously want to marry a 40 year old man, who is 15 years older than you?!
Pia: (cuts in) are you trying to say that you are against this whole marriage?
Riya: yes, I am strongly against it, and I do not want ANY girl ruining their life by marrying my father!

England:
After the long and exhausting party, Aarti, Rahul, Aman, and Jai (who is staying with Rahul in his house) sit out on the deck and look at Aarti's photo album, making fun of her every time they get a chance. Rahul finds a picture of Aarti, who looks like she just woke up and her hair all over the place. He starts laughing and points it out to jai.
Rahul: Hey, Jai! Yaar, look at this picture of her!
Jai looks at it and starts laughing also. Aarti snatches the photo from them and curses under her breath.
Aarti: I thought I threw this one away!
Rahul: (kisses her on her forehead) Don't worry, honey. I still think that you're beautiful!
Aarti smiles sweetly at her dorky fianc. As Aarti picks up her album, a photo falls down and onto the floor. Jai, notices this, and quickly picks it up. His heart does a flip when he sees a beautiful girl on the picture. Her black hair is wavy, and looks a little wet, has beautiful almond shaped hazel eyes, that stand out, and rosy red cheeks. She is not smiling in this picture, but she doesn't look unhappy either. Her attention seems to be somewhere else, while her gorgeous eyes stare out of a bright window next to her. As he continues to stare at it admirably, Aman snatches it away from him. He had seen the picture, while jai was holding it, and wanted a closer look.
Aman: She's absolutely beautiful!
Jai tries to take the picture back from Aman, but aman moves the picture out of his reach.
Aman: (shows it to Aarti) Aarti, who is this chick?!
Aarti looks up from her photo album and looks at the picture. She smiles in happiness.
Aarti: That is my best friend ever since childhood.
Aman: (repeats) she's beautiful!
Aarti: (giggles) yeah, I tell her that everyday, but she refuses to listen to me.
Jai: (quickly asks) What's her name?
Aarti: oh, her name is Bani Dixit, she lives in India, Mount Abu. Hopefully, she is coming to England soon to attend the wedding.
Jai gets out of his seat, hits Aman really hard on his big head, and grabs the picture of bani from him.
Aman: (whines) Heyyy!!!
He continues to stare at the photo and smiles to himself. "BaniâŚ," he whispers.
