Part 18
Jai runs to the panditji and questions him about Dhruv's where abouts
Jai: Where is Dhruv? (frantically)
Panditji: He was here a second ago.. I was just talking to…
Jai: Omg where is Dhruv
From the corner of her eye, Bani noticed how frantic Jai looked and approached him to see whats wrong.
Bani: Ye aap ko kya hua hai.. Whats wrong (she sees the empty stroller and with fear in her voice asks) and where is Dhruv?
Jai: I DON'T KNOW! Dhruv was here a second ago and now he is not
Bani's face stiffens. No emotion is expressed. She stares at Jai with confusion and then few minutes later it sinks in. Bani falls to her knees. Tears start to flow
Bani: kya! Dhruv is missing! MR. WALIA HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE! I WANT MY DHRUV
Jai gets to her level and comforts her
Jai: Bani don't worry. Dhruv is probably somewhere around here. Everything will be find.. We will find Dhruv
Bani: I don't know anything. I just want my Dhruv
Bani continued to cry and the rest of the family heard her screams and ran to Jai and Bani. Jai explained to them how Dhruv was no where to be seen
The scene shifts to a woman, whose face is still not shown, walking our laughing Dhruv in another stroller. The bottom half of another woman is shown. The stroller approaches the other woman the scene rises to show that the other women is none other than Roshini. Roshini gives her wicked smile to the other woman. The scene shifts to show the face of the other woman. The other woman is some old lady that replys Roshini back with a smile.
Roshini: Nice work. Did anyone see you?
Woman: No! and even if they did. They don't know that it was actually me!
Roshini: Your right. Great job you have done with the mask and the make up. You really look like a old hag! Maybe you should take up this new look JIGYASA!
The scene shifts to Jigyasa removing a mask of her face.
Jigyasa: Shut up Roshini
And both share an evil laugh as Dhruv stares at the two..
The scene shifts back to the rest of the Walia family back at the house and Jigyasa has made it back without anyone suspecting her.
Jai is on the phone with a detective while the police officer questions Bani and asks for Dhruv's description. The rest of the family are also on the phone while Sahil, Rano and Raashi have gone back to the temple to check if Dhruv is still there
Police officer: Please Mrs. Walia we need a description or some pictures of Dhruv
Bani crying her heart out but managed to digest what the police officer said and replied : Yes one second
Bani pulled out a picture of her, Jai and Dhruv taken just few days before. She pauses and remembers the time the picture was taken.
Jai: Bani come on lets take this picture quickly. Dhruv is getting impatient
Bani: Coming!
Jai to Dhruv: These women take forever getting ready.. even just for a picture
Dhruv gives a slight smile to show as if he understood
Bani: Very funny Mr. Walia! I'm ready
Jai: Thank God
They share a laugh and the picture of the laughing, sweet family is token Bani comes back to reality and her eyes tear up even more!
Police officer: Mrs. Walia we will do our best to get Dhruv back. I promise
Jigyasa heard the police officer and gave a small smirk and walked off..
Police officer: Mr. Walia we have tapped your phone so if the kidnapper calls we will find out where they are calling from. But one question Mr. Walia, is there someone that you believe could have done this. I mean someone who is your enemy
Jai started to think
Jai: I'm not sure. I mean probably being the big business man, I probably have a lot of enemies that I don't know of. I'm not sure….
Just then Jai's cell phone rings…
Jai couldn't recognize the number on his cell but answered hoping it would be the link to connect him to his son.
Jai: Hello
Stranger: Why hello Jai
Jai almost fell dead.. The voice… so familiar.. could it be… was it…. He stood there holding his phone while the scene shifts to Bani giving Jai a confused look
Bani: Who is it?
