But i have to apologise beacuse i've been out playing Badminton and i'm so exhausted that you'll have to make do with a rubbish update!!

Anu squealed in excitement and ran over to hug a smiling Raashi…

A: I'm so happy you're here!!

R: It's your wedding Anu…do you really think I wouldn't come?!!…

Raashi laughed as Anu enveloped her in another hug, obviously ecstatic to have her best friend back…when she had finished jumping up and down Mausi and dadi also greeted Raashi warmly…

M: Bahu…come here…

Surprised Raashi turned around to see a young woman, not much older than herself, walk up to Mausi…in her haste to meet Anu she had failed to notice everyone else…

M: Bahi…this is Mohan Khandelwals daughter Raashi…and Raashi beta, this is…

R: Wait…Bani aunty right?!!

As Mausi nodded with a smile Raashi gave Bani a warm hug…

R: First I always thought that you were lucky, now I realise how lucky my Jai uncle is to find you!!

Bani blushed at Raashi's comment as she knew how true it was…she was definitely lucky…

M: Bahu…where is munna?!!

B: I'll just go get him Mausi…

B: Jai…someone's here to meet you!!…Jai?!!

Bani walked into the room and looked around…where was he?!…he had not come down, nor was he in his study…maybe in the bathroom…but as Bani knocked softly and then opened the bathroom door, she was surprised to that like the bedroom, it was also empty…furrowing her brow in concentration, she wondered where else she could look for him…

J: Looking for me…?!

Bani froze and her heart skipped a beat as his husky voice teased her ear…lost in her own world she had not realised his presence, and she felt heat creeping up her neck as she sensed how close he was to her…a familiar feeling of longing ran through her body as he wrapped his arms round her face, planting small, thirsty kisses along the nape of her neck…

B: Jai…what if…

J: Sshh…I never leave anything unfinished…

Jai sealed her protests with his lips and felt Bani giving in as her muscles relaxed and allowed him to caress her waist…her hair, which had till that point been in a bun tumbled down her shoulders as Jai pulled the clip out and lost himself amongst the dark tresses…

Bani shivered slightly as she felt his hands move from her back and towards her dori…

*Knock* *Knock*

Jai sighed and took a step away from the tensed Bani…running his fingers through his hair he wondered if they'd ever get a chance alone…

4 – 0 to interruptions…

Ranveer looked down at the blur of words in front of him, and not for the first time that morning, he felt his mind wander towards Bani and her sisters…he had always resented them, but had never been able to explain why…why did the sight of them make him want to destroy them, when in real they were three harmless girls…despite his mothers insistence the sisters had not touched a penny of mammajis…maybe his mother was wrong?!...

No!!...Ranveer shook his head and scolded himself for thinking such things…taking another sip of his coffee he tried to concentrate on his work but had not got very far when his telephone rang…picking up the call he answered his secretary in his usual snappy manner…

R: What is it Priya?!!

P: Umm sir…a lady is here to meet you?!!

R: does she have an appointment?!

P: No sir, but…

R: Then I'm not interested!!

Ending the call, he went back to work…

Priya put the phone down and hesitated…Ranveer sir had refused point blank to meet the lady, but she looked as if she wouldn't take no for an answer…fidgeting nervously she looked up…

P: Umm…sorry ma'am but you can't meet sir without an appointment…he…

Priya looked down and mumbles pathetically as the lady smiled and replied in a cheery tone…

R: That's ok!!

Ignoring Priyas feeble protests, Raashi sauntered up to Ranveers cabin and entered without knocking…

Raashi: Hi!!

Ranveer looked up momentarily surprised but quickly composed himself…

R: what are you doing here?!!

She rolled her eyes at his indifference and seated herself on his desk in front of him…

Raashi: Yu weren't at home when I arrived so I thought I'd come to meet you…

She picked up one of his files and idly flicked through it…not understanding a single word, she pulled a face…

Raashi: God Ranveer…no wonder you're so boring…these files are worse than Papa's lectures…

Ignoring his cold stare she continued in a chirpy voice…

Raashi: You know…I always thought that Jai uncle was khadoos like you…but today when I met him he had a kind of glow on his face…and a smile I never saw before…

She sighed dreamily…before giving him a mischievous look

Raasi: And do you know why?!!...Because he's married….that's why I'm saying Ranveer…marry and believe me you'll have a much better life!!

Ranvver replied in his curt manner…

R: Are you finished?!!...now please go…I have a lot of work to do!!

Raashi: That's ok…i'll just watch you!!

R: Raashi…it'll take some time…

Raashi: I'll wait!!

Ranveer gave up…

R: You're impossible…do you know that!!

Raashi bent forward and whispered seductively in his ear…

R: And you're very sexy…

Giggling at his stunned face, she jumped of his desk and went to make herself comfortable on the sofa right in front of him…

I'm going away for the weekend and will hopefully update on Tuesday!!😛
