Jai & Bani FanFic
Hey guys. I've been reading a lot of fan fictions, and thought that i'd give it a try myself. Its my first one, so tell me what you think. I started to write this before the 3rd July episode, so it's not going to have all the masalla of the third of July.
PART 1
After all the guests went home after the sangeet, Walia Mansion sat silent. The only sound was of Bani and Jai pretending to sleep. Jai kept thinking how close he had come to loosing Bani. Today the very thought of loosing Bani kept him from sleeping. The very person who he couldn't even bare to look at was now the most important person in his life. Jai didn't know what to do. He didn't know when a marriage of convenience had become a marriage of choice. He so badly wanted to turn around and tell Bani how he felt and beg her to stay. On the other side of the bed, Bani lay thinking, when is Mr. Walia going to trust me enough to confide in me willingly? How long will I be able to stay quiet about the way I feel about him?
Moonlight streamed into the room, a lot like THE night, both of them thought. The streams of moonlight touched the corners of the room, making it glow. As if by some magnetic pull, both Bani and Jai turned towards each other. Their eyes connected, and their breaths quickened.
"Bani…." Jai whispered.
"Jjj Ji Mr. Walia," Bani replied, slightly stuttering.
"I can't sleep tonight." He said moving slightly closer.
Relieved Bani Turned towards him and said; "Mr. Walia, I'll bring you some hot milk; it'll make you feel sleepy."
She turned to get up, but was stopped when Mr. Walia placed a hand on her waist. Heat radiated through the two layers of clothes that she wore, where he had placed hi hand. Her breath came out in a gasp and stilled.
"Bani, just talk to me," Jai said.
Bani gave a gentle nod, but her mouth refused to co-operate with her brain.
"You looked nice today at the sangeet," Jai whispered into her ear.
Bani shivered gently, and looked down embarrassed that Mr. Walia had even noticed. "Thank you, Mr. Walia," she said and than grinned cheekily. "You sang really well today as well Mr. Walia" Bani gently teased. Jai ducked his head slightly, and gave an embarrassed half smile.
"Bani, what's your favourite colour?" Jai asked.
"Pink" She said, thinking of the time that he had said that she looked good in pink.
"Hmmm you look good in pink, you should wear it on the wedding," He said.
Jai's hand, with out realizing had slowly moved up her waist to rest on Bani's hip, and he gently massaged the curve of her hip. Bani felt tingles run up and down her entire body. She didn't know what to do. It was so rare that Mr. Walia willingly touched her; she didn't want this moment to end. So she pretended that nothing was happening to her body.
"What's your favourite colour Mr. Walia?" She whispered.
It took him a moment to answer, since he had been staring at her lips, and remembered kissing them.
Slowly he shook his head as if to clear his head and replied huskily; "black."
Getting into the mood of asking the questions for once, Bani moved closer and turned her head towards Mr. Walia……. She banged her nose against his, and both of them let out a muffled "Ouch." Bani reached out to touch Mr. Walia's nose, and see if he was okay. Her hand smacked into Mr. Walia's hand……. And time stood still, as they looked into each others eyes. Mr. Walia's gaze seemed to penetrate right through her, and see into her heart, and how much love she had for him. Her breathing speeded up, as Mr. Walia entwined their hands together, and slowly brought their joined hand to his lips, and kissed each knuckle slowly.

A spell seemed to have descended over the room, and all that could be heard was their deep breathing. Jai knew he shouldn't touch Bani, not after what had happened that night. But he couldn't help himself. He was drawn to Bani's simplicity, her nature and her beauty. Softly, he trailed kisses up her arm. He than placed a kiss on her check, than placed a kiss behind her ear, and began nuzzling her neck. Bani had the softest skin, it felt like silk under his lips. He continued to kiss her neck, as the hand that rested on her hip, brought her closer to him.
Bani knew that she should put a stop to this, especially since Mr. Walia had regretted that night. But as she felt his lips move along the column of her neck, she surrendered to the feelings that Mr. Walia evoked in her. Her heart beat wildly, and she brought her free and up to rest on his arm, to pull him closer, or push him away she had no idea.

Jai felt her respond and he wanted to loose himself in the feel and touch of her. But a voice whispered in his mind your taking advantage of her. This brought him back to his senses. He knew he couldn't take advantage of Bani again. It was wrong. But it feels right his heart whispered. He pulled back. But couldn't help him self and placed one last kiss on Bani's neck, where her pulse beat wildly. He kissed her gently and than bit down tenderly where her pulse beat. He than soothingly licked the skin. Bani's breath stuttered out. At the same time she felt Mr. Walia pull away gently. Not a lot but slightly, and she knew that the moment had come to an end. To tired to deal with questions and answers, Bani closed her eyes and went to sleep.
