"Thank you…Bani…sukriya…tum maan gayi…" Jai grabbed Bani's hand and shook it vigorously. Bani snatched her hand and gave him a cold stare.

"I haven't said yes…first we have to discuss some terms…draw up a legal contract to my satisfaction."

"A legal contract? Kyun?" Jai said scratching his head, trying to figure out…

"Because you need my services and from now on I only work on basis of a legal contract between myself and the interested party." Bani said firmly.

Jai's eyes grew wide, was this really that quiet girl who wouldn't say anything when he yelled at her…was it really her speaking.

"OK…but can we do this after…say tomorrow…I really need to get back home…who masi mera…tumara intezaar karti hogi."

Bani shook her head, "No…right now…I will call up Mr Sablok…I was going to see him yesterday…he will come here right now."

"Tarun…why Tarun? I have other legal advisors I can use." Jai shouted, not wanting Tarun to know his private life.

"I only want Tarun…I heard he is the best and that you also use him when you are in a pickle over legal tangles in your business." Bani spoke with some spiteful glee in her voice.

Jai gave a deafeated look, "Ok…call him…" Tarun might be better…at least he will be professional and not spread any gossip around.

Tarun Sablok, looked dashing in a designer jeans and an snazzily embroidered cotton shirt. He had a date tonight with his girlfriend and he changed the time so they could meet later. Tarun pecked Bani on the cheek, "Bani darling…you are looking absolutely gorgeous…any chance after your divorce of us getting together?" He gave a sexy glance over at Bani.

Jai Walia pulled Tarun by his collar, "Oye…meri biwi pe dora maat daal…nahi toh teri ankheen phor dalunga…salla…dosti kahaan gayi…"

Tarun smirked, "My dear Jai…Bani told me she is seeking divorce from you…so she is almost ex-wife…and I did say after the divorce. Anyway since you have decided you don't want her in your life…why are you bothered who she dates."

Bani embarrassed by Tarun's flirting and the dangerous glares pouring out of her Jai's eyes, tapped Tarun on his arm. "Tarun…forget the divorce for a moment…I want you to draw up a contract."

"A contract…what kind…don't tell me you are going back with this gadha."

"Tarun…stop name calling. It's a business deal. His masi is here…and she wants to meet me. So I am going back temporary…but only as hired contractor. I have some requirements that must be met by Mr Walia…so I can perform my job functions in a professional manner."

Jai sat and gaped at Bani. Tarun looked admiringly at Bani. "Wah Bani…I like this…yes…absolutely agree with you…you must have a business contract to make sure your rights are not violated."

Jai glared at Tarun, "Tarun, stop bullshitting and make up a contract whatever she wants…I am in a hurry…masi has already called my cell 15 times."

Tarun smirked as he opened up his laptop. "I must come and meet masi…haven't seen the wonderful lady in a long time. Did she bring any besan ladoos? I love them…I hope you didn't finish them all…Jai."

Jai only growled at Tarun. Bani sat down next to Tarun and dictated her terms to him. Jai just shouted out his objections which Bani and Tarun just ignored.

An hour later Tarun printed out copies and got signatures from both Bani and Jai and gave them a copy each. Closing his laptop, Tarun hugged Bani. "Bani…ek cup chai milige…I wouldn't mind a cup of adrak chai…must say I can't get my cook to make up the same."

Jai grabbed Bani's hand. "Never mind tea for him…let's go." Bani smiled at Tarun, "Why don't you come with us Tarun? I can make you a cup at the Walia house."

"Splendid idea Bani…I can meet masi too. Chalo…this evening is turning out very profitable for me. I shall call you my good luck charm Bani."

Bani gave flirty gaze at Tarun, not missed by Jai, "You are so sweet Tarun…unlike some people." And she threw and icy stare at Jai.

Bani-rani is surely back with a BANG!!!
