i reckon right towards the end of the show Tushar will finally propose to Kareena and by then she'll realise she loves Prem and go with him

Kareena will be shocked. After all, she and Prem are buddies, pals. About love- I think she'll realize she has feelings for Prem and that he is more than just a friend for him.
