Hey everyone, I am so thankful that I still have ppl reading this fic despite the late updates and not being able to give individual replies... I am really sorry for that... acutally I don't know but the day just seems to be flying by and things just piling up... I am sure u all know what it is like so please forgive me and accept this short update... really really really hoping I can start becoming more quick with my update...
The Fight!

I would love to reply individually to each but what to do short on time and I want to give you an update since everyone is curious why Anupam said uh oh at the end... so without making you all wait any further I am going to quickly type up another update... and keep my fingers crossed and hope you all enjoy it... and if you do enjoy it please do leave ur comments and let me know what you think...
"Uh Oh" Anupam worried and then looking at Gauri continued, "you just like him and it is not a very big deal right, nothing you are going to take seriously right?" Anupam inquired.
"...W..wh...why?" Gauri asked hesitating as she was still unsure how stronly she felt about Shiv, after all she hardly knew him. She only knew one thing since last night she had been unable to stop thinking about him. She just wanted to leave everything and be lost in his thoughts.
"Shiv doesn't believe in love or anything remotely related to it." Anupam answered in a soft tone not knowing how Gauri would react. Last thing Anupam wanted was Gauri to be hurt in any way.
Before Gauri could ask Anupam anything else someone came running to the door of the library. The student stood at the door his head bent, his hand resting on his waist as he caught his breath. He finally managed to look up and huffing and puffing spoke, "Anupam you better come quick, Shiv is about to get into a fight."
"Oh S***!" Anupam jumped up and ran outside. Gauri too leaped from her seat and tried to follow Anupam but when she got outside the library she couldn't see Anupam anywhere he had just disappered as had the boy who had come to get him. Hearing some comotion Gauri quickly went to the balcony outside the library and looked down into the open ground of the college, there in a corner, near the parking lot stood Shiv and in front of him someone that made Gauri's eyes grow big and wide out of surprise and shock.
It was Shashank. Both Shiv and Shashank stood facing each other, there was a seperation of an inch between them and neither seemed to want to move back. Shshank had a bunch of boys standing behind him who seemed as eager as him to pounce on Shiv. Suddenly, without exchanging any words Shashank grabbed Shiv's collar and Shiv grabbed Shashank's in return. Gauri heart beat fast and she bit her lower lip. She had never been this nervous before, she started to pray to God and asked him for Shiv's safety and well being. She was on the verge of breaking out into tears.
Anupam arrived just in time, and placed his hands on Shiv's shoulder. He looked at Shashank, and started to speak, "Yeh hamara college hai, yeh bhool na jana.
Tum sirf das ho, hum hazaar hai, kahi kudh hi na pit jana."
Shashank looked at Anupam and the crowd that was gathering behind him, slowly he removed his hands from Shiv's collar. Shiv followed. "You got lucky today Shiv."
"Seems like I always get lucky Shashank, I think you forgot last time beating you got."
"One day... Shiv... one day!" Shashank threatened as he left.
"What the he** Shiv, you know one more fight and you will be kicked out the college. You forgot the warning the principle gave you last year?" Anupam scolded Shiv.
Shiv silently looked at Anupam and then jerking his hand off his shoulders he spoke in a rude manner, "I didn't ask for you advice or lecture. Leave me alone."
...
"What was that all about Anupam?" Gauri asked as she followed Anupam into the library as he came back upstairs. "How does Shiv know Shashank?"
"How do you know Shashank?" Anupam asked suddenly turning around.
Taken aback by Anupam's sudden question Gauri hesistated for a moment before answering, "He is my my cousin's fiance."
"Maya is your cousin!" Anupam annouced a worried look washing over his face.
"How do you know Maya?" Gauri asked as her eyes grew wide and confusion overcame her.
