Note - I have not watched KAA since Iqbal Khan left the show, hence I am clueless with the names. Hence, please forgive me for any mistake.
Scene 1 - Samar, Machan and Kaya
The episode begins with Samar standing in front of a hospital. Machan comes from behind, and pats his shoulder. Samar turns around, and grows worried at the sight of Machan wearing a wig, and his one eye covered like a pirate. Machan asks him not to get worried, since this formula will definitely work. And, when Samar reminds him of the ten that did not work. Machan asks him to leave the ten aside, and focus on this one. He informs Samar that in five minutes and ten seconds a lady in a blue saree with a red handbag will walk out the door. He will do the job of stalking her, and try to snatch the bag out of her hand. She will start screaming for help, while he will run away from the place, and that's when Samar will enter like a hero. Samar will look into her eyes, and then look angrily in Machan's direction. Then, he (Samar) will start chasing him, and snatch the bag out of his (Machan's) hand. Samar questions Machan that since he is his friend, how can he just snatch the bag out of his without beating him up? Machan screams, have you gone mad? As he reminds Samar that this is acting. Acting only.
Kaya walks down the front steps of the hospital. Machan announces that he likes Kaya as well. Samar starts strangling him, which forces Machan to mumble out Kaya is his "bhabhi". Machan walks to Kaya, and tries to snatch the bag, but Kaya holds the bag firmly. She slaps him hard as she yells, "You want the bag?" fiercely, as she continues to slap him. Samar looks horrified and scared with this sight. Suddenly, Machan screams out, "Police Police" which manages to turn Kaya's attention away, while he runs away with the bag, only to have Kaya screaming, and pleading for help.
In the meantime Samar is extremely worried, and voices out loud, that Machan will not only get beaten up, but also get Samar beaten up as well, hence he starts running. We have Samar running in the lead, with Machan behind him in second place and Kaya with a bunch of people in third place. Later, Samar is sitting on a car reading a newspaper. Machan walks by, then turns around and comes back. He questions Samar about whether he saw a guy passing from here. Samar brings the newspaper down, and replies, that he indeed saw a man walk straight, and turn down right. Machan nods his head, and mumbles a quick Okay, and starts to walk away, by the time Samar brings back the newspaper to his face. Machan comes back again, and snatches the paper screaming at Samar that he put his life at stake for him, but Samar ran away leaving him alone. Samar yells back that he could not put his own life stake for Machan's stupidity. Samar questions sarcastically about Machan's previous words of the success rate of this plan. Machan appears to be extremely worried, and pleads Samar for help, since Kaya will kill him. Samar takes him aside, and asks him to get inside the "dicky". Machan gets inside, while Samar closes it shut, and walks out with the red bag.
Kaya and the other people enter the scene. Samar announces that the thief was like a mosquito, and all he had to do was show him a knife and his muscles in order to scare the guy away. He managed to get the purse from the thief, and then he hands it to Kaya, who thanks him for that. Samar mentions that he wants to tell her something, as the crowd disperses.
Samar questions her at first whether she eats food at night, but he changes his words suddenly asking her whether he can take her out to dinner. In the mean time, the owner of the car is back, which distracts Samar, and he quickly yells out to the owner. Samar edgily informs Kaya that he just remembered about an important work right now, and they will talk later. Kaya walks away, while Samar runs behind the car screaming out loud 'driver'.
Scene 2 - Shiv and Ipshitta
Back at the Kapoor Mansion a visibly depressed Shiv is sitting on a bed, while Ipshitta enters the room. She places her hand on his shoulder, and declares that she is aware about his distress. She asks him not to get worried about Gauri, since she will be alright soon. A distressed Shiv replies back that Gauri will have to get worried, and she (Gauri) did not want him to be in stress, hence she did not inform him anything. And, now, even he won't, but if he is aware of one thing that is Gauri can't leave him and go away. He won't let his love loose in front of her future. Shiv sounds on the verge of tears as he says that Gauri will live a lot, while Ipshitta continues to look on at him. He starts crying as he says Gauri won't leave him, and he won't let her go away. Ipshitta thinks that she came here thinking that after informing Shiv about Gauri's illness he will turn weak, and she will become his companion thereby coming closer to him. But here the... Shiv interrupts her thought process by saying that he is aware that Ipshitta cannot see him in distress, which is why she has come here to be his companion. Ipshitta points out that she is not here just to be his support ("sahara"), but to accompany ("saath") him as well. She points out that the night things happened between them in that room... does not mean their friendship should break as well. Today also he is her good friend, and she still cares for him. And, in this difficult time she cannot see his pain, and guilt. She walks out of the room saying that she is aware that everything will be fine leaving a depressed Shiv.
Scene 3 - Police Station (Samar & Machan)
Samar informs the inspector about his lost friend (Machan), to which the inspector questions him what his friend was doing in the car? Samar scratches his head, and comes up with his friend was playing hide and seek as a reply. The inspector raises his voice asking him about what he exactly means? Samar replies his friend has slight problems, and his head is playing a "kabadi" between childhood, and adult.
The inspector appears to be confused. Samar adds on that he (Machan) is sitting calmly, but all of a sudden he starts acting like a kid, take today for instance, they were walking by, but all of a sudden Machan wanted to play a "chor-police" game. Machan was running, and all of a sudden went & sat in a dicky, and started screaming out, "aoww aoww police aake pakad lo" and when Samar ran to catch him the car driver returned, and drove the car away.
Dadaji points out to Samar that Machan does not have such a illness. Samar winks as he replies that Machan never informed it to dadaji, and he would never tell such a thing, since this is extremely personal. And, right then a constable comes up with Machan, who is making weird sounds. Machan pleads for help, while Samar questions him about the person responsible for this state of his. Machan informs Samar that he was trying to run away, but the car owner took a stick, and started beating him up. He beat him up really badly, after which he invited more people to beat him up. Machan starts crying, and hugs Samar, who asks the inspector for permission to take his friend away, since he is really hurt. The inspector gives permission, but also adds on to do something about Machan's head problems. Machan starts crying out loud, Samar covers his mouth, and agrees to do that, as he walks out with Machan.
Scene 4 - Nikhila, Ipshitta & Samar
A frustrated Nikhila is sitting on the couch, while Ipshitta is pacing back and forth. Samar enters the scene. Nikhila points out that they have been waiting for him for so long, and now he is coming. Samar takes the couch and answers that he has been extremely busy lately, and since Nikhila has been kicked out of the house, in order to take care of her he is thinking of getting her "bahu" so he is busy there only.
Nikhila is furious and she asks him to shutup, as she rises from the couch. Nikhila adds that Ipshitta is in hospital, Samar jumps on the table screaming whether Ipshitta is going to be pregnant in real? Nikhila is irritated now, she pulls him down asking him to inform Shiv that Ipshitta is admitted in the hospital.
Samar sits down on the table, and replies that he fails to understand Nikhila, who pulls his ear. He questions them if Ipshitta is not pregnant, then why is she being admitted to the hospital? And, why should he do that? When Nikhila pretends to hit him he changes his question by asking, what will Shiv do? Ipshitta replies that he does not need to get worried about this. This is all a drama, and only Samar is aware about this being a drama. Shiv still thinks that Ipshitta is pregnant. And, Shiv holds himself responsible for Ipshitta put her life at risk to do this "abortion" and this is where Ipshitta will take advantage of the situation. All Samar has to do is inform Shiv that Ipshitta is admitted in the hospital, and when Shiv comes Ipshitta will place a condition on him. If he wants to see this child in the world, then he will have to leave Gauri, and take Ipshitta. She is aware that its blackmail, but all is fair in love and war, even if she is pressurizing Shiv to accept her.
Samar informs Ipshitta no matter how hard you try, your dreams will remain as only dreams. He changes his sentence by questioning whether he is their post master? Samar leaves. Nikhila questions Ipshitta as to why she is asking Shiv to come to the hospital? She can tell him all this directly. Ipshitta informs her that she wants to find out how much Shiv cares for her, whether he still loves her or not.
Scene 5 - Samar and Shiv
Samar enters Shiv's bedroom thinking whether he should inform Shiv or not. Samar announces that he was wrong about Ipshitta he just met her, and she appears to be extremely worried and tensed. She is very upset, so please stop her from doing a abortion. Samar is ready to take all the responsibility on his shoulders, he is ready to lie that he got drunk and made a mistake. He encourages Shiv to go and stop Ipshitta, to which Shiv leaves the room. Alone in the room Samar questions god for making him do this, and pleads god to make parrot, cat, cheetah, anything, but please do not make any individual like Nikhila.
Scene 6 - Gauri & Kaya
Gauri questions Kaya as to why she asked her to come here. Kaya informs her that she wants to put her best in Gauri's treatment, hence she wants Gauri to get admitted in the hospital. Gauri declares that she cannot get admitted here. Kaya in tears questions her why she cannot get admitted. Her condition is serious. Gauri replies that she is very serious, which is why she does not want to get admitted, since everyone in the family will find out. Gauri adds on that Kaya is aware of Shiv he gets tensed with small things, and if he learns this.. then... Kaya thinks to her self that Gauri is not willing for her treatment, but she isn't aware that Shiv is already aware of Gauri's illness, and is worried about it. Kaya informs Gauri that baba says that a person loses when he accepts his loss, and today Gauri is doing the same thing. She is not ready to face all the problems, and has already accepted her defeat. People in the house will be unhappy when they learn that Gauri was not ready to do treatment in order to hide it for them. Kaya will her self feel so bad that she was unable to do anything, despite being a doctor she could not treat her sister's illness. She pleads her to do this for her, and this will the last thing she will ask from Gauri. Gauri asks for more time to inform Shiv about her illness.
Scene 7 - Gauri, Ipshitta & Shiv
Gauri is walking through the hospital corridor. Sad version of Karam plays. Ipshitta is being taken on a stretcher when Gauri spots her. She rushes to her, and questions her about her health. The wardboy informs that they are ready for the operation. Gauri asks him what is wrong with Ipshitta? Shiv enters. The wardboy informs Gauri that Ipshitta is pregnant, she does not want the child, hence she is here for an abortion. Gauri blasts Ipshitta that she did not inform anybody about her pregnancy. And, why is she getting an abortion done? Ipshitta replies that this is her personal matter, and asks her to leave. Gauri calmly replies that Anupam is a very nice individual. And, she will call & inform Aunty. Ipshitta tries to stop her, but Gauri is not willing to listen, when finally Ipshitta informs Gauri that the child is not Anupam's. Gauri is shocked. Ipshitta leaves the scene saying this was the reason for her abortion.
Gauri spots Shiv she questions him about his presense in the hospital. He announces that he came to meet Kaya. Gauri informs him that Ipshitta is pregnant, and she wants to get abortion. Anupam & Ipshitta have problems, but we all know that they love each other so much. She asks Shiv to speak to Ipshitta about this, he is her childhood friend, hence only he can convince her.
Gauri meets Ipshitta, and lectures her that she is only angry with Anupam, and she knows Ipshitta very nicely - she can never do anything wrong. She asks her to say this is all a lie, and this child is Anupam's. Ipshitta firmly responds that this child is not Anupam's. Gauri questions her about the father of the child. Ipshitta chooses not to respond. Gauri mutters Shiv. Ipshitta looks up, while Shiv looks on helplessly. The episode ends on Shiv's face.
Preview for Tomorrow - Gauri gets down from the car, while Shiv runs behind her, and declares that she won't tell anything to anybody. Gauri replies acidly that she won't remain quiet despite being aware of everything.
