Why Ekta Why?

hey all,

i have ben watching balaji soaps recently and have noticed it is mainly focused around women (e.. tusi, prena, janki, Gauri). it shws them to be great and powerfull people, which i totally agee with. Ekta Kapoor must also think this to base her shows on this.

But, if she thinks women are great, why oes he also make the central evil characters female? (maya, aparna, trishna). by doing this she is degrading females world wid and making them to cunning witches. (give or take a letter! 😆) By doing tis he must thik women are terrible. but thy are not.

Why do you think she does this? And whats your opinion on women being he main focus of the show? Or should it be focused on family?

Does she really think everyone lives they ways she portrays characters to live?

i agree with you 😃 women should be portrayed as strong and powerful figures! and i don't mind women being portrayed as negative characters either, but what annoys me in Ekta's serials is that she keeps dragging along with it! 🤢 my ideal show would have been to see how those powerful women overcome evil (in a short while, that is, they distinguish the evil women among themselves, and get back at them in a cunning sort of way!) 😳

Because its tried and tested, it boosted her TRPs and at the end of the day thats all she cares about 😳

I personally, don't think Ekta wants to potray women as good or bad or as powerful or weak, but her main thing is to earn money. She is one of the best business women today and she makes what sells.
