Being drunk is not an excuse, and isn't the very fact that he was so drunk that he didn't know what he was doing, bad enough??? So while I wouldn't call him bad, I would say he's being a twit again. Dude, don't take ur friendship with Ipshita so seriously that you ruin all other relationships...
