For Each and Every Member: Do Not Ignore

Since the recent past, the forum has become a place to chat! We are here to discuss the show and if you would like to chat please visit the Chat Clubs Section ( /forum/chat-clubs) or use the Private Messenger (PM) service.

A reminder for all members, please read and apply the following carefully:

No Senseless Topics – There has been very many of these recently. They are not needed, considered spamming, and make the forum look incredibly messy. Such topics will be closed and a friendly PM warning will be sent to the topic opener.

There have also been Topics That Are NOT Related to KAA, which are unnecessary. So please only post topics that are related to KAA on this forum.

Stick To the Main Point In the Topic – This is very crucial. Please do not start chatting in every topic as this sidetracks the main subject of discussion. At least 3 warnings will be given in that chatting topic itself before it gets closed, if the chatting doesn't stop even after that, we'll send those members a friendly warning PM and the topic will be closed as the fourth warning is given out.

Please do not start discussing personal lives of your own or other members on the forum. Please use the PM service for such discussions where you want to discuss your personal life.

The THANK YOU button was created for a reason – to use it! Then why are there so many posts that say, "thanks, tfs, t4s…etc" This is considered spamming, which is not allowed. This can lead to a warning PM being sent to the members who do not stop.

Also as we all know, Iqbal is no longer playing the role of Shiv Kapoor in the show. We all love and cherish Iqbal Khan and the memories we have obtained while he was Shiv. However, there is no need for old pictures, articles, or information to resurface or be posted again as we already know those things. If you would like to post pictures of Iqbal Khan, there is a whole gallery devoted only for Iqbal. Here is the link to that gallery: https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/karam-apnaa-apnaa/411753/picture-gallery-iqbal-khan-old-shiv. This gallery can also be reached from the "Important Links" Section in our Archive Mansion.

If there is any other thing related to Iqbal (like article, pictures, or anything else) a topic can opened by the KAA Development Team where you can post all the articles. There is already a topic up, as a sticky, for any kind of discussions related to Iqbal, please use that topic only. We are not saying this to make you feel over-moderated, but because the forum looks un-organized if all topics present are related to Iqbal. If you like the idea of a sticky devoted to Iqbal only, please state it in your reply to this post.

Please take into consideration that Yash Tonk is the new Shiv so do not make any posts stating, "I want Iqbal to come back" or "When is Iqbal coming back?" or anything similar to that.

We have some magnificent writers on our forum, who are writing wonderful stories. However, please do NOT chat in fanfics as it increases the amount of pages in the thread. Authors, if you reply to all the comments for your ff, please do know that it is possible to quote more than one person in a reply (one post). If you'd like to know how to do this please PM a Dev. Team member. If your fanfic reaches over 150 pages please open a new topic to continue the story providing a link for the first topic. Also send a link of the first topic to a KAA Dev. Team member, so that topic can be closed.

Please do take the above-mentioned things seriously and they fall into effect immediately. Please do not do anything that may result in a raise in the warning level and follow IF's and this section's rules. Thank you!

sorry when I read the email, I was in a meeting and unable to comment more. I have taken note of all the rules and regulations and 90% of the time we do try and abide by them and give you all the respect you deserve as mods especially trying to control this zoo...

I am perhaps guilty of making the so-called useless posts perhaps.. it is very normal in the entertainment business to make spin off and comic strips relating to a show.

If we were to be brutally honest, FF writers, The Serious posts, the laughter posts all make the KAA forum entertaining and the whole reason we are here is yes to discuss the story line and at the same time have some fun.

KAA is at the present moment is drier than the arabian desert, if we did not make light and create articles, to be honest there will be nothing on KAA for us to do but indeed fall asleep..

I have infact gone back and checked all my posts, yes they are funny or maybe considered useless by some. The same time evolve around the KAA characters..

On a final note, Iqbal Khan gave us Shiv Kapoor at the same time we appreciate Yash Tonk' efforts, the storyline at the moment has nothing that we can celebrate.

This is not to offend anybody or have a go at the mods but just the need to justify. I will stop posting the so called useless posts and take the humour out of the KAA IF Forum.

I have been looking at what I have been posting on the IF KAA Forum and understand fully what you are trying to say "But" many of my posts have taken the micki out of the characters of the show!!

I can put my hand on my heart and say that I am not a die-hard IQ fan as this is the first time i have ever him in a serial. I am an IQ Virgin…..😳😳

I am here because of the show and nothing else….I love all the character in the show. I have never posted any "Spamming" topic as you have suggested just only portraying the characters in a humorous and human way. If you feel this is spamming then I apologise…

Everyone here knows we are here to catch up with the latest gossip and discuss the show. We all know Gauri as "Our Charlie's Angel" who is now in disguises as a "Kaam Wali Bhai" to discover the truth. As we love her so much we are here to support her in everything she does….

Smartyji, I am not trying to be rude, but can you please define "senseless"? Its just that whenever I come in here, I always see these great posts about funny things which in some way or another do relate to KAA. Please don't misunderstand me, but the posts I am talking about are very much enjoyed by one and all and keep this forum lively.

That I agree with. If the topic has nothing at all to do with KAA, its existence here is questionable.

Considered and well... understood. But sometimes I think what is considered "chatting" does have some sort of relation to the subject matter and that is something to consider as well right?

I agree, these topics can be misleading at times. If you have something that is relatively new however, sharing it is much appreciated.

Ok, perhaps I have been a part in that sometimes, but yes you are right. We should respect Iqbal's decision and Yash's efforts.
