mahen "app ko kis ne kaha." "me ne" a voice came from behind. it was shiv. everybody shocked. the slience filled the room. gauri stood still as a statue. mahen walked upto shiv and slaped him right across the face. making him trip. "mujeh nahi pata tha ke tumhari soch is had tak gir sakti hai. eik baat me tumhe bata doon ke me api jaan ke liye tum pe trust nahi kar sakta par gauri pe karta hoon.or me janta hon ke wo khabhi bhi mera vishwas nahi toray gi." "but dad" but mahen cuts him off. "inspector if you really want to arrest someone then arrest my son. because he had assaulted gauri. me chahta hoon ke app is ko gauri ko harass karne ke jurm me arrest karein." "i am sorry sir but i can't do that as i have no proof against him." "well inspector what proof do you have that gauri tried to hurt varni" inspector puts his head down. then he speaks directly to gauri. "stay awa from her maam. mujeh doobara appp ki report na aye. otherwise i wil have to take action against you." the inspector leaves. everybody else stays there but shiv and nikhila walks out. shiv giving gauri hungry glare. as if he would eat her whole and not even burp. (sorry i got carried away). he walks upto the stairs. once up he stares back at gauri. and hits his hand hard on th wall. and ends up hurting himself. he just wanted to show that he wants to do that to that gauri. know he knew how much it hurts. to hide his pain he quickly went into his room. while dada ji dadi ji had smile on their faces. nikhila quickly goes behind him. when she walks in and holds his hand to see how badly it hurted him. she saw blood coming out of the knuckles. she took the first aid and bandaged him. down stairs mahen was comforting gauri. gauri never said a word. she sat like a statue. mahen "gauri kuch to bolo beta" gauri " papa me ne kuchnahi kiya me to bus. mama wahan pe nahi thin me us ko chup kara rahi hai. pata nahi shiv kab aye." and she starts crying. mahen tries to make her quiet. "chup kar jao beta. tum janti ho ke me tumhe rotay hoe nahi dekh sakta. tum me meri jaan hai gauri. koi baap apni beti ko is tarhan dukhi nahi dekh sakta." gauri hugs him. and thinks to herself "papa me yahan sif app ki waja se hoon. warna me kab ki chali gayi hoti." they all leave for their rooms. gauri comes in her room. her head was aching so hard she felt she would not survive. she never bandaged the scratch she had on her head. she just cleaned the blood off it. she sat on her bed and took out the tablets from her drawer and took two with water. sometime latter ramo kaka came to call her for dinner but left as she was sleeping. she did not want to go for dinner as it meant facing shiv again. shiv was pacing up and down in the room. he wanted to see gauri. he wanted to get her for the insult that she has caused him. his dad never raised a hand on him but bcause of her he slapped him today. he walked out of the room in anger. he stopped in front o gauri's room. and entered without knocking. gauri sat up when she heard the door opening with force. "app yah.." "shut up" he closes the door behind him. he comes near herand pulls her off the bed. "tum ne samujh kiya rakha hai apne app ko. kyun badua ban ke humare saaath ho. kya chahti ho tum agar mujhe zinda nahi dekh sakti to mar do yaan khud mar jao. kyun agar tum ne aisa nahi kiya to me zaroor karoon ga." "app jaiye yahan se kis haq se aye hain app yahan". "tum mere ghar me reh kar mujhe se pooch rahi ho ke me kyun yahan aya hoon kiya haq hai mera." he goes near her. near enough to kiss. gauri panicked. it happened before. the last time this storm had taken everything from her. what did he want now she had nothing to give. she died ages ago. she died when he ruined her life left her on the suhaag sage. "kiya hoa gauri mera itna kareeb ana acha nahi laga" he knew what bothered her most when he asked something about boys or a man in her life. he knew she did not have any but it was her weak point he knew how to get to her. "yaan soch rahi ho ke koi aur tumhare itna kareeb hota. may be your lover." he puts hand on her waist and pulls her towrds him. he kissed her on her cheek on her neck. gauri tried to push him but invain he was too strong for her. he kissed her again. he kissed on her earlobe. gauri trembeled at his touch how she had longed for it. shiv noticed her reacting. it was the only he could really insult her. he turned her around now he was standing behind her. he pushed her hair away from neck and kissed her neck. then he untied the robe she put on over her nightie. he let it slid down. gauri felt a shiver in her body. she held his hand shiv carefully removed it. he kissed her neck once again. then spoke in a husky voice. "how many gauri" gauri was confused about what he was saying. "why do always get confused darlin i just asked how many people have touched you like that. have there been any other man in your life. did you open yourself for any other guy while i was away or bfore i came to your life. beacsue i know very well that you are nothing but wh***. who would open herself for anybody." gauri felt anger building up in her she break free from his ambrace. "get out" shiv got taken off guard "i said get out did you not her me" she screamed. this was the first time ever shiv heared her raise her voice. he smiled. "so the lady got tamper has she. save it for later honey more time to come. unless you leave this house." saying this he turned and left the room proud that he hit her hard this time. he congrtulated himself. while gauri criedin the room. she had no idea shiv thought of her as a wh*** she did not know why he hate her so much. she went to bed crying and fall a sleep curing her kismat, her life. she woke up in the morning. Her head was aching as if someone had hit with a hammer. she left to take a shower. she went downstairs. she was getting late from school. she came downstairs surprise to see that no one there. usually dada dadiand ramu kaka was there. she went to kicthen and was about to make a coffe when she changed her mind and picked up her stuff to go to work. her head was spinning. she was about to go when she fel so dizzy she fainted but felt somone held her before she kncoked out. shiv saw her leaving he was just about to go past her when he saw her falling on the floor before she could he picked her up. shouting for dada ji dadi ji. hey came out. and got worried as they saw gauri fainted. shiv took her to her room and made her lie on the bed. he picked up the phone and called the doctor. he stood by her. wondering if that happened because of what he said last night. the doctor arrived. he checked her and cleaned up her wound. and gave her a injection. shiv led the doctor out. "is everything alright" "when did she get a wound. she should not have been so careless. you know it could have goten worse. i advise you to take care of her she has got high temprature." shiv accompined the doctor till door then came back to gauri's room she was lying there unconsiuos. shiv felt as if alll this was his fault. he sat on the cahir and saw mahen and all the elders worry for her. he did not know what they see in her. she was a drama queen and he could bet that all that she was doing was to sympathy. he left from there disgusted. two days passed gauri felt better. she decided to pay mahen a visit. shiv was in the office when he stopped outside mahen's office to see gauri talking to him.he leaned forward to hear the conversation. "papa app ne doctor ko kitne paise diye" mahen looks at her helplessly "beta tum pe mera kiya itna bhi haq nahi" "papa plz me nahi chahti ke me app par nirbhar karon plz bata di jiye kitne" mahen tells the price and she pays. shiv left from there confused of why would gauri do that. he came homw and nikhila saw how he was worried. "kiya hoa shiv" shiv tells her everything he saw. nikhila felt that shiv was attracted to her. she had to do something. "shiv tum uski baton me mat aao sab ghar walon ko to us ne aise phasa rakha hai ke koi meri baat sunene ko tayar nahi. me ne us ki ghatiya surat dekhi hai. par kisi ko bana nahi saki sab mere khilaf ho jate" "appp kiya kehna chahti hain maa" "shiv beta me ne yeh baat tumhe ajj tak nahi batayi gauri ke school join karne ke baat is ka eik colleague se affair chal raha tha. she was pregenent and even aborted the child" shiv was shocked to hear this he knew she was bad that was disgusting. she managed to fool everyone so nicely. he felt the urge of going up to her and expose her in front of the world.
