how could she. everyone was angry at gauri for not telling them about it. they could not believe she wanted to move from there. "gauri beta yehtum kiya keh rahi hoo" said dadi. "ji dadi me sahi keh rahi hoon. school ki dosri branch eik chote se kasbe me hai. jahan pe logon ko ziyada zaroorat hai teachers ki. principle kuch teachers bejhne chah rahe the. i volountered. mujeh laga ke yeh mere career ke liye acha hoga." "tum ne aisa socha bhi kaise ke hum tumhe jane dien ge tum ne hum me se kisi se poocha. gauri tum itna bara faisla akele kaise kar sakti ho." she looked at mahen then held his hands. "papa me humesha ke liye thori na ja rahi hoon sirf eikdo saal ke liye jaon gi. or me ne app ko is liye nahi bataya ke app sab gusa hote or mujeh jane nahi dete. plz papa yeh mere liye bohot ahem hai. plz inkar nahi karna" mahen looked at her helplessly. he did not wan to her to go away but could not make her stay either. she stayed in house for years. doing what he wanted her to do. she married shiv. shiv left her than he asked her to stay in the house she obeyed. she is right. what gave her the right to stay in the house. how was she related to it. by her husband who sould not want to see her face. gauri was his daughter her happiness was his responsiability. he puts a hand on her hand. as if giving her the pemission. not wnating her to go but letting her go at the same time. no one argued anymore. no one had a right over her. they had lost their right when she decided to go away from them. every body quielty went to their rooms. shiv left for office. confused. he had seen the pain on his elders faces when she announced to move away. "damn you gauri. why do you give this much pain. why are you going away. if you want to hurt me there are more than one way. why hurt the people i love. you know they love you and you took advantage of that." his got interupted by his cell rining. he saw the name flashing "hi machan kais ho" "me theek hon shiv tum kaise ho" "me bilkul theek ho. sonao kaise phone kiya" "me ne bas varni ka poochne ke liye phone kiya kaisi hai wo." "haan ab theek hai pehle se behter hai. she gave both of us a hrad time last night. bohot zidi ho gayi hai gauri ke baghair soti nahi hai. can't wait for her to become well again." shiv smiled. machan was surprisd by what shiv said. "gauri varni ka khayal kar rahi hai. niki aunty yaan dadi kyun nahi" "mama koo apni parties se fursat nahi or dadi ne us ko sambhalne ki koshish ki lakin varni kisi se chup nahi hoti gauri ke siwa. wah re kismat kahan us se dor hona chahta hoo or kahan yeh kismat bar bar us ke pass le ati hai. ok me office ja raha ho bye" "yeah bye" machan felt his tension easing. atleast shiv trusted gauri with varni. machan thought it would be easier to clear the misunderstanding as shiv now depended on gauri. machan decided to go to shiv's office. shiv was driving and was thinking about gauri. "chalo eikk kaam to tum ne acha kiya gauri chatterjee. instead ke me tumhe nikalta tum khud hi ja rahi ho. tumhare liye bohot acha hai." he reached his office. he had a very important meetin today. the meeting was successfull. he had signed a contract with the business tycon. he came into his office. he started working on his laptop when he heard a knock on his door. "comein" "thank you sir" he looked up to se machan. shiv smiled "machan tumhe knock karne ki kiya zaroorat pari tum khabhi bhi mere office me a sakte ho. waise tum yahan kar kiya rahe ho" "football khel raha hoon" "kya yaar" "tum se milne aya hoon. or sonao ghar pe sab kaise hain" "sab gusay me hain or hurt hai" "kyun khair to hai" "haan bas gauri ne apna transfer kara liya hai kissi town me. bas isi ko le ke upset hain sab. mere liye to acha hai varni ka khayal dadi rakhe to behter hain." shiv smiled. machan got lost in thoughts "abhi abhi to hope bandhi thi abhi toot bhi gayi yeh nahi ho sakta varni ke liye gauri se achi ma or koi ho hi nahi sakti or shiv ke liye us se achi biwi." "hello machan kiya hoa kahan kho gaye" "aray kuch nahi me to bas aise hi. waise abhi busy ho kya" "nahi kyun koi kaam hai" "han kaam to hai. meri gari kharab ho gayi hai or jai ko school se lena hai. can you plz help me" "aray help kaisi tumhare liye to jaan bhi hazir. chalo utho." shiv closed his laptop and picked it up along with his car keys. they went out towards his car. machan kept thinking how to expose niki. he porposly asked shiv to go to school with him so he can show how there is only one male teacher in the school old enough to be gauri's baap. they stopped in the car park. machan sat there with shiv. "shiv tumhe pata hai eyh wohi school hai jahan gauri parti hai. kiya tum us insan se milna chaho ge jis se gauri ka affair tha." "kiya machan kya keh rahe ho tum. gauri is school me or wo teacher." "han shiv me bilkul theek keh raha hon mujhe bhi kal hi pata chala. mera koi irada tha us se milne ka lakin soch raha ho ajj mil hi lon ke us ko aisa kiya dikha us me ke tumhe chor diya." shiv curious got off the car and they went in to pick up jai. the went up to the teacher. machan pointed upto an old man. "shiv yeh hain jai ke teacher mr sharma." they went upto him "hi mr sharma me jai ka dad hon. jai app ko koi problem to nahi de raha." "nahi nahi yeh to bohot acha bacha hai bilkul bhi tang nahi karta" shiv noticed that mr sharma's hands were trembling he was old. he guessed tha age was about 65 or 70. shiv and machan went to another side waiting for jai. "shiv is school me yehi eik male teacher hain. abb tum khudi dekh lo ke kya gauri ka affair in ke saath tha he is old enoughto be her father. is school me sirf eyh eik male teacher rahe hain. no other. meri samujh me nahi ata niki aunty kis ki baat kar rahi thi un ka kehan to yeh tha ke us ka affair school ke eik teacher se tha. i am sure he is not the one." shiv stood there confused. surprised. machan was right the guy was too old to be gauri's bf. shiv started thinking of what nikhila told him. she said that she had an affair. he just got that her nmother was playing with him. he remembered al the stuff his mum had said about gauri and wondered was all that a lie. had he punished a begunnah for nothing. she was inncoent. and he had treated her really badly. shiv was broken he was suspicious toward his mother. he still doubted. how could his mother be soo wrong. but what if she was. what of she really palyed with him.what if she had played with gauri. her life. she had destoryed her life. why what had gauri done to her. he know remebered all the things his mom telling him not to phone her. that she is fine without him and happy. 2 days after his marriage with gauri he was about to phone her. his mom stopped her. saying that she is ok. she is happy.then remembered his dadi telling him that gauri had fallen sick after shiv had left her. shiv dropped off machan and jai. he came home. sitting in the dining room. "ramo kakaeik coffee lana please." he did not notice gauri in the kitchen. he shouted again but no answer. a few minutes later he saw a cup in front of his eyes. he looked upto the person and saw gauri. "gauri yeh" "wo ramu kaka ghar pe nahi hain. varni dadi ke sath hai me us ka dhoodh banane ayi thi." she gives him the coffee and goes back to working. shiv saw her cleaning varni's bottle and filling it with milk. she then came out of the kitchen and went upstairs. shiv eyes followed her. "have i been that wrong. have missjudged. she seems so innocent. had i hurt her" shiv went into gauri's room. "me varni ko le jaon" "hmm yeh dhoodh pi le phir le jaiye ga ap utni dair fresh ho jaiye." shiv nodded and went to his room he took out his clothes. he went into the bathroom and stood underneath the shower. he wanted to hide. hide from what was yet to come. he was scared what if all those things about her mom came true. will he able to live with that. will he be able to forgive himself and his mom. tears came out of his eyes. once before he cried like that when ipshita left him. now he alone. no one to be with him. shiv cried. he let out all his frustration. all that he had in him. he had to face the truth. for someone's life. shiv went towrads gauri's room. she was playing with varni. "oh mera bacha. varni ap jaldi se bari ho jao beta." varni was playing with gauri's chain. "me chahti hon ke app mere sab se kareeb ho. me ap ke naz uthaon. koi ho jisse me apne dil ki baat karon." "varni i will be your best friend. app aunty ki dost bano gi na" she holds her hand and plays with it. tickling her which made varni laugh. " kash yeh hasi humesha mere kanon me goonje. varni app aunty ko pya to karo gi na. papa ki tarhan nafrat to nahi karo gi na mujh se." he felt as if she was crying. this was the first time shiv had seen gauri talking to someone about herself. otherwise she would only talk about others and think about others. "acha abb me app ko medicine doon gi or milk. you be girl now. papa is very tired. app un ko abb bilkul tang nahi karo gi. he has to go to office. so let him sleep tonight. mera bacha you going to behave tonight." shiv could not take it anymore. he came into the rom. "is ki medicine ka time ho gaya." gauri was startled by that. she wondered id he heard anything. "ji ho gaya. me le ke ati hoon". she picked up the medicine from the side table and shiv held varni and let gauri give her the medicine. shiv was so lost in his thoughts when palak stormed into the room. shiv stood up holding varni. "mujeh room ki talashi leni hai. mera necklae gum gaya hai. mil nahi araha i am sure ke tum ne churaya ho ga." she was about to open her cupboard. "palak kiya kar rahi ho tum. me tumhara necklace kyun lon gi" "is liye ke tumhe paison ki kami hai. tum to ho h........" "SHUT UP PALAK" both gauri and palak looked in shocked. "how dare you accuse her of being a thief. don't you have respect for your elders. apni zaman ko lagam do palak agar ainda se me ne tumhe gauri se is tarhan bat karte hoe suna to mujeh se bura koi nahi hoga." palak looked at him in shocked. he was taking gauri's side. she was shocked. "i will get you for that gauri" she said to herself and then went back as quickly as she came in. "i am sorry gauri. palak ko tum se aise baat nahi karni chahiye thi." "shiv me ne kuch nahi kiya me us ka necklace kyun lon gi" "i know gauri mujeh explaination dene ki koi zaroorat nahi. i am sorry once again" he takes varni with him leaving gauri shocked. wonderin what had gottten in to him. shiv now wondered if it was all a lie. everybody seemed to blame gauri for things that she had not done. shiv was in his room when he heard someone shouting it was nikhila. "gauri yeh lo paise tum yehi chahti ho na. lo or baksh do mere gahr walon ki jaan. kyun peechee pari ho humare. yeh paise tum lo yeh varni ki dekh bhaal karne ke liye. or bhi don gi jitna chaho gi doongi. akhir tum isi waja se ho is ghar me. " "nikhila" mahen salpped her. shiv saw that and for once he was not angry. how could his mom think so low. he saw gauri's face expression changing. "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" she had her hand on her stomach. she was crying with pain. shiv gave varni to shyla chachi and went towards gauri "gauri are you ok" "dadiiii bohot dard ho raha" shiv had no idea what was going on. he just looked at gauris face which went pale. gauri fainted in his arms. hepicked her up and wento towrads his car. dadi "phir se abb kiya hoga"

wow! wonderful update. For the first time i was not mad at shiv , atlast he got brains to think that his mom was playing with him. Good u put that machan's character to some use otherwise i thought his character is useless just like in the serial 😆. Mahen slapped nikhila 😲 [:D/] he got guts man 😆 afterall she deserved it 😡
u know ur a suspense queen so r u going to tell us what's wrong with gauri or do we have to keep guessing on ourselves!!
