God help India.

Have you guys been noticing.
There are no more good values being shown on Indian soaps.
Especially Ekta Soaps.

-Pregnancies.[out of context ones...like Gauri's]
-Husband's who have affairs
-Mothers who want to kill their daughter in laws
-Sexual Innuendos
-Power hungry women
-Divorces for the sake of god knows what
-Sister's wanting their sisters husbands
-One women getting married like 3 times

If you guys have more to add...plz your much obliged.

But I just feel like, to watch these drama's with your family, is out of the question.
I mean, today......my dad was watching with me....and i felt so embarrassed, I mean, watching a Hollywood flick is different, because its American...but watching your own culture, being presented in such a way.
It's disturbing.

I wish Ekta would just make a wholesome drama.

NO CRAZY PREGNANCY
NO AFFAIR
TRUE LOVE
NO CRAZY SAAS

SOMETHING I CAN WATCH WITH MY FATHER, WITHOUT FEELING EMBARRASSED.

Though I tend to agree with ya... sadly there is a section of the viewers who watch them and Ekta jus focusses on TRPs and though viwers crib, most of them , go back and watch , to see what happens next and there you go, Ekta ke liye TRPs mil gaye!

Sad but true...

Much as it sounds cliched , its the viewers who shud stop watching and bring the TRPs down , so that the production houses desperately try something new!

Sadly, I try hard, to put in my bit of not watching the show... and for now the only inane show I watch is this KAA! Sake of entertainemnt call it... lame I know... but... 😕
