Please help me and tell me how could the doctor say so quickly that she is pregnant. He can only be sure, if he had make an urine test. I wonder, if in India the doctors make at the spot urine tests. 😕

this is ekta serial, ppl can bcom pregnant just like that!! they dnt need tests, they just ask their stomachs 😆
