shiv using ishpital?

umm i was just catching up on the epi and i was watching the 14th epi were shiv is saying he has to get out of gauri's life cuz he doesnt want to cause her any pain and then he looks at this portrait..i think maybe he's using ishpita tto and pretending to love her so then gauri will him..that is for guaris' sake...i really hope this shiv and ishpita thing is not true hopefully its just ishpita's dream or something and hopefully the new shiv is really hot like this one and a good actor or i'm not watching this how someone like ejaz would be nice i feel sorry for hiten tho...
