shiv notices gauri turning away...he den shouts out 'OK...ITS TRUE!'...gauri turns around 2 see shiv looking at her 'ITS TRUE...I DIDNT EAT 4 GAURI'...he blushes as everyone teases him. gauri blushes too, she smile. 'mere pyar ke umar plays on d background'.

Part 3

as 'mere pyar ki umar' plays in d background..shiv n gauri look at each other, smiling from distance. while everybody else teases shiv, excluding maya ofcourse. maya wonders what is wrong with shiv. she cannot believe her ears, dat shiv admitted to fasting 4 gauri, she roles her eyes. suddenly one of d ladies shouts out, 'the moons is out'. all the ladies gather to view it. shiv n gauri stop looking at each other n gauri joins d women.meanwhile maya is greatful d time is up, n she cant wait to eat soon.shiv looks at anupam, his looks read: 'i'll get u one day' , anupam smerks at him. shiv notices ipshita looking at him. he smiles at her n den looks away.

they all follow the typical procedure. the women look through the round thing (sory dnt no d name of it: lol)..n view d moon, n den turn it to view their husbands. gauri turns hers to see shiv. she smiles at him. after all the procedures, dey go downstaires to eat. everyone rushes down. shiv n gauri walk beside each other & r behind everyone too. she asks him, 'how comes u fasted 4 me?'...shiv grins not knowing wat 2 say...she continues 'dnt wory u dnt have to explain dat...'..'thank u though...its so sweet of u 2 do dat'. shiv nods, emplying 'my plessure'. gauri den tells him 'hurry u must be starving...' she grins....shiv nods 'yes....i am...a lot...' ...so dey go down.

in order to get shiv food quickly,gauri walks into d kitchen 1st.shiv follows her. 'dinu kaka...can i have dat plate pls...'....dinu kaka happily says...'der u go'...n he looks at shiv, almost like his pleased to hear wats shivs done today. (d word has gone round d house so fast) shiv feels a little embarassed, he pretends he isnt noticing anyone looking at him.blind to wats going on around her, gauri tears a piece of the rooti n proceeds giving shiv a bite. shiv feels awkward as everyone in d kitchen are peeping at them. 'not hear gauri...' shiv whispers..gauri still not understanding continues to offer d food 2 him.....dinu kaka says 'go on eat son....gauri is offering it to u nicely..' shiv den quickly eats the food from her hand, so no one else starts discussing it. he den takes the rooti n offers gauri a bite too.

everyone has finished eating. they are all gathered near the seating area, talking. mahen den asks wers ipshita? no one knows wer she is. suddenly nakila n ipshita enter d house. palak,mahen, dadi n shiv walk towards dem. dadi asks...'nakila...ur home...how comes?....n how comes u didnt tell us.....shiv could have picked u up.'..nakila says...'no i didnt want to trouble anyone much..so wen d doctor said its ok for me to go home, i phoned ipshita to pick me up'. ' she told me, u guys are eating..even shiv after fasting. shiv looks at nakila, den at ipshita....she conts: 'so i told her to not trouble anyone n just to come n pick me up'. shaila attends to her, 'its good ur back...come on..lets take u to ur room, u should rest'..nakila: 'ha....' so shiv helps to take her to her room.

shiv helps his weak mother lay in d bed, gauri enters d room. 'badi ma....kese he aap?'....shiv feels more n more guilty as gauri cares for nakila. she sits next to nakila. nakila ' im feeling a lot better beta....im so happy u are with us gauri...im so sory for wat i.....' shiv gets angry as his mother brings old memories back. gauri looks down, hiding her feeling. shiv: 'MUM....!...u should rest now....stop bringing d past up again!....nakila: 'beta...me tho.....baas....'..shiv snaps again...'NO MUM!

...gauri cuts in....she looks at shiv...'its not a problem shiv...' den she looks at nakila..'badi ma....dnt worry...nothings your fault. whats written in my destiny cannot be changed, & u just happen 2 be part of it. its not ur fault, its my fate..' she smiles at nakila.shiv gets more angry as he listens to gauri being so nice to his mother. he cannot believe she doesnt blame nakila 4 this. cringingh his fist, he rushes out of the room , unable to say anything else. seeing shiv zoom out of d room...gauri tells nakila to rest, makes her comfortable in d bed n tells her she'll leave her to rest. as she exits the room mahen enters the room. he heard all the converstation, gauri smiles at him n leaves.

mahen asks nakila, why she did all this 'natak'. nakila questios: 'natak?...how can u say dat mahen?'...mahen: ' oh stop it nakila! enough is enough!'..nakila shakes up as mahen raises his voice. she asks him 'wat r u trying 2 say?'...he fumes...' i went through ur hospital notrs while u wer still at hospital, n der was nothing der of u being ovedosed!....i even overheard u & d doctor speaking...u faked this all!' knowing mahen wasnt making somting up...nakila lowers her face...'why did u do this?..why r u still playing with shiv n gauri's life?...u saw how innocent this girl is to u!...dnt u have a heart?..dnt u feel bad at all?...u shud be ashamed of your self!...mahen den leaves d room angry.

gauri runs after shiv, she notices him leaving d house. she wants to stop him to tell him dat he should stop being angry towards nakila, as she herself has forgiven nakila. shiv gets into his car & zooms out driving recklessly..gauri is unablt to stop him. she wonders wer his gone, as it is very late, almost 11pm. she asks one of d gaurds to follow him n see wer he goes n den report to her wer he is. gaurd agrees n drives to follow shiv. meanwhile gauri returns to her room. lator the gaurd informs her, he just went to his usual bar. its almost 12.30..n shiv hasnt returned. she rings him a few times, but he doesnt answer d phone.

meanwhile shiv has been getting drunk at d bar. he is d only one left in d bar. he is teary..n he continues to drink.everytime he remembers gauri he gets all emoitional, but wen he remembers his mother he gets angry n drinks more.shiv being a regular custumer, d bar men worry 4 him. d owner decides to approach him. ' shiv u should stop drinking now...u'v had enough 4 2day'..shiv snaps 'aaaaareh...chor deeew'...'ur getting d money 4 dis arnt u?.....so y r u woooryingg about me?....huh?...2day is ur lucky day...ur making money out of me....right!...d bar owner holds shiv by his shoulder...'its not about money here...its about u...im worried 4 u!...shiv snaps again...he puts both his hands togheter n begs d man to leave him alone 'pls...leave me alone...i need time to tink!'

so d bar owner leaves him to it. shiv gets more n more emoitional...he cannot get gauri out of his head. he wipes his eyes...hoping it will erase gauri's image from his eyes..but it fails. tears run down his eyes..he feels he is stuck in a middle of a road. he cannot choose his path..at one end gauri's happiness n d other with his mothers happiness. suddenly a hand rests on his shoulder....shiv turns around n shouts ' i told u...leave me alone! '...gauri shakes up!...shiv notices gauri...he uickly wipes his tears. 'gauri?.....sorry..wat r u doing here?'.. he leaves his glass on the nearby table. gauri notices a lot of glasses around him.

'uv been drinkin a lot..havnt u?'...shiv tries to cover his red eyes...'no....just a little'. gauri holds his hands...'come on shiv....lets go home...its very late...i was worrid about u'..d bar owner takes his chance 'ha madame...we need to close now too...' shiv snaps at d guy....'wats ur problem.... i going naa!' gauri controls shiv 'shiv pls...dnt shout at dem..she apoligises to dem'. shiv den pays dem a bundle of cash..n den gauri drags him out of d bar...holding his hand.

wen dey cross d road,they walk towards a park. shiv n gauri sit on d outside bench, in d park. gauri holds shiv by his cheeks...'shiv come on...lets go home...u need to sleep this off'..shiv looks straight into space...'no...i dnt want 2 go in dat house!'....gauri notices shiv getting teary...he rufuses to look her in d eyes. shiv look at me...he dsnt look. d more she pulls his face to look at her, he pulls his face d other way. gauri: 'shiv why r u crying?' he leans on his hands, hiding his face in his hands. gauri strokes his head...'wats wrong shiv? tell me'

listening to gauri...his emoitions pour out. he cannot control it. he starts crying in his hands. gauri gets all worried a she hears shiv crying rather loud. 'kya hua shiv?....tell me...dnt cry pls...badi ma will be ok...'...as soon as he hears badi ma...he looks at gauri n tells her...'i am not crying because of mum!...gauri why dnt u understand'...den he stops'....she wipes his tears....'den wat is it shiv?....wats wrong?...tell me!....'ITS U!'... gauri moves her hand 4rm his face....she sits back...'me?'.....she wonders how she's made shiv cry... she looks at him 'im making u cry shiv.....if i have done anything to u den forgive me shi.....' he stops her....'no gauri!...u havnt done anything...n pls stop apolegising wen i should be apoligising to u!'

she hesitates to understand him. shiv stands up...he holds his forehead. gauri gets up n tries to turn him around....'wat is it shiv...speak clearly...i dnt understand...havnt i told u dnt blame urself anymore!'....he turns around crying, he holds her shoulder... 'gauri pls....pls....stop making me feel worse.....DNT U UNDERSTAND.....i cnt see u die!...its killing me inside...i dnt want to see u leave me! i dnt no how i'll live without u....ive now grown to live with u!...i dnt no wat i'll do without u.....n dats wats makes me cry gauri...dats wats makes me cry!...gauri is shocked to hear shiv say somthing she never expected ...

'but shiv....after me i want 2 see u happy with som1 else....i no u'll be happy...ull find some1'...tears leave her eyes. ' NO GAURI NO!...dnt wish dat!...i dnt want some1 else....der isnt anyone else out der like u...dnt u get it....?...'get wat shiv?...i dnt understand...'......shiv snaps.......'i love u gauri!...i love u.....' '& i cnt see u die one day...n dat 2 becos of me!...u cnt leave me gauri'...n den he hugs her as he cries more. gauri is shocked, its like a dream to her...shiv said he loves her...she cannot believe it. she hugs him back...' do u really love me shiv?' she cries n asks. 'yes gauri, yes...if thinking about u leaving me kills me inside so much, n one defines dat as love...den yes gauri i love u so much'...'i never knew fully wat love is but now i have many ways of explaining wat love is... gauri'.... hearing shiv say it like dat, gauri hugs him tight...der hug last a long time.
