Karam Apna Apna is a new show that has been aired on star plus.This is the heart-warming story of a small town girl who goes through alot of hardships and finally comes out with triumphant colours.But wait! aren't all Indian dramas like that? So the storylline might be a little different, but so far the drama is turning out to be interesting and is keeping veiwers hooked on. Our star of the show Gauri; a sweet and simple girl who always wants to see her family happy, hails from a small hamlet of West Bengal. Gauri's family comprises of her dad Alok, who is a vaidya by profession and is higly respected in his community, her younger sister Kaya who is very studious and aims to be a doctor, mashi ma and her brother and sister-in-law who live with them but do not share a good relationship with the rest of the family. Gauri puts the happiness of others before herself. All she desiers for herself is a loving husband.
