I think it may be liked to the fact that Kaleerein are worn on Bangle. And Vivaan holds Meera by her bangle (Kaleerein) because he wants her to stay with him (as two persons are linked in a marriage and with Kaleerein) and Meera walks away leaving bangle in his hands (as to say that she leaves Kaleerein as a full stop to their rishta)
