Mukthi Aliya and Navya bhabhi left me in the room after making me sit on the bed and covering my face with the veil. After 5 minutes the door got open and manik came in. I trembled as he took steps close to me and finally he sat beside me and uncovered my face and said cupping my face in his big hands
" I LOVE YOU NANDINI"
And I again blushed and lowered my gaze
"nandu.. look at me.." he said lovingly and how could I deny him.. I slowly lifted my eye lashes to look at him and there was love.. lots of love in his eyes which made me drown in his brown chocolate eyes. I was looking into his eyes when he spoke again
"nandu.. ill not do anything until you are comfortable.. I know everything happened in a hurry and you need some time to adjust to all this.. its okay take your own time.. but don't delay so much warna ill get old and so will you.." and he chuckled and his those words again brought that crazy dream of mine infront of my eyes and now I could see that person's face.. he was manik... oh my god.. he was manik in my dream.. I really cant believe this.. I again thought that I was dreaming so I slowly I raised my hand and touched his cheek to conform that he was real and not a dream.. and when I confirmed I hugged him.. tightly .. very tightly as if my whole life depended on him... because of my sudden hug he lost his balance and we both fell on the bed with me on the top of him. He too wrapped his arms around me and hugged me tightly.
" thank you manik.. thank you soo much for coming into my life.. thank you.." I said in a emotional tone and started crying..he broke the hug and looked at me and said cupping my cheek
"nandu.. you must be tired.. change and sleep... we will talk all this afterwards..." and kissed my forehead.. that was his first kiss and mine too. I slowly got up and he helped me because the lehanga was really heavy and he understood that I was not comfortable. Manik bought a whole new wardrobe for me before marriage and arranged it in OUR room. He took me with him for buying clothes and I denied buying soo many new dresses but he was too stubborn to listen to me and he brought lots and lots of clothes of all types. He pulled out a night dress for me which was looking really cute and handed it over to me for wearing.
I was standing in front of the mirror and was struggling removing all the jewellery when manik came and stood behind me and asked me looking through the mirror with hi eyes and I nodded in a yes. He first unpinned my duppata and shivers ran down my spine. He then slowly removed all the jewellery and then turned me to face him. He removed my bangles one by one and kissed my palms after getting done with his work. He then said in a low tone which made me gasp
"go and change fast before I change my mind.." and winked at me.. I quickly ran into the washroom and heard him laughing.
I changed and came and manik was already in his track pants and vest. He was sitting on the bed and patted beside him for me to come and sit and I went to him taking slow steps fidgeting with my top. He pulled me holding my hand when I was in his reach and in a blink of eye I was sitting in his lap... but unhonae toh unkae baju mae baithnae ko bola tha naa... I shivered when he brought all my hair to one side and kissed my nape wrapping his hands around my waist.
"aapko kuch bolna tha kya ??" I managed to speak and he nuzzled in my neck more and just hummed.
"jii boliyae naa..." I said because he was not saying anything but was doing all naughty things. I pouted when he didn't reply and continued with placing kisses all over my nape making me loose my sanity.
I kept quite giving into his sweet gestures when suddenly my eyes fell on a bowl which was placed just beside our bed on the side table and I screamed jumping from his lap
"ice cream.." and I ran to get that bowl clapping my hands.. I loved ice cream and he knew it.. wow... it was my favourite chocolate ice cream... I kept the spoon in the tray and started eating the ice cream using my fingers making stupid sounds. And next moment I felt my feet in air.. manik picked me up in his arms and the bowl in my hand was just about to slip from my hands but I held it tight. He carried me to the bed again and made me sit in his lap and said
"very bad nandini... mai toh yeh hum dono kae liyae laya tha... tum akalae hi kha rahi ho.." he said with fake sadness and I couldn't understand that it was fake I quickly dipped my fingers in the ice cream and offered him.. he smirked and took my fingers into his mouth and sucked them and I shivered with the look in his eyes. He kissed my fingers and said in a husky tone
"I want to eat more nandu..." and I nodded and fed him again with my fingers. He was eating soo cutely .. just like a small baby.. I felt so happy feeding him with my fingers and he too fed me with my own fingers. After we were done with the ice cream thing I was about to get up from is lap to keep the bowl back when he again pulled me back into his lap and said
"itni bhi kya jaldee hai nandu..." and I looked at him confused and he had a naughty look in his eyes.. I narrowed my gaze and he pulled me more close and gave a quick peck on my lips and my eyes widened with shock. He chuckled and said "its my way of saying thanks patni jii..." I nodded lowering my head and rested my head on his shoulder and he hugged me from back and we stayed in that position for some time and I unknowningly fell asleep in his arms.
Next morning :
I woke up and I tried to stretch my hands but couldn't then I opened my eyes to look at the source which was blocking my hands movement and what I saw made me blush. I was sleeping in maniks arms and he was holding me soo close to himself. his face was totally hid in my hair. I slowly raised my hand and ruffled his hair... he was looking like a cute baby sleeping cuddling his mom... I then ran my fingers on his forehead tracing his facial features.. his sharp jaw... his nose.. his eyes... and my fingers reached his lips... and just before I could put my fingers on his lips he pulled me so close all of a sudden that I gasped loudly and he smirked without opening his eyes and said in the same situation
" if not your fingers... I would prefer your lips on mine.." and I blushed the deepest shade of red and closed my eyes in embrassment. His grip on my waist tightened and he pulled me more and more closer so that even air couldn't pass between us.
"manik jii ... Vo baath nai hai..." I said in a low tone
"toh kya baath hai patni jii.." he teased me more
"vo.. mai.. mai toh bas.." I stammered
"vo aap bas kya..?" he didn't want to leave me
"manik jii chodiyae naa..." I finally said in a pleading tone
"nandu.. first stop calling me jii jii.. mai kya tumhae Buddha lagtha hun.." he said in an annoyed tone and I frowned and said
"hawww... ismae aapkae buddhae bannae wali baath kya hai.."
"hai.. you know.. dad ko mom naam sae bulati hai.. and you will also call me manik.." he said stubbornly
How can I call him with his name... no ways..
"jii nai... mai aapko naam sae kaisae bula sakthi hun.. mai nai karungae..." I said and turned my face
"nandini.. shaadi kae dusarae din you are not listening to me... yehi sikha tha tumnae..." he said in in a serious tone and I became worried.. inko gussa dila diya mainae.. ab kya karu...
"manik jii.. aaisa nai hai..."I said in an apologising tone and he turned his face angrily.i immediately cupped his cheek and said "jii suniyae naa... im sorry... mera vo matlab nai tha..."
"nandu... you listen to me that's it..." he said in a damm serious tone and I lowered my head and suddenly tears formed in my eyes and I nodded my head in a yes.
"call me manik.. now.." he ordered and my lips wobbled I was about to cry... my vision was blurred because of the tears forming in my eyes...
"m..ma...manik.." I stammered and said in a shaky voice. He cupped my cheeks and made me look into his eyes and kissed my eyes and the tears rolled down. He slowly wiped my tears with his thumb and I couldn't held it back more.. I hugged him tightly and started crying badly.. he got worried and said
"nandu.. jaan why are you crying...??" he rubbed my back to calm me down but I don't know why I was crying soo much.
"jaan.. please tell me...im sorry.. mai bas mazaak kar raha tha.. tum rona nai ... please..." he tried consoling me.. and I hiccupped and said
"im sorry manik... I didn't mean to hurt you.." and I started crying again
"shh.. jaan... please... stop it.. mai sach mae mazaak kar raha tha... mai tumharae muh sae apna naam sun na chahatha tha bas..." he said in a calm tone and I stopped crying.
"toh aap gussa nai ho naa.." I again asked and he nodded in a NO. I smiled widely and he too did the same. He leaned a little closer and said in a husky voice
"nandu.." and I said looking into his eyes "jii boliyae.." he inched more closer and said " can I kiss you.." and my eyes widened with shock.. my cheeks reddened and I lowered my gaze. I guess he took it as a yes and cupped my face and placed his lips on mine... and BHOOM...!!! Butterflies started dancing in my stomach and automatically my hands reached his hair and his hands were on my back supporting me. He kissed me soo passionately that I felt little dizzy. He bit my lower lip and I gasped and he entered my mouth tasting each and every corner making me moan due o the intensity of the kiss. After what felt like eternity he broke the kiss and said pecking my lips
"I really love you nandini... itna ki even words are not enough to express my feelings..." he said but I cut him in middle placing my finger on his lips and said "aapko kuch bhi olnae ki zaaraarath nahi hai manik... I understand.." I said
We both were lying on bed with me on top of manik.. after the kiss he said nothing neither I spoke. The silence was peaceful. Suddenly my eyes fell on the clock and it was 8 AM. I got up with a jerk startling manik and said tying my hair in a messy bun
"aaiyo.. mom dad kya soch rahae hongae marae barae mae... its 8 o clock and I should be there helping mom in the kitchen.. im so irresponsible... this should not repeat now.." and I got up from the bed not even looking at manik and started walking towards the wardrobe to get my clothes and get ready when manik called me
"whats going on Mrs.Malhotra..?"
"manik jii.. dekhiyae naa.. itti der ho gayi.. mai neechae nai gayi.. mom dad kya soch rahe hongae.." I said in a worried tone and was searching for a nice dress to wear as it was my first day in this house.
"uffo... why to fear when I am here.." manik said and came to help me. He stood behind me wrapping his hands around my waist pulling me more close to him and said near my ear
"aur mom dad kuch bhi nai sochangae... they will think we slept late night and because of the same we woke up late..: and he nibbled my ear lobe.
"mani.." a soft moan escaped my mouth and he just hummed in response.
"der ho rahi hai.." I replied in a hardly audible tone
"toh honae do naa.." saying this he again got busy placing kisses on my neck and shoulder.
"please.." I requested when I was not able to bare it more and he again hummed.
Suddenly there was a knock on the door much to his irritation and he decided to ignore it but the person on the other side kept banging the door continuously and finally manik left me to open the door and I followed him. It was mukthi and Aliya.
"what are you both doing here..??" he asked them in a stern tone making a fake angry face.. and they shrugged their shoulders and said
"tu naa rehanae dae.. shaadi kae baad tu itna badal jayaega... humane socha hi nahi tha..." mukthi said dramatically and hi-fied with aliya and the trio looked at each other and burst out laughing...
"hat.. we are not here for you.. we came for nandini.. everyone is waiting for you both.." mukthi was speaking something but suddenly my mind played the clips of that crazy dream in front of my eyes and I stood there numb.
"nandu.." suddenly manik's voice pulled me out of my chain of thoughts and I looked at him with a blank face.
"mukti.. Aliya.. ill be ready in 20 minutes.." I said and went inside the washroom to get ready asap.

"good morning mom.. good morning dad... I said lookinh at both of them smiled.. I touched their feet for blessings and turned to see manik's friends
Cabir bhai navya bhabhi Aliya Dhruv mukthi abhimanyu Aaryaman were there at the dining table
"hello bhabhi jii.." Dhruv abhi and Aaryaman said in a dramatic tone and I giggled and said "happy morning devar jii.."
We had breakfast with lots of chit chat and trust me they were really friendly people and I gelled with them very fast. Manik joined us 10 minutes later and all had breakfast together with loads of fun and masti.

One month later :
I woke up and turned to see manik's face/... it had become a routine for me now-a-days. Its been exactly one month of our marriage and so I invited everyone for breakfast to our house as manik was busy in the afternoon and night he said he will take me out. I gave a slight peck on his lips and slowly untangled myself from him to get ready. Oh god.. manik sleep's soo much .. isiliyae dad calls him kumbhkaran.. I giggled looking at manik who was sleeping on his stomach pouting like a baby. In this one month me and manik came close to each other more. We came to know each other. He was a very caring person and used to shower me with loads of love. He used to bring gifts every now and then. In this one month I never got that dream once again but still I remembered it.
I came out of the washroom after my shower and looked at manik who was sleeping peacefully. I was standing in front of the mirror drying my wet hair and I looked at him through the mirror. He was still sleeping... arghhh... inko office nai jana kya.. kitta sotae hai yeh.. dad inko aaj phir sae daantangae...I started my daily rant and I wore the jewellery. I slowly got up to wake him but suddenly
"nanduuu..." I heard mom calling me and I hurriedly went down and in this time I forgot to wake manik...
"good morning mom.. good morning dad..." I said smiling at both of them and they smiled in return... I was really really lucky to have them as my in-law's .. they treated me just like their own daughter.. life cant be more better than this...
"mom aap baitho... mae breakfast laati hun.." I said when I observed her going to bring breakfast from the kitchen...
"bahu humhari rajini kanth.." dad said and winked at me and mom laughed at his comment and I ran into the kitchen...
I brought the breakfast and served both of them when
"aao beta tum bhi humharae saath hi kha lo... tumhara pati kumbhkaran hai.. vo abhi nahi uthaega.." dad said in a mocking tone... I pouted and was about to defend my husband when suddenly I heard
"nanduuu... Nanduuu..." ahh.. manik was calling me.. he always wanted me to be the first one to see when he opens his eyes... mom started giggling and I went all red and walked towards my room as fast as possible or else he will surely start screaming my name.
"aa gayi manik... chillao toh nai..." I said opening the door and he opened his arms just like a baby does.. I smiled and went towards the bed and sat beside him. He immediately pulled me towards him making me lie on him totally wrapping his hands around my waist and said in his morning husky voice
"kittae baar bolu mae ki ... jab tak mai naa uth jau tum iss kamrae sae bahar nai jana.."
I giggled slightly as he was nuzzling my neck and replied ruffling his hair
"kyun ki mom ko meri help chahiae hoti hai na neechae... isiliyae mai jaati hun.. lekin ab aa gayi hun naa mai aapkae paas..."
"you should be punished for this nandu.." he said naughtily and I very well understood what he meant by this ... and without giving me a chance to reply.. he flipped our positions and sealed my lips with his...
"nandu...nandu come fast yaar..." I heard cabir bhai Dhruv abhi and Aaryaman calling me from the lounge.
Manik was getting ready and I was just sitting and admiring him.
"itna pyaar aa raha hai toh its okay,... I won't mind you can give me a kiss.." he said and winked at me ... I know why he said that just to distract me from his friends... and he succeeded... I blushed and that's it... he came to me in two steps made me stand and kissed me hard... after making me totally breathless he said breaking the kiss
"I love you nandu.." and I just nodded without replying and he sighed and said joining our foreheads
"nahi bolo gi naa tum..." and I again nodded in a NO... how can I tell him that I love him.. yes I do.. more than my life but ... im too shy to say that... I just hugged him tightly to make him understand what I meant and he got what I wanted to tell. He carefully wrapped his hand around my waist and said
"ill wait for that day nandu... ill not force anything on you... Im dying to hear those words from your mouth... please don't delay okay.. warna ill get old and so will you.." and chuckled at his statement.. I hit him on his arm playfully and was about to say something when we heard a knock on the door... he got angry as he knew who it was... he tried to ignore it by holding me more close to him making it difficult for me to breath...
"manik.. lets go.. orelse they will tease me like hell" I said trying ot break the hug but he didn't leave me instead shouted
"mukthi Aliya.. you both go down.. we will be there in a while.." he shouted and I opened my mouth I a perfect O. they both mutterd something and left asking us to come fast. Manik was hugging me and we both were standing in the same position abd suddenly that dream came in to my mind.. and it happened exactly the same today.. am I dreaming or did my dream come true... I was happy.. happy beyond words that I got married to manik.. because he is the best anyone can get... and im the luckiest. I lifted my head to look into his eyes which were filled with loads of love... today was the day...I want to tell him that I too love him more than my life... and I want to see his reaction when I confess my feelings.. so I looked deep into his eyes and said cupping his cheeks
"I LOE YOU MANIK..."
And his eyes filled with immense happiness and he placed his lips on mine... making my dream come true...
