Every body was looking at there best today as it's going to be a very big event.
The reception was held on the hotel Taj palace in Mumbai. As It's a very grand reception so Mr. Vikram Malhotra has insisted to introduce Manik and Nandini officially and should be called on the stage.
It was already informed to the media that today was the reception of Manik Malhotra and Nandini Malhotra so the media and all the reporter were gathered at the entrance to catch the glimpses of FAB 5 and Manik's wife and have the full coverage of the event.
The security was fully alert and were guarding the pavement from
Where tonight's special guest will be arriving. The public and the media was waiting impatiently for them. And the wait was over when they see the vehicles arrives.
The limousines stopped in front of the hotel entrance. And the crowd that was waiting started hooting for the FAB 5 and the wife of the hottest and handsomest person and the lead singer of the country. Mr. Manik Malhotra and Nandini Manik Malhotra.
From the first Cabir came out Followed by Dhruv and Aliya. And than Mukti. They started walking on the carpet that was on the ground of the pavement waving to the crowd with a big broad smile.
When they where half way to the entrance the other limo moved forward and came to a halt.
Manik stepped out of the car and make way for Nandini by offering his hand to her.
As soon as she stepped out of the limo all the flashes were started to click making her flicker her eyes.
She hide behind Manik holding his arm with both of her hands.
This is the first time that Nandini is facing this much of attention from the media.
Manik understood her nervousness and held her hand entwining with her fingers.
They both walked fast to the entrance door along with the other members.
As soon as they entered Manik asked.
"Are you ok... Tum theek ho na..." He asked with concern.
"Yes.. I'm fine... Actually this is the first time me facing the cameras... So I'm a little bit nervous..." She gave a smile with nervousness.
"Don't worry... Main hoon na... I won't leave your hand even for a second...hmmm... Ok..." He said assuring her with a wide smile. She nodded too.
They all entered the hall which was decorated very beautifully with fresh flowers. The stage and the seating arrangements were matching with each other's.
All the members of FAB5 along with Nandini they went on to the side... As they have to be introduced by the announcement that they have arrived.
The well known and renowned names of music Industry were invited as well as the important people of business industries were also invited. Every person knows that Manik Malhotra is a very successful business man too.
And they are also a famous band.
'Ladies and gentlemen... And the moment that we are all waiting for is here. Our very own Mr. Manik Malhotra and his gang has been arrived.. So give them a big hand..." The announcer speaks in the micro phone.
The people applauded and welcome them.
"I would like to invite on stage first the band members of FAB5... The ever humorous and always making others smile CABIR the drummer.. And Manik's cousin brother DHRUV the lead guitarist... The person behind the keyboard and... The fashion diva of the band and the most gorgeous girl... ALIYA... And last but not the least the life of the band and Manik's and Dhruv's little sister and the female guitarist MUKTI... Ladies and gentlemen please welcome our very own FAB 5..."and the announcer screamed in the end. The people gave a warm welcome to them.
All of them climbed the steps on the stage and stood on the stage waving the audience and the guests.
'Now the time is here to invite. Once a most eligible bachelor , the hottest hunk of the country and the successful and youngest business man Mr. Manik Malhotra with his lady love the most beautiful girl Mrs. Nandini Manik Malhotra... Ladies and gentlemen please welcome our lead singer of FAB 5...' And the audience stand up in their places and started applauding for the man and the lady of the evening.
Manik took the steps to go up the stage with Nandini by his side both holding hand in hand with a very cute and pure smile on their faces.
When they reached the center of the stage all their friends congratulated them on their reception.
'In the end I would like to invite the two important people without whom this party can't be possible... It's none other than Mr. And Mrs. Vikram and Nyonika Malhotra... Parents of Manik and Mukti Malhotra... Welcome. ' the speaker person invited both the parents on the stage. And both Vikram and Nyonika came on the stage and hugged both of them and blessed them.
'Now ladies and gentlemen you can come and congratulate and bless the newly married couple by coming on the stage...' After the host announced... started the round of meeting and greeting people and introducing Nandini to every person of the hall.
People were giving flower bouquets and gift to them along with the blessings.
It's goes on for a long time.
And the rounds of food and drinks were held and people started to enjoy the food and beverages.
Nandini was taken aback by the popularity of her husband and was so elated in her mind that she is so lucky to have him as his LIFE PARTNER.
She Was so engrossed in the event and she didn't notice that Manik her ever loving husband is just watching her on and off and mesmerizing by her spotless beauty and was bowled over once again by her innocence.
She felt his strong gaze on her and asked.
"Kya hua... Aap kyun Aise dekh rahe hain..." She shied away by his intense gaze.
"Dekh raha hoon... Aur sonch raha hoon... Ki I'm so lucky to have you in my life..." He answered lost in her pure innocent beauty.
"Aap Aise hi mujhe praise kar rahe hain... Lucky Tou main hoon... That I have you as my LIFE PARTNER... You chose me over thousands of girls... " she said.
He tighten his hold on her hand to give her the secure feeling. And they were lost in each others eyes.
"Ahem ahem..." Both of them came out from their trance with Cabir's voice.
"Yahan Tou kam se khayaal kar lo... Yahan media hai... Reporters hai... Koi bhi tum dono ka aisa lovey dovey pose capture kar lega Tou kal ki headline news ban jaayegi... 'Manik Malhotra apni reception party mein apni wife ke saath romance karte hue'... I'm sure media Waalon ki Tou lottery nikal jaayegi..." Cabir started teasing.
Nandini blushed and bend down.
"Cabir tu thakta nahi na bilkul... Apne lame jokes se... " Manik gritted his teeth.
"Main joke thodi kar raha hoon main seriously Bol raha hoon... Tum log reporters ka faiyda Tou Zaroor karoroge..." Cabir said very seriously.
"Waise tu yahan Kya kar raha hai... Naya Kahan hai...tu Tou uski maa se Milne waala tha na... Kya hua uska..." Manik remind him.
"Arey Haan yaar... Main bhi sonch raha hoon jaldi shaadi karloon... Meri bhi ek biwi aa jaayegi Tou main bhi tum dono ke jaise Her jagah romance kar sakta hoon..." He joked again.
"Aisi baat hai... Ok let me inform Navya about your new thought..." Manik teased Cabir now.
"Arey Rey... Yeh Kya kar raha hai tu... Woh Tou mujh se shaadi Karne se bhi Inkar kar degi..." Cabir acts as if he's scared.
"Nai tu Meri tangg kheenchta hai na... Ab main tujhe batata hoon..." Manik said laughing.
Nandini was standing their enjoying both of their fun talk.
"Acha fun Bahut ho Gaya... You guys ready to perform today... " Cabir asked both of them.
"Of course... Aur after our performance we'll promote our upcoming album... What say..." Manik asked looking at both of them one by one..
"What... Main... How will I perform... I can't do it... In front of so many people... No no no... Meri tou awaaz bhi nahi niklegi... " Nandini gets nervous thinking about performing in here.
"Nandini relax... Listen to me... Look at me... Main hoon na... Remember how you did it in recording the songs... Same as you can do it now..." Manik explained her very politely.
"But wahan koi nahi tha Sirf hum log thei... Par ab..." Nandini again gets panic.
"Ok ok... Ek Kaam karte hain... Hum log as a band FAB5 start karte hai... Than you can join us later... How about that..." Cabir gave an option.
"I don't know.." She was still not sure...
Manik was disappointed by her answer and she noticed it.
"Ok.. I'll try.." She couldn't see his disappointing face.
"Really.. Are you sure.." He asked not believing his ears.
"Yes.. For you I'll do it.." She smiled nervously.
"Thank you.." He smiled back to her.
Rest of the gang came on the stage.
"What's cookin guys..." Aliya asked.
"Nothing much.. Getting ready for the performance..." Manik said excitingly.
"And the good thing is Nandini is also gonna perform with us..." Cabir too was very excited about it.
"Nandini I heard from Navya that you sings too.. So we will hear you today..." Abhimanyu also gave his ok.
Nandini was getting that boosting from everybody.
"Ladies and gentlemen.. May I have your attention please..." The announcer said again in the mic..
"As you all know it's Mr. Manik Malhotra's reception party... And FAB 5 ka performance na ho.. Aisa ho nahi sakta... So put your hands together for the big performance and there's a surprise for you all... So here they are..."
And all of them gathered their instruments and took their places. The music started and

And they were done. But Manik came near Nandini and asked her in a very slow voice that only Nandini can hear him.
"Nandini your turn now... I'm gonna start playing the guitar... Sing any song and I'll join you... Ok" he asked giving his thumbs up.
And he started playing guitar standing very near her.
Nandini closed her eyes and started to sing

Mrs. Nandini Manik Malhotra was going to sing with her husband... This is not it... There's one more surprise... The FAB 5's up coming album is going to release in the coming week... And there's going to be a surprise element in that too... So are you guys excited for it..." The speaker asked.
The crowd answered. Yess
"So wait till Thursday... You all will be surprised..." And after the eventful evening the party came to an end.
But a pair of eyes were watching from the crowd suspiciously and cunningly at FAB5 and Nandini... Which nobody noticed.
