Chapter - 4

Recap- manik stays night in nandini 's room..nandini and manik shouts at each other..
So here goes next...

he just stormed out of my flat without any word..
Wow..good morning nandini..you are successful in digging your own grave..
Ayappa yeh maine kya kar diya?? Ab wo monster mujhe chhodega nahi..ayappa please be there with me..
Suddenly someone rang the doorbell..i hope he is not back again..
" whos there??" I want to be prepared if he is back again..." Its cabir " ohh..no ab ye cabir ko kya chahiye?? I opened the door..

" hi..do you need something??" I asked him politely and smiled..he is my neighbour now..so i have accepted that..i cant get rid of him atleast..so i am going to be civil with him..
" yeah actualy i wanted to inform you that..be ready by 8:30..manik is going to pick US for college " he smiled at me and left..

Did he say US? no..i am not going with the monster..he will not leave me..i have to leave early for college before he comes here.. Yeah..thats what i am going to do.. I rushed to my room to get ready..i have only half an hour..in 20 minutes i finished my morning chores and shower..i wore first pair of clothes i found..it is not bad..it is pink crop top and blue high waisted jeans..suddenly i saw manik's jacket on my bed..i picked it up and just stuffed it in my bag..i am in hurry..i dont have time to fold it properly.. I quickly grabbed an apple from kitchen and my puppy, i havent still named him..but i will do it at night ..i quickly locked the door..i am going to give my puppy to watchman uncle..i hope he takes care of it during my college and job time..he is really sweet..i am sure he wont say no..

And i was right..he agreed to help me with the puppy..so i am now going to take a bus for my college..
After half an hour..i am right now outside of the campus of my college..and i met my friend mukti at the college gate.." Nandini, why are you looking so pale and worried?? Is everything ok??" My all time mother hen mukti asked me worriedly.." Dont ask me yar..you wont believe..what happened yesterday with me after college" i told her this and she got worked up.." Bata mujhe kya hua..kisi ne tujhe pareshan kiya..tell me his name..i will kill him" yeah ofcourse..as if you can kill him..i am sure after listening the name of cabir..she will run away.. Dont get me wrong but she was once cabir 's spot and he had tortured her to the hell..and now she is scared of his name also.." i will tell you guys later at the lunch..right now i am going for the lectures and you also go for your lectures"..my all friends are my senior i am only in the first year from my group..
I hope i wont bumped into any member of the THREE MUSKETEERS again..not even the third member..

i have never seen him but i have heard his name..according to the gossip he stays low profile..he doesnt like attention of people unlike other two...but he tortures the people same way..his name is DHRUV..
I reached to the classroom..but i saw someone sitting on my seat and my blood boiled..today i am going to chop the head of this creepy guy..pata nahi apne aap ko samajta kya hai..from last 6 months he sits behind me and keeps staring at me as if i am his favorite ice cream..and because of him no one dares to sit with me..i have never told any of my friend about this guy..because he never approached me..he would just smile at me whenever i looked him..but now he is sitting on my seat..i am going to give him piss of my mind..i walked to him
" look this is my seat..can you sit somewhere else" i said him very calmly..he looked at me amusedly and smiled his creepy smile..may be its not creepy but beautiful..but right now i dont care.." You are mistaken..this is my seat from may be last year..i only sit here..but you hijacked my seat from your day one of the class..and let me tell you no one dares to mess with the member of THREE MUSKETEERS...but you know you are special..so i let you sit.." What the hell..not again.. What is happening with me from yesterday..i panicked..
" hey relax..you can sit with me..i know you dont like attention..that is why you always sit on this seat.." He said it to calm me down.." No..you sit here..i will take another sit "i said him in my small voice..before i can walk further " nandini, i need to talk to you..so just sit with me" his voice was very low but it was authoritive..so i nodded and sit with him..

But when i finally looked around i saw..everyone was looking at me with their wide eyes..their mouth were open..everyone was staring at me as if i am some alien..or should i say i am sitting with an alien.. Finally everyone looked at front because he glared at them.. And lecturer entered in the class.." So i am dhruv vedant..if you dont know me"he said smilingly..
" i thought you guys are senior..what are you doing in this class" i asked him in very small voice so lecturer wont hear us.." I love junior class more so..i attend classes here " what a stupid logic..why would someone do that..
" by the way where were you from last two days..you were in class but you never took the bus for hostel.." He asked me curiously..
" i am not answerable to you " before i can realise i told him in loud voice..
" nandini murthy..you are getting detention for talking in the lecture" my lecturer shouted at me.." I am sorry sir..it wont happen again...please" before i can speak further someone interrupted me and it was dhruv creepy vedant.." Sir.. I was talking with her very important thing.." he glared at sir..so sir just nodded and told me to sit..and everyone was staring at us..but dhruv creepy vedant shouted at them " i am not taking any lecture..so dont stare at us" and everyone looked away..
I was watching all this dumbfoundedly..and looking at my expression he again smiled.." So you were saying about..where you live now??" He asked me again.." I shifted from the hostel and now i live in the flat beside cabir's flat"
" wow..thats really great.." He grinned at me..
So finally 4 lectures are over and its time for lunch break..
" see you around nandini " dhruv told me and left from the class..i started walking towards the canteen..everyone is looking at me with the sympathy..so like me..everyone knows this is my last day of independence and from tomorrow i will be spot of one of them.. I entered the canteen and joined my friends on our table..they are also looking worried..
Mukti asked me worriedly..
" Nandini..everyone is gossiping about your encounter with dhruv..is that true??" I nodded and navya suddenly hugged me.." I am so sorry for you nandini..i hope tum dhruv ki spt na bano..woh bhut torture karta hai " ohh..how can i forget navya and aliya were dhruv' s spot..and they both have horrified expressions right now..
" Nandini..she is right..he is really dangerous...once he locked me in one room and made me watch horror movie" Alya told me.. " are you guys trying to comfort me or scare me " i shouted at them.." I hope tum cabir ki bhi spot na bano..u know once he locked me in the room where there was three lizards" still mukti is trying to scare me.. "Really?? And what about monster manik?? Uska experience bhi bol do mujhe" i told them sarcastically..
" he made me eat a full bowl of mirchi powder" someone told me from behind..i turned behind and found a guy.. But i dont know him.. So i glared at him and he ran away from there..

Suddenly i heard someone shouted my name..may be a guy.. And whole canteen got silent..I saw expressions of my all friends..there eyes were really wide and their jaws were dropping. So i got up from my sit and turned around..and what i saw made me scared..manik, cabir and dhruv were standing at the entrance of the canteen with smirk on their face..what are they doing here..they never come in the canteen..i thought i am safe here at least..my thoughts were broken by a hug..

What the hell is happening..cabir is hugging me..he broke the hug..
" aww..my dear nandu..you are so mean..you stood up me and manik..we were waiting for you " i watched his face for any hint of anger but he was genuinely smiling at me..so i watched expressions of other two..dhruv was also smiling and manik was looking grumpy..and he was looking cute.. Cute?? Where that came from..
" hi " i greet them nervously and looked around..all eyes are on us..i really dont like attention..i made my face at looking upwards to my ayappa..and suddenly i heard manik shouting.." There is not going on any show here..get back to your work..before i do something.."
He glared at all of them and looked at me intensely..
" nandini apne friends se nahi milvaogi??" Manik asked me looking at my friends..
" three chairs please " dhruv shouted particularly to no one..but three girls came and give their chairs..and cabir gave them his dazzling smile..and one of the girl fainted and other two girls blushed..and i started laughing..manik chuckled..dhruv smiled and cabir also joined me laughing hard...so mukti cleared her throat to get my attention so i stopped laughing ..all my friend were looking at me as if i have grown horns on my head..
" okay..so they are my friends..mukti, navya and alya.. Dhruv and cabir smiled genuinely at them while manik just nodded at them in acknowledgement..i noticed one thing about him that he doesnt smile much..but the girls got shock of their life.. of course they will get shock..because they have been tortured by them so a smile from them is really big thing for them..
" nandu..thank you so much for the last night..tum nahi hoti to may be i would have been in hospital right now." He said genuinely smiling at me..

I dont know what to think anymore..they are really sounding genuine..they know practically everything about me..they are treating me as if i am their long lost friend from last night..
" its really ok.." I gave them my first genuine smile..
" ok then..now we are all friends..so lets celebrate tonight at my place..what say??" He raised his eyebrow at me.."cabir, she has a job to go..right??" Manik told him and asked me if he was right or not.." Yup, i work at a cafe" its really creepes me out when they know every single thing about me.." Arey but manik 10 baje k bad she will be free..so we are going to celebrate tonight..and girls you all are invited" i nodded on behalf of them all because they are not even in the state to say anything..

Wow..my life has changed in just one night.. I am going to party with the THREE MUSKETEERS..i have never imagined it in my dream too..

Precap - manik and nandini talk..celebration at cabir's place..

Super awesome update..nandu ko jatke pe jatka milraha hain..so the third musketeer is dhruv and their convo about her whereabouts same like the others so the gang is fond of Nandini and the reason being manik has feelings for her I guess and the canteen scenario cabir giving her a hug and everyone smiling at her is definitely a shocker for her as well as her friends...cabir is genuinely thankful to Nandini for saving him and and manik and dhruv are also impressed with her..but the fun part is them talking and making plans with her as if she is their long lost friend and they know every detail about her..I'm so in love with the story and keep waiting eagerly for the new update..please continue soon :)
